Super convenient location. Rooms were good size and clean. A bit noisy with ACs from street. Rooftop bar was nice. No amenities for breakfast :(

Our room was not clean. We found splatters of coffee on the headboard, the light switches were not clean. I had to clean the phone :( All the high touch areas were not good. What’s happening with the training standards? We found the staff at front desk especially helpful. Very friendly. We also don’t appreciate polyester sheets that go ‘static’ in the middle of the night. Shocks!! And so uncomfortable to sleep on. If you can supply cotton towels then you can give your guests proper cotton sheets…especially if you’re in the sleep business.

I loved the location and the rooftop bar/dining area was really nice, also liked that there was a snack area near the front desk. My room was unfortunately not properly cleaned and some of the furniture looked a bit run down. There were a number of handprints and smudges on the surfaces and mirrors, and a brown stain was discovered on my middle comforter the first morning I was there. I reported it to the front desk and requested a replacement multiple times, but one was never brought to me, so I slept with only a sheet for the remainder of my stay. The staff was extremely nice, but I would not likely stay here again due to the condition of my room. Perhaps some of the other rooms are more updated or cleaner - for me, they unfortunately dropped the ball.

The Cambria has a great location in Chelsea in the middle of the Flower District. We enjoy seeing the flowers up and down the street coming to and from the hotel. The rooms are very nicely sized for Manhattan. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great. Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They had an issue with their Key Card machine and no one had keys to their rooms for several days; our entire stay. But the staff went above and beyond helping to ensure guests were let into rooms as needed. I never had to wait, always had a staff member to let me in.

I stayed here with friends for a concert at Madison Square Garden. The location was perfect and one of the few hotels where you could get a room in NYC with two queen beds. The room was also huge compared to some others in the city. Definitely recommend if you're needing a place near MSG!
