Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento, immersi nella natura, una quiete assoluta, l'appartamento è veramente grande e comodo, sempre ventilato, tanto spazio anche all'aperto

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and do not have high demands on the facility this is your place to stay. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is equipped with the basics (but only the basics: no cooking knives, no wine glasses, no oven). The surrounding landscape is wonderful and apart from barking dogs and a rooster in the the neighbourhood quite quiet. However there is no WiFi, no comfortable seating in or outside (like a sofa or a comfortable bench), and the beds are not the most comfortable ones either. Unfortunately the shower is adjustable to a lukewarm water temperature only with great difficulties, which is quite inconvenient for small children like ours (4 and 1 years old). There is no barbecue grill on the facility.

Siamo stati in vacanza all'Elba località Procchio 10 gg. Con le mie figlie 17, 15 e 7 anni e mio marito. Molto bella la posizione della casa-appartamento , stanze spaziose e arredo giardino con annesso spazio esterno spazioso.Peccato per le poche stoviglie ( pentole e piatti questi ultimi spaiati) casa prevista per 6 persone, ma 1 sola padella e 2 pentoloni, 1 bricco per il latte 1 caffettiera 2 ciotolole( una in vetro e 1 in plastica).Pulizia quasi completa cmq ok
