I stayed here five nights in late March 2026, here are my experiences: PROS: Around 10min walk to Sukhumvit main road. Not that bad of a walk. No street noise when sleeping. Half hourly tuk tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Elegant building, rooms and decor. Heavy room doors ensure a quiet room. Good shower head pressure and easily adjustable water temperature control. Good value breakfast buffet - only USD$9 add-on at time of booking CONS: The 10min walk to Sukhumvit gets old fairly quickly if you go out enough The hotel needs refurbishment - all public areas look tired, worn out and in need of polishing and painting. Eg floors need polishing. Door handle chrome was worn out from years of use. Lack of in-room charging ports and USB ports - this is a sure sign a place is outdated and in need of updating. Bring your own or borrow one from housekeeping like I did. NO BBC World News - NO CNN - two unforgivable omissions from in-room TV channels. This means near zero English language news and information provided for English speaking guests. (Al Jazeera English available but very poor reception with frequent drop outs made it unwatchable. TV was unwatchable the whole time basically) Would I stay here again? No - there are far more newer fresher BKK options available at the same price range. The lack of BBC News and CNN channels is unacceptable to this English speaking guest. The hotel's main clientele appears to be be Arab and South Asian travellers (the hotel us
