Excellent hotel and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had a lovely little balcony. Excellent breakfast, and lovely touches like the afternoon tea. It's a great location - as easy to walk to many of the key sites and also very close to public transport. There are also restaurants int he area.

Amazing boutique hotel in the charming neighborhood of Monti. The staff were available for anything I needed help with from airport transfer to restaurant recommendations and reservations. The morning breakfast was divine as was the afternoon team from 5-6pm. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

The hotel is really convenient for dining options and easily walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Plus complimentary afternoon tea every day was a lovely surprise! The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had a really lovely stay!

Room was nice but most importantly the staff was exceptional. Antonio went out of his way to find us transportation to our cruise ship. The breakfast was delicious and the chef came out to personal introduce herself. I will definitely stay at 15 Keys in the future. Oh, and how can I forget…a bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived. Plus, their Happy Hour was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing!

My stay was wonderful. I was in the cheapest and simplest room, but was comfy and had everything I needed. Breakfast is delicious and staff couldn't be any nicer. Lovely common spaces and afternoon tea time!

This hotel was a great find. Conveniently located for all the major historical attractions, whilst not too busy and touristy. Hidden up a side street with friendly, local, independent restaurants. Service at the hotel was impeccable. Breakfast was amazing, as were the extra touches such as complimentary English style tea in the afternoons after a day of site seeing. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the single light room, very clean, good lighting, very good shower, needed after a long day sightseeing. Hotel was very convenient for the train station for the airport train and also only 15 mins walk from the colosseum. I had breakfast one of the mornings, prosecco was a nice touch and the dining area was very cute. Good options for food near by, i ate at L'Angolo di Napoli. Hotel stored my bag post check out which is very handy when u have a late flight.

We are a family of 4 (two teens) and our teenagers stayed in their own room with us in a room just above them. We loved our stay at 15 Keys - it is quiet and classy, extremely clean and appointed with lovely little things that made it feel spa like. The breakfast was our favourite start to the day - fresh fruit, cheeses, avocado, tomatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage - all fresh and delicious. In addition they always had an assortment of fresh (in house freshly made/baked) breads, pastries, granola, and the most delicious yogurt. We were greeted with a warm shot of lemon and ginger, fresh smoothies and delicious coffee (cappuccino, Americano, espresso - freshly made and served to our table). The courtyard was so lovely and quaint for enjoying our breakfast. We found Rome was challenging to find fresh fruit, veggies and salad so this was a welcome start to our day! The staff are attentive and helpful and the rooms very clean, nicely air conditioned, and the beds comfortable. The neighbourhood is charming - we could walk to the Colosseum, main areas (but taxi to the Vatican). We walked easily with our luggage to the Termini station at the end of our stay for our train to the coast. I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel!

The room was spectacular. Very spacious and clean! Bathroom was beautiful!!!! The staff went above and beyond for us, taking our luggage to our room once it came available, called us cabs, gave us a to go breakfast when we left!! Very, very nice place to stay! The breakfast in the morning was delicious!!!! And the chef ensured that we were completely taken care of!!! Would highly recommend this hotel for your Rome stay. Close to the coliseum, Trevi fountain, pantheon and Spanish steps!

Go ahead and stop looking at other hotels in Rome and book this one. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The “basic” room I stayed in was extremely welcoming and clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The have a complimentary breakfast with both hot breakfast items and bakery items that are actually baked from one of their staff members, and it is delicious! I stayed here one 2 separate night, once at the beginning of my Italy trip and on the night before my flight and the same excellent service was provided both times. I will definitely be back!

What a great find. Every need satisfied. Lots of space, which was comfortably furnished, and an excellent breakfast which was continually replaced with freshly cooked hot food and great home cooked cakes. The welcome bottle of wine was very appreciated. The staff were friendly and very helpful from ordering cabs to recommending restaurants. The location of the hotel is convenient to lots of attractions but is on a side street and very quiet. Room 15, on the top floor, has a little balcony and is a great room. I recommend this hotel if you are in Rome.

My experience here was fine. No significant problems. Friendly and courteous staff. It's a fun neighborhood to stay in (Monti), convenient to historic sites without being right in the thick of tourist territory. Room was small (but not less than what I expected from the information provided at booking). Is it the best option for the money? Not sure. Rome is just expensive.

A lovely boutique hotel, beautifully finished. A lovely welcome from reception staff. Breakfast was fantastic with choice of freshly made breads and cakes and, importantly, good coffee. My wife and I stayed at the Fifteen Keys for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and had an amazing stay. The small boutique hotel was exactly what we wanted. Iulia in particular was amazing - on our arrival, realising we needed to have dinner provided suggestions on suitable locations and phoned around to book for us - her recommendation ended up being the best meal we had. The lady that cooks the breakfast and cakes was also fantastic and cooked the best cakes for breakfast and afternoon tea. We used the bikes from the hotel to get around which was a lovely touch. The hotel is within walking distance of the Colosseum and other central attractions. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel - I rarely leave reviews but this stay was worth writing one. Room was nice but most importantly the staff was exceptional. Antonio went out of his way to find us transportation to our cruise ship. The breakfast was delicious and the chef came out to personal introduce herself. I will definitely stay at 15 Keys in the future. Oh, and how can I forget…a bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived. Plus, their Happy Hour was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing!

The staff went above and beyond for us, taking our luggage to our room once it came available, called us cabs, gave us a to go breakfast when we left!! Very, very nice place to stay! We LOVED the hotel and will be returning each and every time we visit Rome. The Monti neighborhood is calm and less touristy with just the right amount of action, delicious restaurants, yummy Gelaterie, shops and bars. The hotel itself is charming, each decoration carefully chosen and presented with thoughtfulness and creativity. While very pretty and minimalist, it is warm and eclectic. The staff is so kind and recommended many delicious “local” places to eat. Our best meal in Rome was at a restaurant they recommended. The breakfasts are to die for, Ionella takes pride in her cooking and every single thing is made from scratch. We wish we could rate it 6 stars!!! Best. Stay. Every.

The fifteen keys is a very cosy hotel with only 15 rooms, located in a lovely neighbourhood in Monti. I traveled with work and had a «light single room» but both the room and the bed was surprisingly spacious. Clean, fresh and well maintained, and with a nice bathroom. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good. You can enjoy coffee and homemade breakfast inside or outside in the private backyard. I can definitely recommend this hotel, and will come back next time I’m in Rome!
