The annex building does not have someone at the front desk and the rooms have no sunlight at all. To get to the room you have to walk through an entrance that is also used for storing trash from the restaurant next door.

We originally booked a room in the annex building on Expedia. It said there was an elevator on the website but after booking we found out there were 31 steps to get to the first floor!! That was impossible as I am currently handicapped in need of a hip replacement. We tried to get a refund but the hotel would not give it to us. Instead they told us they would "upgrade" us to a triple room in the main building with the elevator. We thought that would be fine but upon arrival our room was a double with only a double bed. They put in a roll-away bed and we were told it was now a triple!! The room now was very cramped, the beds were hard and the pillows even harder! They would not give us any compensation for this which I thought was wrong. To add insult to injury they said they had luggage storage but then charged us 60 Euro store it there! On a positive note the staff was very, very nice! Especially Kris and the gentleman at the desk. Really wonderful people. I would not stay there again but you can judge for yourself

The property was a great location! Staff friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint would be that there is no elevator and we had to take luggage up two flights of stairs to our room.

Didn’t particularly love that we had to stay across the street & there was no elevator but Martino was very happy to help us with our bags. The room was clean & modern. All the staff were very friendly & helpful.

I reserved a room in a trevi palace hotel , but when we arrived they showed us another property We did not understand this situation, and did not like this things. We went to another building with other name. If I reserved in one place I want to use it. I dislike this rare issue.

Very convenient location , basically walkable to everywhere . Be mindful that the room is not at the same place where you check in , you might have to walk a little bit , and the building has no elevator, so carrying your luggages is a must. Last but not least, internet is not good .

I was concerned about my room being on the annex building because people complained about noise and trash cans, but it worked out perfectly. The building was a few steps from the hotel, had its own entrance, and access was very convenient. It felt like entering your own apartment. There’s no elevator but the stairs are wide and the rooms are on the second floor - so one set of stairs (not a big deal). Location is perfect. Bus stop around the corner, ice cream shop, coffee bar, and other convenience stores a few steps away. The view from our room was amazing. Our room had two windows that opened to the street. It is a transited street, so there’s a bit of noise during the day, but it’s very quiet at night. The room itself was clean, comfortable. It even had a kitchenette with a mini fridge. Bathroom was big with walk-in shower. The second floor of the annex building belongs to the hotel, so it’s separate from the tenants. In fact, you hardly see them. In the morning, there’s a station with pastries and coffee for guests and a courtyard where you could sit down and eat if you wished. Breakfast is served at the hotel for a fee. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again when in Rome. Location is perfect, we walked to Termini, the Monti neighborhood, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and coliseum from here. Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk, who were very helpful with checking us in and provided us with recommendations on where to go eat, etc. 💚Roma

The hotel was clean. Our room was always stocked with towels and toilet paper. The hotel is in a great location (20 minutes or less walk to train station, Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps). Leading up to our stay, the hotel was quick to respond to questions. The transport to and from the hotel was with every penny. The room had a smart tv. I would’ve like to have an iron in the room, but I never asked if there was any available. We would return to the hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Gute Lage zu fast allen interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ist in ein altes Wohnhaus gebaut und daher von den Wegen im Hotel und dem Eingang etwas umständlich. Sauberkeit gut. Ausstattung ok im Familienzimmer. Die Preise sind dafür aber halt römisch.

Weird setup…bathtub in the middle of the room. Inconsistent hot water. Incredibly noisy, both outside and in the walls. Towels are rationed. In our five night stay they never changed the sheets. Only one key that is used for outer and inner doors and elevator. Barely made check in because of flight delay; no one there after 8:00.

Rooms are small, with poorly laid out bathrooms. Breakfast is modest, but gets the job done. Our room had a strange odor, possibly mold. But as 3-star hotels in Rome go, it wasn’t too bad!

Nachfolgend meine Eindrücke vom Hotel: das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat ein paar Schwachpunkte: das Silikon im Bad (Dusche) muss dringend erneuert werden (Schimmel). Der Wasserhahn ist lose in der Fassung und schwergängig in der Bedienung. Die Toilettenspülung hat nicht immer funktioniert, so dass es nachts öfters störend gerauscht hat. Das Fenster konnte durch die angrenzende laute Hauptstraße nicht geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage war ebenfalls sehr laut (blubbert u. rappelt), so dass eine ruhige Nacht nicht möglich war. Leider wurde ab 7.00 Uhr im Frühstücksraum (nur getrennt durch eine offene Wendeltreppe) so laut gesprochen (Personal?), dass man gedacht hat man liegt im Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstück war gut, besonders der Kaffee/Cappuccino ist top.

Fairly close and walkable to attractions but further than it looked on map. Convenient stores within a block. No elevator in auxilary building was minor nuisance. AC and electricity shut off when not in room which was annoying as couldn't leave electronics charging. Worst was that cleaning staff left window open. Coming back to room after walking Rome in August looked forward to entering a nice cool room, not a hot humid one. At least AC was good enough to cool room ina reasonable amount of time.

However, the room was tiny, which made it challenging for two adults with luggage. The room itself was very basic and the AC unit was noisy. Additionally, the morning noise from the breakfast setup was annoying. I had expected more amenities and a more comfortable space, but unfortunately, it did not.

The location of this hotel is awesome-walking distance to many of the sites in Rome. The staff is welcoming and helpful. However, the internet is random, turns off for no reason and at night if you use the minisplit for cooling it gurgles all night long.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and our family-room was generously sized with a very nicely updated bathroom.We were within easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, along with some great restaurants and gelato places. Overall, i would definitely recommend. My only caveat is that it there is a lot of traffic noise, though the windows did a decent job of blocking out some of it.

We stayed in the annex because they were suppose to be larger and less stairs but the rooms are not big at all. It was more like a one bedroom with a bathroom for 1 person. Not a studio or efficiency due to no kitchen. Imagine if you live in the United States and you have a bedroom for your child and your child may have an onsite small bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. Additionally the rooms was suppose to be on the first floor however, to get there you have to walk up about 30 or more marble like stairs. The lady at the front desk was very nice to take our luggage up the steps and she was struggling, but leaving we had to do it and you have to be very careful because we both almost broke our suitcases. It was very difficult. The Spanish steps, the fountain and shopping, even the high-end stores were 10 - 15 minutes away walking. If you need taxi please use Uber or you will never get one. The train is not far but you will have to take a Uber. We actually took the train for an hour and was in Florence Very beautiful and the food was so delicious. Great mini day trip. Overall the room was beautiful but small. Hope this helps you

The location was good. Lack lustre with no view of anything but the street….but in a good location for walking to Trevi. The room I was in was more of a seperate entity and actually down the street from the office. It was an unmarked door that appeared to be in more of an apartment building than part of the actual hotel. It was odd. When I first arrived I had no hot water and no wifi. A quick visit to the office and the lady at the front had it all fixed within a few hours. The room itself was large and spacious. No extras were given (not even bottled water). I am not sure for the price I paid that I would stay again. There are a few other hotels a block over that seemed to be a better value.

Service was top notch. Location was fantastic if you wanted to wander Rome and see a lot of hot spots. Was not close to Vatican. We did visit the Vatican and preferred Trevi Palace Hotel area. Little less touristy, easier to find food. Less scammers and the like. The hotel staff helped us to arrange transportation and provided great guidance when we asked. The apartment was well appointed and we felt very safe.

The Trevi Palace Hotel is a small family owned boutique hotel that is centrally located to many of Rome’s famous sites. The staff is outstanding! Martino works days and will help you with planning all the activities you want experience, along with some ideas he thinks you’d enjoy. He’ll plot out your day/night experiences on a map of the city. Kristela works the late afternoon and night shift and will do anything to make sure you feel safe & and have a fun night life. I highly recommend this hotel in Rome!

We loved our stay at Trevi Palace. It is so close to all the sights - easy walking to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum & Roman Forum. Breakfast was good - traditional continental breakfast, you can also get scrambled eggs or an omelet. Staff very helpful and can book tours. They arranged a car to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. If we get to Rome again, we will certainly stay at Trevi Palace again.

Our stay at Trevi Palace Hotel was amazing! The location was perfect - close to trevi fountain , colosseum and steps from a bus stop that can take you to Vatican and Trastevere at night. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was close to the Trevi Fountain, about 125 meters. Lots of restaurants, shops and walkable attractions. It’s the convenient place to stay and rest from all the walking around you will be doing when visiting Rome. I highly recommend this place.

Simple but good breakfast to set us up for the day, and comfortable rooms. A bit of traffic noise but we were too tired from our busy days for it to bother us. The hotel were super helpful on arrival as we ended up being after reception had closed but they left a key securely and gave us clear details of how to get in.

Centrally located from most of the main tourist sites, it is only about a 10-15 minute to most of them. Safe neighborhood and rooms are secure. Burger King is next door. We never had breakfast there since it was a little expensive and just ate at a local cafe instead. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. Martino was fabulous - so friendly, helpful, and he made the best cappuccinos at breakfast. The breakfast was perfect for us with so many options to start our day. The location is central to everything - an easy walk to the main sites.

Danielle, Martino and Mia were excellent at the front desk. They were extremely helpful in helping us navigate around Rome for our first time The breakfasts were a pleasant surprise and one of the best that I have had in all my years travelling.

Room was clean, it was good for our four girls two night stay to see Rome. Close to Trevi Fountain but uphill all the way back to hotel would have been nice to know ahead of time!! Staff were nice and helped us set up ride to the airport. Pillows were flat and not comfortable, beds were okay. Had to go down to get more toilet paper for 4 people but we do not use bidets. A little hard to get to room with separate doors and a few stairs to a small elevator. But hotel was cute and fit our needs.
