When i walked in the front door, the lobby smelt so fresh and clean. I knew right then and there i chose a great place to stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff was also nice. And the room was so cold. I love great A/C hotels

The room was a nice, basic hotel room. When we arrived, the temperature was around 63 degrees, a box fan was running on high, and there was a strong commercial carpet-cleaner odor that was slightly nauseating. The bed was comfortable, the pool was enjoyable, and check-in was easy. The luggage cart also worked well for getting our luggage to the room. The shampoo, body wash, and soap in the dispensers did not seem like the products normally used with those dispensers. They were not very effective and did not have the same scent or quality we have experienced at other properties using similar brands, which made us wonder whether the dispensers had been filled with a different product. Overall, we gave the property an “OK” rating because the strong carpet-cleaner smell and the quality of the provided toiletries did not meet the expectations we have for this hotel brand based on our previous stays.
