Not as advertised! Don’t fall for it like we did. Now this place charges for everything…cleaning fees on day for you to arrive. Evidently they charge if you don’t show up for breakfast …not that we were offered any. Parking fee is ok but lot is 3 blocks away…hope you didn’t forget anything in the car! They have an elevator but didn’t go from 1st to second floor …my disabled husband was not happy. I got to carry the luggage up to the room. We got a text to join them for breakfast and was then told there was no breakfast. We don’t mind paying for the hotel, parking etc but we walked by multiple lots to get to our car. No breakfast in a bed and breakfast is inexcusable. We left a day early and just went home. The room was fine and the hotel was a little run down and musty smelling. It is in a good location. We will go back to St Augustine and stay somewhere else. The only reason we stayed here was because of the elevator…I guess it was wrong of me to assume it went to every floor.

Property is located in heart of historic district with shops across the street and restaurant/bar next door. The bar music can be heard from Room 7 until 11 pm. It's not a quiet property. Good if you want the nightlife. Parking is difficult. Requires a parking pass and parking lot 2 blocks away from the inn. Overall, the room was nice. The bed was really comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing once the jets drowned out the band music.The breakfast wasn't traditional as listed on website. The breakfast was a biscuit and gravy. I wasn't that impressed. I think the breakfast and cookies could be better. I like mini fridges in room and access to a microwave but kitchen closed off so no use of plates or silverware. Quaint little B&B. Everyone was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast good. It's 50ft from the main walking path, so very close. There is a cafe behind our room that played music outdoors. It was not bothersome. The parking is a little complicated, you have to park in a lot about a block and a half away, but it's only a 3min walk back to the B&B. But it was a nice weekend stay.

We had a delightful stay. The staff was amazing and our room was comfortable and clean, smelled clean when we walked in which is important to us. Our room was accessible for people with disabilities which we didn’t mind but its perfect for disabled with wheelchair access. Love the happy hour each evening! We were there over Christmas so there was no happy hour on Christmas Day (understandably so) but they went above and beyond with champagne and all sorts of goodies for our room and a Christmas card! Very nice. 😊

The room was nice, as was the staff, and fancy breakfast. Do note that this is in the historic district, villiage type area, so you do have to get a parking pass at check in and drop off your bags and park a couple blocks away.

Super LOUD MUSIC from multiple directions until wee hours of the night. Parking was 3-4 blocks away and hard to find! Very cold room with no control. Staff does not stay on site after 6pm, so you’re own your own. Free cookie at night was good. Bedroom and balcony was nice and clean. Strange breakfast with three items and no options. 1) Purple sorbet or something, 2) mushy not fully cooked biscuit with gravy on top and what looked like a tiny bit of egg under the gravy, and 3) a very mushy and greasy hash brown thing which did not taste like potato. I couldn’t eat hardly any of it. Would have been happier with fresh fruit and a muffin at least. And, they state they will charge you $15 if you don’t tell them you’re not going to this breakfast. In other words, don’t go to this breakfast, but make sure you tell them you’re not going to breakfast!

Charming house. Great location. Nice breakfast included in lovely light-filled room or out in the courtyard. There is an elevator at the back that they don’t mention unless you ask about it (and I was using a cane). The parking is several blocks away, and they give you a good map to find it. The oral directions were lousy.

Property is close to everything. Breakfast was the best I ever had not just cereal and pastry. It was a hearty well thought-out breakfast. People were great very friendly. Please need a little updating a few simple things would do so much for the place. #1 replace old worn outdoor mats. power wash wood decking and stairs. update bathroom replace toilet seat simple inexpensive items would do a lot

The location is excellent. Our room was not ready at checkin and we were right next to the stage of a Pub. They did stop playing at 10pm. The room was very clean and the kitchen staff for morning breakfast were very pleasant!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, great location. Only slight negative is that parking was hard to find and tough to get to. The sign for parking is a little small. The breakfast was so good! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Whether youve been to a bed and breakfast before or want to try it for the first time i definitely recommend this place.

This property had the potential to be very good. Check in process was inefficient in that the room was delayed. Check in at 3 . Didn’t get our room until 4:23. Rooms need to be updated as the bathtub and toilet were separated by cloth curtains. The location was fantastic. The innkeeper made an effort to accommodate. The price of 323 seemed steep for the quality of the rooms. Our view was a wall and sir conditioner view. .room 17. Request not to take that room.

It is a vintage / heritage property, so the ambience of the main cottage is nice. However the back rooms are extremely extremely small and the bathrooms only have curtains, no doors. We lived in a back room on the upper floor

I have to admit, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel is right next to Pierre’s Pub, which blasted loud music until 12:04 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The room was tiny, outdated, and right by the building’s entrance, so we heard people coming and going all night. We were charged $436.38 for one night, an unbelievable ripoff. Horrible experience. What made the situation worse is that when I complained to the front desk, instead of being apologetic (which would have been the right customer service response), she blamed me and said the room description online clearly stated it would be noisy. I later checked both Hotels.com (where I booked) and the hotel’s own website, and nowhere does it mention anything about noise. I have to admit, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel is right next to Pierre’s Pub, which blasted loud music until 12:04 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The room was tiny, outdated, and right by the building’s entrance, so we heard people coming and going all night. We were charged $436.38 for one night, an unbelievable ripoff. Horrible experience. What made the situation worse is that when I complained to the front desk, instead of being apologetic (which would have been the right customer service response), she blamed me and said the room description online clearly stated it would be noisy. I later checked both Hotels.com (where I booked) and the hotel’s own website, and nowhere does it mention anything about noise. In fact, it even advertises champagne and mimosas, yet they don’t serve any alcohol. Very disappointing and an extremely bad experience.

Location is excellent, right next to St George St. Some of the rooms overlook an outdoor bar with live music. We thought this might be annoying but the music was enjoyable and not too late in the night. The rooms are small, with some lower ceilings at the roof, bathroom was huge with a nice tub. Overall an enjoyable trip, would stay again

This particular room (#16) at this B&B is okay for a 2-4 night stay. Positives- the room was clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfasts were delicious. And of course, it is in the middle of the historic district. Negatives - The room is small and is at the back corner of the home. No closet or dresser. One window there's a view of the water heaters, the other a view of the A/C's and also backs up two a restaurant/bar that plays music until11- midnight.

Most amazing Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we had such an enjoyable stay ! Located right in the heart of all the best restaurants and just blocks away from an old town trolley stop. Room comfort was excellent and the morning breakfasts were outstanding !! The staff is absolutely fantastic! The breakfasts were great! My wife and I enjoyed ourselves so much. The only thing to be aware of is there is music next door that goes on till 10 or 11 pm. Rose at the front desk was very helpful. She went above and beyond to recommend us a few nice places where we could have dinner. And “Michael’s” was an excellent one. She even upgraded our room which was extremely nice and was very much appreciated.

The owner and staff were very accommodating in changing our reservation at the last minute so that we could have a room with a jacuzzi tub; we were very appreciative. The breakfasts were excellent! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had an excellent visit overall.

My stay at the inn was fantastic! Parking was easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Leah was fantastic when we arrived and very informative. Location was great as we were able to walk everywhere with ease. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, great location. Only slight negative is that parking was hard to find and tough to get to. The sign for parking is a little small. Quaint little B&B. Everyone was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast good. It's 50ft from the main walking path, so very close. There is a cafe behind our room that played music outdoors. It was not bothersome. The parking is a little complicated, you have to park in a lot about a block and a half away, but it's only a 3min walk back to the B&B. But it was a nice weekend stay.

Loved the location - I'd never stayed within the Historic District and this was a WONDERFUL spot. We were able to walk around, come back and take a break and then walk to dinner. Service was friendly and welcoming -- we look forward to our next visit !

Not as advertised! Don’t fall for it like we did. Now this place charges for everything…cleaning fees on day for you to arrive. Evidently they charge if you don’t show up for breakfast …not that we were offered any. Parking fee is ok but lot is 3 blocks away…hope you didn’t forget anything in the car! They have an elevator but didn’t go from 1st to second floor …my disabled husband was not happy. I got to carry the luggage up to the room. We got a text to join them for breakfast and was then told there was no breakfast. We don’t mind paying for the hotel, parking etc but we walked by multiple lots to get to our car. No breakfast in a bed and breakfast is inexcusable. We left a day early and just went home. The room was fine and the hotel was a little run down and musty smelling. It is in a good location. We will go back to St Augustine and stay somewhere else. The only reason we stayed here was because of the elevator…I guess it was wrong of me to assume it went to every floor.

The property is right in the middle of the nightlife. The parking is hard. You have to unload your things and hunt this parking lot that is difficult to find. Room 6 is small. Room 1 is better. Food was awful. We would stay there again just for convenience. Staff is very nice.

The Augustin Inn is conveniently located in the historic section of St Augustine. It is very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and the staff is warm and wonderful. We highly recommend this location if you are planning a visit to very unique wonderful city.

Super LOUD MUSIC from multiple directions until wee hours of the night. Parking was 3-4 blocks away and hard to find! Very cold room with no control. Staff does not stay on site after 6pm, so you’re own your own. Free cookie at night was good. Bedroom and balcony was nice and clean. Strange breakfast with three items and no options. 1) Purple sorbet or something, 2) mushy not fully cooked biscuit with gravy on top and what looked like a tiny bit of egg under the gravy, and 3) a very mushy and greasy hash brown thing which did not taste like potato. I couldn’t eat hardly any of it. Would have been happier with fresh fruit and a muffin at least. And, they state they will charge you $15 if you don’t tell them you’re not going to this breakfast. In other words, don’t go to this breakfast, but make sure you tell them you’re not going to breakfast!

Over all, the staff was very nice, the location was very convenient, difficult to drive to and park, but great for walking around. There is a live band playing outside your window all day long every day. We didn't mind because we enjoyed the music, but if you go to bed early, you will not get much sleep before 11pm. No options for breakfast, same food for everyone.

The location is perfect and room is clean. However, our room (room 3) needed some updates. The tub was peeling enamel and light bulbs were burned out, the toilet seat was old and seemed like it had been painted. I loved the cookies and the staff was amazing!

So- the "bed and breakfast" that I found when looking online no longer includes the "breakfast" part- so be clear about that. It is located in the perfect location amongst shops and so many places to eat. Also easy to pop over to about 3 trolly stops by foot. Some folks complained about parking- we were there during the summer, so off season they allowed us to mark directly across from the "hotel". They do not have any staff on hand except a few hours during the day. Not many rooms. The common areas do need some cleaning up and refresh for sure- but we would stay here again.
