Policies & Conditions: We will collect the full amount from your credit card about 48 hours before your arrival. We need your CVV number in order to confirm your booking. If you do not provide the CVV number and we are unable to take the money we will cancel the booking. If the credit card you have entered is not valid, e.g. due to insufficient funds, we will ask you by e-mail for new card details. If you do not provide this information within 12 hours, we will be entitled to cancel your reservation. You can change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date (local time). If you do not cancel within this time, a cancellation fee of the full stay will apply. Payments to third parties cannot be refunded by the hostel. Please note: The name on the booking must match the name on the credit card used. If both names do not match, we have the right to cancel your reservation. Reception hours from 9am-11am and 5pm-9pm , During winter season - start November till end of January - reception hours may be flexible.
