Reception is open: 9am until 10pm; Thursdays to Saturdays until 12am. Check-in: 3pm to 8pm. Check-out: 9am to 11am. If possible, we arrange your booking in a way - that you stay in the same room for the whole time and - that all beds are in the same room if you have booked more than one bed of a room category. Due to systemic reasons we cannot guarantee this in any case. We will wait for your arrival for one hour after the time mentioned on your reservation. If you don't arrive within an hour, we will cancel the booking. If you plan to arrive after check-in hours (later than 8pm), you have to pay the full amount in advance, so we can guarantee a late-check in. Please note that there is a 'cultural tax' on accommodation in hotels from the 1st of January 2013. Tax is not included in the given rates and has to be paid upon arrival.
