Wir Warenhaus der Campermesse - dafür ist das Hotel genial - direkt im Geschehen. Das einzig negative war, dass das Restaurant im Hotel geschlossen ist.

Jättefint hotell med bra sängar. Trevligt att hotellet bjöd på kollektivtrafik biljett under hela vistelsen.

Super fint ophold. Ligger helt perfekt i forhold til hamborg midtby og shopping. Vi blev opgraderet til business værelse gratis med fri minibar. Mega fint! Parkering i kælder garagen for 16€ pr døgn

Oppholdet var greit nok men hotellet hadde ikke god parkerings muligheter Må parkere i garasje anleg og det er dyr Det er dags takst uansett om du er der 1 time eller24 timer 16 euro

nettes Personal, Problem mit dem Tresor wurde schnell gelöst. P schlecht, nur P um die Ecke und vor Tür parken die Fahrzeuge einfach ohne Erlaubnis und man kann nicht be- und entladen. Bei offenem Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen, da die Ampel ständig piepte... Zimmer verhältnismäßig klein, aber alles sauber und ordentlich, Tresor für Laptop geeignet: klasse! Innenstadt zu Fuss erreichbar, Bhf Dammtor auch und HVV Ticket im Preis enthalten: super.

Hôtel conforme aux standards Intercity même s'il est moins moderne que d'autres. Il me semble nécessaire de le rénover. Personnel à l'écoute. Hôtel à proximité de la gare de Dammtor. Le plus avec Intercity, c'est la carte de transports offerte.

Så dejligt et værelse på 10 sal med udsigt over noget af byen. 1 km fra centrum. Ca 2 km fra Reeperbahn. Lige overfor en smuk blomster park. Alt gik hurtigt med indtjekning. God service. Nemt med parkering under hotellet.

The aircondition in our room was either difficult to use or just not working right, not sure which. Great view from 9th floor. Nice and quiet, no noise from other rooms. Practical underground parking. Free public transportation tickets was really nice.

On arrival, this place flagged up warning signals! There was a large queue for the only person on reception and "what looked like" just the one self check in machine. However, I noticed on arrival, through the window that there were 2 other self check in machines.The guy on reception was so slow, I took the machine option. It was horrible! However, I worked my way th You need to be aware that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days unless you ask reception. You need to do this the day before! In the room there are 2 bottles of water but, only one of them has a collar, boldly saying, "this one is one us"!!!! So, I guess you have to pay for the other one?? No idea. Had their "free one" and bought my own afterwards! The reception staff and the bar staff (person) go "missing" frequently. There's excuses like, "There's a meeting on tonight" however, I frequently saw these guys just chilling out and ignoring the customers requiring serving. Breakfast was fine. I take muesli and yoghurt and they had this. However, the little markers that told you what was what were completely in the wrong place and also missing. There are no shops "near by". Likewise there's no decent evening food served by this plade! There is a menu but, the staff actually discourage it and advise you to order through Uber Eats!! They do offer to give you cutlery though! Overall, this is a hotel that is convenient for the exhibition location. The rooms are fine, but, other than that it is pretty rubbish to be fair!

Bei Ankunft roch das Zimmer muffig. Die Badezimmertür lies sich nicht schließen. Das Zimmer war gefühlt 50 Grad warm und lies sich leider auch nicht durch die Klimaanlage runter kühlen. Wir haben dann versucht die Klimaanlage tagsüber laufen zu lassen, dies wurde allerdings vom Hotelpersonal bei der Reinigung unterbunden indem das Fenster einen Spalt geöffnet wurde. Anschließend ist dem Hotel die Problematik mit dem Raumklima bekannt. Beim Check out haben dies mehrere Gäste angemerkt und vom Hotel mit dem Hinweis abgetan: Am Wochenende würde man keine Handwerker bekommen.

Personalen var otrevlig och rummet var ej städat och dåliga sängar

Værelset var godt og rent og god service fra personalet. De var vældig søde

Con la scusa del risparmio energetico/rispetto ambientale e quant'altro.......Fatto presente alla reception la prima sera al rientro.....ma niente nemmeno i giorni successivi

Would of been nice to have kettle in the room ..but over all it was very good location great park next to hotel for lovely walks lots of nice greeen space .hotel clean peaceful sleep bed nice

Air conditioning was very weak and made little difference resulting in room being too hot for covers. Beds firm but passable. Showers and bathroom good, plenty of space in room. Good location.

The only problem was the bed Too Soft

Great room with a beautiful view over the park and city. A bit disapporting that there was no minibar in the room, it was in the discription of the room when we booked it

Bra rum på 12:e våningen med utsikt mot staden. Ljudisolerat - inga störande ljud om man inte öppnade fönstret. Gångavstånd till centrum och omedelbar närhet till fina parken Planten und Blumen. Bra restaurangutbud i närheten i Karo-kvarteren. Skön kingsize-säng. Bra men ej överdådig frukost. Fina parkeringsmöjligheter för bilen i mässområdets jättegarage till en rimlig kostnad 16 euro per dygn.

Wir hatte gefühlte 28 Grad im Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass die nicht normal ist und man sich darum kümmert. Aber leider hat sich am Zustand nichts geändert. Wir haben auch andere Gäste gefragt uns das Problem bestand auch bei Ihnen. Fester konnten aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht ganz geöffnet werden, deshalb war der Zustand untragbar.

An sich macht das Hotel und Zimmer einen guten und sauberen Eindruck. Leider war mein Zimmer (114) ein absoluter Bunker. Mein Handy hatte überhaupt keinen Empfang und das WLAN war nur in bestimmten Teilen ganz schwach verfügbar. Die meiste Zeit war ich also von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten. Zum WLAN selber gab es weder auf dem Zimmer noch auf dem Schlüssel eine Info und als ich beim Empfang angerufen habe, hat der Mitarbeiter mir nur das WLAN genannt, mir gesagt dass ich Namen und E-Mail eintragen soll und bevor ich noch etwas fragen konnte, einfach ohne sich zu verabschieden aufgelegt. Das Telefon an sich hat auch leider stark gerauscht. Warum man sich extra anmelden bzw. einen Benutzer erstellen muss für das WLAN habe ich nicht verstanden und finde es auch nervig und unnötig. WLAN sollte entweder mit PW oder Zimmernummer funktionieren. So konnte ich die Zeit auf dem Zimmer leider nicht genießen.

Well the personal in the reception was one of the most rudest i met, during my travels! When I let them know that we wasnt informed or gotten any email link when we checked in? We had to find the wifi ourself? And through that we lost 76 Euro on the local public transport! When I said or complained about this to the reception? Their answer was? "Oh he who checked you in should have send you a email?" But he didnt even ask for one?, Because he was training a new staffmember? Then I said but cant you do anything about after? Their responce "no we cant oh are you here for a whole week sorry that you bought card for local transport " and then laughed about it! I said it is you fault from the beginning Because its says nothing on your website or hotels.com etc "yes it does they said" no it doesnt! and then the receptionist sad "oh its only local to our hotel" so know that the staff on this hotel is the most rudest I ever met! The hotels. Com website showed that the hotel had bar and limited hours room service but there was no bar and room service at all. The reception was asked for a wake up call but there was no wake up call as wall.,at the time of check out the girl at the reception asked for the charges for breakfast although it was already paid through the hotels.com. Bed and room was nice but service was bad

One member of staff at reception on the day was rude!!!! I don’t think she should be front of house.. EVER.. Didn’t catch her name, the rest of the staff super friendly, nice hotel.

Super gute Lage, 30 min zur hafencity, Speicherstadt, Landungsbrücken und Reeperbahn. Und die Alster in 10 min. erreichbar

Location was not suitable for the sightseeing we wanted to see

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe des CCH und in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der direkt gegenüber liegende Park ist ideal zum Verweilen.

Super Lage zur Innenstadt und nach St Pauli. Zu den Messehallen sind es nur wenige Meter.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, viele spannende Orte sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel in der Nähe des HBF mit tollem Ausblick vom Zimmer, kleinem Kühlschrank und sehr nettem Personal. Empfehlenswert!

Great location for the conference center.

Not the best location. We always had to walk at least 10 minutes just to reach public transportation. Hair dryer available was terrible.

War in Ordnung. Das Frühstück könnte noch etwas umfangreicher sein; Biokost habe ich vermisst.

My room was quiet and comfortable, although a little worn. The breakfast room was too crowded and the breakfast was mediocre.

Alles gut, nur mit dem Frühstück scheint das Hotel überfordert zu sein, und das für 22 € pro Person. Eier am Buffet mindestens 10 Minuten nicht verfügbar. Die Auswahl bei Belag dürftig, O-Saft aus der Tasse, weil Gläser nicht verfügbar.... Da passt Preis-Leistung leider nicht.

Zeer schoon en net hotel. Wel jammer dat je voor het ontbijt veel moet betalen.

Dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Værelset var helt i top med rengøring. Det eneste minus var morgenmaden. 2 dage i træk tog jeg blødkogte æg som var helt hårdkogt og frugten var smattet ud og kaffen var kold.
