The check-in was a fiasco. The office closed at 8 PM. I arrived a couple of hours later. Without a cell phone, I had to rely on another hotel guest to tell me what to do to check in. It turned out I had to knock on the hotel room door that was 2 doors to the left of the office. Luckily, someone answered and checked me in.

The room and it's amenities were in very good shape and very clean. The neighborhood and clientele were a little sketchy.
