Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte

The highlight of our 2 day stay was Joseph. He was a five star employee, really positive, helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel. Our 'premier' room was spacious, clean and modern. Everything we needed. We don't like leaving negative reviews but his hotel just lacked any sort of guest interaction (apart from Joseph!). The breakfast time had to be booked and adhered to.. but the offer was really poor. No member of staff present, really basic and no real thought. We choose to stay in this hotel as it was my birthday treat. We told reception before we arrived but they did not even wish me a happy birthday let alone leave a message. We would have been a lot happier somewhere else! If you want a soulless place to say which is clean, modern and central this is fine. Don't expect anything more... unless of course Joseph is working .

It turned out that this hotel does not have parking included. I don't know whether to blame Expedia or the hotel. When I did the search in Expedia, I choce hotels with parking. Also, I messaged the hotel to verify if parking was included.
