Very relaxing , quiet and zen hotel. Room was beautiful and food was great everywhere including the breakfast buffet. I think the best part of the hotel is the beach access (sun beds included in the price). The only thing is staff could provide higher quality service for the price - they provided conflicting information about the resort facilities at points and didn’t bend over backward to offer transportation to restaurants/spa across the highway; and you have to specifically request them to pick you up at your villa otherwise you have to walk 5-10 minutes to the front lobby to catch the shuttle. We also asked them to book a restaurant for us and they said they were working on it and just never gave us a call back. Also note that you must make restaurant reservations in advance of your stay. There are 2 different hotel locations so the restaurants and rooms/spa are spread out between the two and you need to take the shuttle to get across the highway to the other location.

O hotel é uma delícia, os funcionários simpáticos, comida deliciosa. O quarto é primoroso nos mínimos detalhes, com mimos e muito conforto. Fui na alta temporada e mesmo com crianças, muitas familias, conseguimos privacidade. Muito bom, gostaria de voltar.

Confusing when you book which part of the property you’re staying in. It’s now divided across a street and requires inconvenient shuttle transfers. If you’re into a rustic experience and want to visit, I’d highly recommend staying on the original part of the property only, not the new area which has immature landscaping and ugly views over exposed AC units. The pictures are also misleading that this is beachfront- it’s a 10-15 minute drive to the beach. Staff skill sets vary dramatically. Maria on front desk is amazing, but there are also a bunch of ill trained interns in forward facing positions without proper supervision. Breakfast was covered in flies, as was the Sublime Beach club (go to JNCQuoi beach club instead). This honestly doesn’t feel like a 5* hotel. We will not be returning.
