Krymwood Flats Wynwood

So before I get here I’m told it’s a 150 dollar deposit. Nowhere where I booked on the third party app does it say so. So I call tell them tell I don’t have it on my card can I give what I got and put the rest on the card I’m told no. So I ask for a refund since I booked for 10 days and told no again. No accommodation no anything done. I end up driving putting the money on the card and get to my room. I’m in room 3 as soon as I open the door just the number on the door is exactly how many roaches I see dead in plain site. Big roaches almost the size of lizards. I tell them now for the third time I need a refund I refuse to stay here.Denied they wanted to not give me any money back and forced me to either lose my money or stay here. I then get switch to room 4 and no remote for the tv so it was loud and u couldn’t turn it down and also couldn’t watch tv because u can’t change the channel. I told them about this so now I’m just fed up. I take a shower and the floors has some leak everytime water is ran it tracks thru the whole studio. Idk how but water just seemed to follow me. So now no tv roach infestation and now in the morning I’m dealing with people bouncing and running back and forth over my head. I was in town for business and I can honestly say my whole trip was messed up couldn’t sleep barely wind down and just the money hungry and forcing somebody to stay in a dirty place was insane to me. No money was offered back at all and I left early this was sad.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The TV remote was broken, so we couldn’t use the television properly. The air conditioner was leaking a lot of water and was extremely noisy throughout the night, making it very difficult to rest. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, which made sleeping even worse. We reported these issues to the staff, and they asked us to send videos. We did exactly that, but the only response we received was a simple “thank you” for sending them. None of the problems were addressed. In my opinion, this property is not worth the price. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Was not clean there was lots of roaches and the hotel was full. When we get there at two in the morning, we could not have entered the property They make a lot of excuse until the next day we were able to access the property and we had to pay the full price also they charge us twice Expedia charges and the hotel charges so be careful.

A localização perfeita! Perto de lojas e restaurantes. Centrinho super gostoso de passear! Os lençóis da propriedade super cheirosos, toalhas a vontade! Cozinha completa! Ferro de passa! 2 secadores de cabelo! A cana muito macia e o anfitrião muito disponível a tudo o que precisei! Recomendo demais.
