I love this property. Beautiful hotel: pool, fitness room, outdoor terrace, evening reception, breakfast, and fantastic room. Excellent stay. The price was a bit more than Expedia quoted, but we did get two meals in the price: evening reception and breakfast. Highly recommended!

Super nice. We had 2 adults and 3 boys. But not enough towels kitchen plates there was only one spoon no forks and no bedding for the hideabed. Trash can could have been bigger. Other then that breakfast was good pool was nice too. One more thing it would be nice to be able to shut the curtains.

The staff were great, the room was very nice. I had my 2 teenagers with me we enjoyed the pool and the ease of connecting accounts to the TV to enjoy the shows they wanted at the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious.

We've stayed here a few times. Overall, we like the place, especially because they allow pets. My only issue is that the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are usually almost empty each time. Just fill them up before the next guests arrive! It's a real hassle to ask the person at the desk if they can have someone come up and fill the bottles in the shower.

Room appeared to have been recently “updated,” but not sufficiently. Mold was visible around shower fixtures, drains were slow, sides of mattress had visible staining, and both the toilet paper roll holder and body lotions dispensers fell off the wall when using them. Ongoing construction was evident in the hallways near the lobby, and there was a trail of cat food outside of our room door

Great location, decor and room. Stayed in a suite. Dishes in cupboard were not very clean. One plate had baked on cheese on it. The diishwasher had dishes in it that were half washed. Other wise the room was confortable and clean.

The refrigerator in the Suite was very dirty inside and out. The Saturday morning breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The egss were out an hour before the closing time of the buffet. Plastic silverware and paper cups were provided. There was no housekeeping services in our room on our stayover night. None, no clean towels provided.

When we arrived the room needed a complete cleaning. My wife and I bring cleaning supplies the bathroom was a mess the toilet still had poop in it. The floor was disgustingly dirty on the tiled area. Once we had settled in then the construction started ( we would not of booked this hotel if we were informed) they made a lot noise and then tore out the hallway carpet. Some guest checked out because of the glue smell. We completed our stay but was very disappointed for this being a Hilton hotel.

Loved this hotel. Enough room to put up my twins 3 pack b plays in the living room. The bedroom area was the biggest room I have ever stayed in. The breakfast options were not that great. But good enough for a free breakfast. We loved it being a 8 minute walk to the gas station. So we were able to fill up on snacks without getting back in the car.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I am sure were eco-friendly, but they almost felt cheap as soon as you touched them, they were falling apart. Other than that it was a great stay. There were different breakfast options daily, the staff were friendly, not much to complain about at all.

Our room was great, excellent sized with kitchen and additional seating area which is always nice. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Cameron at the front desk was very personable and seemed to like his job- which I find rare these days! He was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback I would say (and it is somewhat minor) is that the air was really dry. Maybe it was the time of year, or allergies, but the room could have used some humidity for sure. Not sure how that would be reconciled, but we just ran the shower for awhile and it seemed to help some.

I had a great stay with my family of 6 on our vacation to adventureland and the service was great! I hate that I can’t remember the lady at the front desks name, but she was absolutely amazing and very nice! She helped us book another room and kept the process very simple. We loved our stay it was very easy to get to and from state fair which was why we stayed at the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean and the people at the front desk were very helpful with our questions.

Property is showing its age. My AC unit was stuck on heat. Maintenance had to repair. Fridge was not working, reset breaker. Carpet molding was loose going to bath area. Tripped on it several times. 3 day stay and hot breakfast options barely warm. Yuk, ate cold cereal and Mcdonalds for breakfast. Hilton, you csn do better than this. Cant wait for next trip to Ankeny, New Springhill suites just opened. I will be staying there.

Property is showing its age. My AC unit was stuck on heat. Maintenance had to repair. Fridge was not working, reset breaker. Carpet molding was loose going to bath area. Tripped on it several times. 3 day stay and hot breakfast options barely warm. Yuk, ate cold cereal and Mcdonalds for breakfast. Hilton, you csn do better than this. Cant wait for next trip to Ankeny, New Springhill suites just opened. I will be staying there.

The refrigerator in the Suite was very dirty inside and out. The Saturday morning breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The egss were out an hour before the closing time of the buffet. Plastic silverware and paper cups were provided. There was no housekeeping services in our room on our stayover night. None, no clean towels provided.

Property was in a very convenient location and was very per friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and kitchen was a nice amenity.

Room was clean and nice. Hallways and elevators were dirty. Breakfast was underwhelming as they ran out of food. Hotel seemed a bit understaffed.

Traveled from Cali to Iowa for AAU junior Olympics. This was a 2nd choice hotel because we booked on hotels.com and they had the payment plan that worked. We stayed for 1week, the hotel was in a nice area, lots of food places around. clean. Front desk was extremely nice. Breakfast every morning. On Wednesday was alil complimentary wine and snacks. Room got cleaned every other day. No complaints.

Property was very well maintained, clean and inviting. Lobby had a great feel and you could tell they focused on making sure it smelled good too, not just a clean smell. Breakfast had a great variety and was flavorful. Would highly recommend for an extended stay and bigger kids, the rooms were spacious and easily fit our three very tall teens.

Business with our son for our pre move to Iowa. Our Eldest Daughter brought our grandkids very and they had a great time in the pool. Employees very professional at the desk as well as the housekeeping.

We loved interacting with Eric. He made our stay fun. The breakfast was full of healthy choices and there was a large comfortable area to relax while enjoying it. Rooms were mostly clean, we didn’t have a bedding set for our pull out couch and there was a dried up dirty wash cloth in the shower. But, otherwise it was very nice. The rooms were comfortable , quiet and spacious.
