A very private, peaceful and spacious villa. The outdoors area is fabulous. Large grounds with well cared for planting, and a large pool with plenty of space around it for relaxing. There is a large deep, shaded terrace, lovely for eating out at. The view over a wooded valley between two views of the sea is delightful. The bird life was an unexpected bonus. A large group of European bee-eaters regularly circled directly overhead constantly chattering. We also saw a nightjar on most evenings. Easy local drives to nearby small coves and Cape Laikas down a steep hill between all the villas (dont be put off by the villas only signs). Spartia village is a short drive away for supplies. We loved our two weeks here. Highly recommended. The interior of the villa is a little dated but most of the time you are outside anyway so this is a minor point.

One of the most beautiful villa we’ve stayed at in terms of location, pool and the stunning gardens. Car is a must due to location. Villa itself is nice and clean. Only negative would be the beds were very hard .

The location and the views were just fabulous. The bathrooms really need upgrading! The en suite one especially was very difficult to get in and out of. Sad and tired fittings. One window in the main en suite bedroom couldn’t even be opened. The kitchen was adequate but very cheap crockery and glassware. Drawers weren’t cleaned properly with crumbs etc in them. It would have been nice to have had wasp traps there as we had to go and buy one! The coffee table outside was minus its glass top so wasn’t fit for purpose as it didn’t have a rigid top. More pegs for washing are needed too. A book containing local information, what to see and where to go, restaurant recommendations etc would have been really helpful too.
