We spent four nights over the Memorial Day weekend 2024. The room, the property grounds and dining area were very clean and well maintained. The stuff was friendly and very helpful. The pool did not work though but they will fix it. We definitely will come back soon!

We loved our stay at Heidi’s Inn! The pool area was quiet and relaxing with plenty of seating. The spaced out picnic tables and fire pits around the property were convenient and so cute. We utilized the shuttle to the local concert venue which was extremely painless with such friendly service. Would come again!

The property is beautiful in the summer - outside tables and chairs to enjoy the gardens; the pool is clean and well-lit in the evening. Rooms were spacious, clean with good appliances and very comfortable beds. While you can tell the property is older, the renovations have been very nicely done on the whole. We'll be back!

We love coming to Heidi’s! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool is great, and the rooms are clean and cute. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel at home. It’s a perfect little getaway spot and we will be back (again)!

Nestled on the bottom of a mountainous range with easy access that overlooks the pool, fire pits and beautifully kept grounds this is a great Inn to stay at. Breakfast is served in a solarium type room with a roaring fireplace, very cozy. A fantastic weekend getaway. We can’t wait to return

This place was fantastic. Best price around AND closest to Thunder Ridge AND a special surprise….hiking trails right outside our door. Great view from the room and peaceful. Cookie is a wonderful hostess.

the place was gross. as soon as i opened the door, it just smelled so bad. i took the covers off the bed to inspect it and it looked like the sheet hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. it was just disgusting. i grabbed my stuff and walked out. i would dare lay in the filth.

While the grounds are very pleasant, the actual room was below expectations. Some little things to mention, no rug in the front entrance of the room, and being the weather was quite rainy, we were tracking our wet feet into the room. Also, the room could use some towel racks to actually hang up a towel, and the bathroom had some moldy areas where the door trim was. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging onto the wall, and there was a wall plate from the closet laying on the floor and would not stay attached to the wall unless the garbage pail was pressed up against it. The heater was caked in dust, and being that the weather was damp and cool when turning on the heating unit, the unit itself blew out quite a bit of dust into the room. Overall, a little disappointing for the money.

I had heard that they upgraded so I gave it a shot. Same dingy place. Choked on the heavy antiseptic smell. Opened the windows but there aren’t any screens. Ants in the bathroom. Right on a busy roadway so noise is an issue too. Someday I’ll learn that you get what you pay for

A very nice property. Clean room. Breakfast was just muffins, toast. Cheerios Cereal.. Coffee, tea, Orange Juice. One task I do first when entering at any hotel/motel room is I wash the AC/Heater filters.. I will stay again..

The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we needed more supplies. The room was clean as well. Our dog liked the area, too. The only issue was the comfortability of the beds and no ventilation in the bathroom.

The property is beautiful and clean and well kept. It’s an older motel but they’ve mostly kept up with it. The room was quiet and clean, the area was safe, the continental breakfast was good. Only negative is the mattress needs to be replaced. It was old and saggy but I slept ok anyway. The other thing was the air conditioner was very noisy to the point I had to turn it off to sleep.

I can only speak for the room we stayed in which was roadside, towards the front of the property. The room size was great (2 full beds) with a mini fridge, but the bathroom and shower was like an oversized closet with no shelves or cabinets to place bathroom items. Plus there was no fan of any kind in the bathroom and the steam from the shower lingered for quite awhile. The noise from the highway (Rt 22) and the adjoining rooms (walls have no sound separation) televisions or people talking at normal levels was far from ideal. Cannot recommend this hotel because of these issues with our room.

My first stay at Heidi's Inn was a pleasant one and I would certainly return again. It is brightly lit off Route 22 and has a charming, old-style feel. The check-in was friendly and very efficient. The room I had, with a king bed, was huge, with a comfortable bed and a GREAT shower. Plenty of hot water and nice decor. I was visiting family right off Route 22, so this was also a perfect location.

Front desk was very friendly & efficient. They immediately replaced a defective fridge. They recommended a very nearby Italian restaurant for dinner. They had breakfast bags waiting at the front desk, since I had to leave before breakfast hours. Overall, it was a very enjoyable one-night stay.

The toilet backed up due to the toilet tank leaking and the water not going down the drain. We were blamed for the problem and had to fight for the refund of the 2 nights we did not stay since no other rooms were offered and no compensation for the damage to luggage. Check the room and bathroom before you unpack Juan

The people who run the hotel are very, very nice. It is quiet and safe right off major highways, I just stayed a couple of days and will absolutely stay there again. I’ve stayed nearby at big name hotels and this hotel is also cheaper!

We had a lovely 3 night stay while visiting family nearby. The room was well appointed and comfortable. A simple but tasty breakfast was included. Jennifer at the front desk was very sweet, friendly and takes her job seriously. Her attention to detail and people's needs were commendable. The grounds are lovely and even have a easy hiking trail once you're up the hill.

Check-in: the clerk was unfamiliar with the property and couldn't tell where our room was. It took a couple of visits to the front desk to narrow the search. Heidi's is pet friendly, so there were two guests' barking dogs in the breakfast/restaurant area where/while guests were dining. Walls aren't close to sound-proof. One can hear neighbors footsteps and normal-toned conversations in adjoining rooms. But our room was spacious.

The room was newly remodeled, which we appreciated; however, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. I went out in the parking lot and got a large stone to use to close it. Our only other inconvenience was with the television. The hotel has it set up to “store” settings. As it was explained to us, this is so that guests can’t alter the TV with their own apps, passwords, games, etc. Perfectly understandable but we were unable to adjust the volume, get the menu to stop popping up on the screen, etc. until someone from the office came with the Roku remote, which is kept in the lobby. Despite these small “problems,” we enjoyed our stay!

I was visiting family right off Route 22, so this was also a perfect location.

My first stay at Heidi's Inn was a pleasant one and I would certainly return again. It is brightly lit off Route 22 and has a charming, old-style feel. The check-in was friendly and very efficient. The room I had, with a king bed, was huge, with a comfortable bed and a GREAT shower. Plenty of hot water and nice decor. I was visiting family right off Route 22, so this was also a perfect location.

I liked the rural setting and the walking paths on the property. I did not like having to wait for my room to be ready when I arrived after 2:00 PM to check in.

Such a cute motel. Great service and staff. Love all the greenery. Jennifer and all the staff are lovely. Walk over to mananitas for a fab meal.

Family owned and family feel. Rooms could use updating but were clean. Bed could use a topper for my comfort- a little extra firm. Property all around beautiful. Limited breakfast (no proteins) but good coffee. Pulled in and realized we had stayed here 30 years ago for an event! Excellent Mexican restaurant next door.

A fun and comfortable place to stay in Brewster. I always appreciate it every time I stop over here in the course of my multi-day bike tours. It’s a bit out of town but luckily there’s a nice Mexican restaurant (Las Mañanitas) right next to Heidi’s. The staffers at Heidi’s are all very friendly and helpful, the facilities are well kept and cozy.

Friendly staff, easy access (right on highway), attractive site (lots of green, views), big double room, tiny bathroom, powerful shower, decent breakfast included, active pool, reasonably priced for the area. Dated decor, slightly shabby, but worth a stay, especially for the attractive campus-like setting.

Great service. Outdoor looks beautiful. Room had good sound insulation. The problem was the room - REALLY not worth over $100, and even that is due to inflation. The room was really the most basic level - no coffee, no shampoo, not REALLY clean to the way I'd expect (but not bad), everything was just way too outdated to justify the price. At a rate of over $150 - just go somewhere else, sadly. Breakfast - really not worth it.

It was more quaint than expected. Breakfast was in the main lobby with a wonderful stone fireplace, decorated beautifully for the winter season. The room was clean. Great value for the price.

Not worth $160 no restaurants nearby I was expecting a full breakfast advertised on hotels.com that way instead just coffee muffins, croisants, tiny soap bar, 2 little packets of shampoo that I had to open with a pair of scissors. There were no tissues and no lighting over the bed

Nice place to stay. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I could make would be a new shower head. Bed was comfortable and everything smelled nice and fresh.

Beautiful grounds and landscaping, nice trails in the back to walk. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and continental breakfast very nice. Drapery still smell of smoke and bathrooms outdated. Would stay here again, especially to use the lovely pool next time.

Heidi’s was a great find. This place was very nice, the room s were nice, spacious and immaculately clean. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The grounds were so nice and rustic looking with the buildings spread out on the property. The main building / lobby area was very cozy with an atrium and a fireplace. If in the area, I would highly recommend staying at Heidi’s , you won’t be disappointed!
