The AC was cold, the bathroom dirty, water was hot. Micro wave brokand taped to work

The person checking us in made us feel like completely unwelcome jerks. The room was tiny, most of the TV channels were blocked, thee bathroom door squeaked, the beds were hard, the toilet paper roll was missing and the wifi didn\'t work. The bedsheets smelled like detergent in a bad way and the sheets were stained up. When we got as settled as we could we went outside to look around at the grassy courtyard in the back and the check in lady pounced on us out of nowhere and yelled to stay out of there "it\'s our property!". Ok, if you don\'t want people going there maybe put a sign? It\'s not like we happen a fence, there\'s a path leading back there. I was taken aback by her anger and said fine, I just need the wifi password. She practically screamed that it was on our receipt and stormed off. Through some trial and error I found it, it\'s the phone number for the motel, with no indication that it is a password. I\'m so sorry this woman has to deal with guests while running a motel. Absolutely terrible. I might recommend this place to my enemies.

Bare minimum basic. Rundown outside, needs a swerping of cigarette butts, etc off the sidewalk. Inside was okay. Checkin was a runaround, from 1 building to another to another. But wifi worked, and it was not noisy.

Room was very clean but on the small and older style.

This is an old property. It has had some improvements: new TV, new refrigerator (ice cold), microwave works, but you have to unplug the refrigerator to use it, or unplug the tv. Stains on the one bed comforter, stains on the lamp shades, holes in the walls stuffed with toilet paper????? The shower sprayer is newer, but the hot and cold spigot knobs are 1970-ish, and are partially stripped. The shower window won’t lock completely either. I will say, there were NO BUG, which is a big in my book. No bad if you need to crash for a night, but extended stays????

The room was clean. The air conditioner need to be cleaned. The curtain on the window has the old hooks and majority of the hooks are missing. The microwave could use cleaning out. The freezer on the mini fridge needs the ice defrosted out. . I have stayed in different rooms here at A Prince of Wales Motel, and this last one I stayed in has been the worst.

So sad how this property has gone down hill broken lamps torn out smoke alarm mold won’t be back

Roaches,even found a piece of a blunt just sitting on the table under the tv, mirror is broke in bathroom. Shower is dark with no lighting. You book on this app for online pricing and this is now the second time they didn’t honor the online booking. They also come knocking on ur door at 9:30 am and tell u 10:30 check out when the papers say 11am checkout. Women told me last time I stayed she would discount my stay next time and didn’t this time. Why are they online for cheaper prices if they won’t honor it. I’ll be staying else where next time.

Coach roach in the room when I checked in. Went to take a shower the handles were a nightmare, packed up my bag and left and went to stay somewhere else. It was difficult getting checked in and was not worth the hassle of trying to get my money back and explain everything that was wrong.

Shower inoperable. When i called front desk, was give lame excuse that water was off from town. I informed the clearly new employee that the sink and toilet water were working, but was told same story. I finally suggested they give me key for next room, where I showered and returned key.

Good place for the money. A bit small and worn but I would stay there again.

Wi fi was so slow I used my cell service - tv was stuck on a single channel “drape” over window looked like a brownish sheet. Bath towels were thin and sheets were a brown color (not dirty just the color).

There was an issue with the first room so they had to move us to another room

I was kicked out with my son from the room after I asked nicely if I could wait 15 mins for my husband to arrive.

Everything was awesome! I enjoyed the peaceful, quiet surroundings...I rate the *Prince of Wales Motel a 10+! Luella Julian...
