The location is good. Right across the street from Koreatown Plaza. Water and coffee in front hotel lobby area.Room was clean. Good A/C in room. Room had a fridge. No iron or ironing board in room. Must call front desk to request to use iron. Slept comfortably, not a lot of noise. Felt safe. Good parking, garage is below hotel. Parking garage did have a leak from pipes overhead and water dripping in garage .Staff said they were working on having that fixed. No problems. Short drive to BMO stadium. Would stay again.

Stay away from this hotel!!! Parking was terrible and the parking attendant is a total nightnare. He would not let us in the parking lot when we got back from a concert claiming there was no parking. When I went in to ask the the hotel front attendant he said he could refund our money for the stay since we cant park there that night. No explanation why but extremely nice. I watch multiple cars leave and they still kept saying there is no parking. Im convince they were saving the parking for people who are not guest. After realizing there was no winning with them we had no choice but to leave He gave me my deposits back and said he would refund my credit card for the rest of the stay. No wonder he was nice becuse he was a LIAR! THEY DID NOT REFUND !!THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I had to put in a dispute with my card and still fighting it. They lie and string you along. I called multiple times and the staff kept saying the refund is coming. It never did! Its been almost 2 months. They also change the description of the rooms after I left i did not receive what i booked. If you decide to stay here make sure to print the description so you have proof when everything goes down hill and dont leave the hotel with out anything in writing no matter how nice they are EVEN AT CHECK OUT! They will probably lie about And keep your deposit! I was supposed to be at this hotel for a whole week and was only there for 1 day! They just thiefs!

Amazing location dead center of Ktown, clean, no-frills and a comfortable bed. The property is across the street from an HMart and close to tons of restaurants. Free parking was a plus.

Nice area with groceries & restaurants within walking distance. Free parking garage is very helpful.

Their parking lot and lobby have a security officer after hours, making you feel secure. Rooms are cozy, desk service is great, and they accommodate your needs. Always a nice experience here.

Included (no added fee) parking under the hotel was a big plus. Lot's of good Korean food options in the area.

My boyfriend and I were only there for a short time, but the stay was great! It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were very kind. It’s a decent walking distance from a variety of eateries and right across the street from a grocery store. It was very convenient that there was parking included on the property.

The room was clean and the best part was the free parking in a garage below the hotel that had a security guard at night. There is a grocery store nearby and the Ktown plaza is right across the street which was cool. The rooms are definitely outdated so don’t expect anything fancy. The light fixtures are pretty dim/old so it was a little difficult to do my makeup. Sitting by the window with the natural light was a lot of better than the bathroom light. There were outlets/USB plugs in the headboards of the beds which seems really convenient but none of them worked unfortunately. Would recommend to people for a shorter trip.

There is bedbug in the hotel, I told the front desk about it and they change my room and is the same. The whole hotel need cleaning and insect control

Fecal matter on toilet. Ants everywhere! Contact lenses. Peoples food and beverages in the refrigerator. Walls floors bathrooms look like they’ve never been cleaned. Under the beds were disgusting. We stood at the front desk for 5-10 min before anyone came up to us. And no refund. Terrible

Sheets have stains and cockroach in the bathtub.

The place was in a great location but room facilities were dirty. It was very muggy, but I think it comes with old buildings. The floors were full of dust and hairballs (lots of them) and there was a brown mark on one of the pillow cases. Having piles of someone's hair all over the floor and couch was gross. The brown mark was a stain, but I was worried about the cleanliness of the place. Most concerning was that there was man in the garage pulling the doors open to see what was open. I asked the front office person about the safety of area and he said it is what it is. Also, they take a 200 deposit because apparently the tenants tend to trash the place. This was another red flag, it is likely that this is the reason that the place was so dirty. The location is across from the HMart, which is the convenient. We left after 2 hours of checking in.

The check in guy was nice. The room was not as advertised. Really old and falling apart. The shower tap kept falling off. Someone’s hair was still in the bathroom on the counter and generally the room was grotty. I got eaten by bugs in the room and found a cockroach. The sheets had old blood stains on them. The aircon was really noisy. Housekeeping came into my room even when I had the do not disturb sign up which made me uneasy as I had all of my belongings out. Still waiting on my security deposit to be refunded. I was happy to leave.

Awful hotel. Friendly staff though. The bathroom was crawling with ants. The bed linens and pillows were dirty. The window cracks were filled with dust and dirt. Wouldn't recommend.

Bedbuggs in bed and hairs dirty sheets whe get a different room but it was to late my wife and daughter was bitten al red bumps on there leggs do not stay here for your health

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom as well as black mold.

The shower was broken. When we woke up the next morning, lots of ants in the bathroom and around the door. Some got into our suitcases. When mentioned these to the guy at check out, he was not even apologetic. Will never stay here again

For $200 a night, this stay was really disappointing. I’ve stayed in plenty of inns before, but this was definitely the worst one so far. The first thing I noticed was that the walls were dirty and chipped, which already made the room feel run-down. Then in the bathroom shower, I saw a bug. I tried to overlook it, but pretty quickly I realized the sink and bathroom door were covered in ants. Since it was really late and I had already unpacked, I just decided not to use the bathroom and went to bed Then around 8 a.m., I woke up to housekeeping being very loud. I then realized my room was right next to the laundry room, which explained all the banging and people being loud. When I told the front desk about the bugs on my way out, all I got was a quick “oh, sorry,” Overall, I really expected more for the price. This was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

I'd stay again. Room had some minor disrepair issues. AC noisy. Compressor? Light bulb out on bedside lamp. Although the bulb was replaced, it wasn't promised due to custodian not on duty in evening. Bathroom door knob very loose.

A good night's stay. It got the job done and was reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, pillows a bit flat but there were multiple, so it was okay. Plenty of towels for us. Water pressure was nice. Bathroom had a hair dryer as well. Parking is free, they have a small parking garage but each time we left and came back there was always a space open. AC worked good, mini fridge too. There's a vending machine and ice machine. Close to stores, gas, food, and Crypto Arena. The walls are on the thinner side, I wouldn't recommend for light sleepers. TV only played one station, the remote wouldn't let us change channels nor volume, not a big deal though. $200 security deposit, Check-in was easy as well as check-out.

It was a cheap hotel with parking included near where I wanted to be. I knew it wasn’t gonna be fancy and it was about what I expected. The biggest issue I had was the room door was terrible, lets a ton of noise in and is clearly not a good fit in the frame. If I could change one thing, that would be it. I’ve payed about this much for worse places before though.

Pros - has a parking garage, restaurants and grocery store nearby, close to freeways Cons - furniture is old and in need of updating, very basic amenities, the street can be noisy depending on what side of the hotel you stay on

The main perks of this hotel lie in its proximity to Koreatown/dining and shopping malls, and the surprisingly stellar lack of noise. Despite being on a busy street, our room had no sound of any traffic or loud celebrations from the street, and no noise from surrounding rooms (though I'm not sure how much of the latter is due to soundproofing and how much is due to other visitors being quiet/respectful). Something to note: they do not have fold-out luggage holders, and our room did not have any outlets by the bed for charging phones (though there were outlets by the desk).

The hotel we had was in perfect location for a family wedding, it was sufficient for what we needed. The bed was comfortable!! Lights next to the bed did not work.

The location of the hotel is really nice if you're a fan of K-culture, food, and K-pop since there are two plazas/malls within walking distance. However, the hotel is just okay in terms of everything else. The wifi would be really finicky in our room and could only be captured if you were to go out into the courtyard. The laundry room was right in front of our room so from 7am until 2pm everyday, we would be berated with the loud sounds of the washer. There were numerous ants and spiders EVERYWHERE; the floor, tables, bathroom, and even my bed! But housekeeping was very attentive and very quick. Not a bad place for a very temporary stay but beware of the ants!!

Terrible experience. While the parking was convenient, everything else was unacceptable. The facilities are basic at best, the air conditioner is unbearably loud, and the soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. We couldn’t sleep at all. To make matters worse, the couple upstairs had loud sex multiple times during the night, causing the bed to shake violently and making absurd levels of noise — once around 11 p.m., and again at 4 a.m. This place is absolutely not suitable for anyone looking for a quiet or restful stay. Avoid if you value your sleep.

The clerk at hotel check counter was worst I have ever experienced, so rude , not educated to treat guests at all ,very unkind , with so much embarrassing attitude . It doesn’t matter this is very economic cheap hotel or not. We expect as much we pay, so it is very conveniently located, I like, but with very rude and weird start here , it was worst experience I ever had …

It is not an expensive hotel and very nicely located. But THE FRONT DESK SERVICE WAD WORST , NEVER KIND, SO RUDE! They looked angry all the time, whatever important questions I had, they never answered right way. It was horrible experience! I EVEN FELT SO MUCH RIDICULOUS THAT I WAS PAYING FOR THIS HOTEL! This hotel must reset for treating their guests in right ways!

We appreciate the stay. The guy that did the check in for us was very nice. However the person that helped us first was rude and even tho he saw me with my little boy, he didn’t let me check in until after 3pm. I needed the room a bit early, I got there at 2:30pm and he did not let me check in.

In the heart of Koreatown, this location is ideal if you like to be within walking distance of good food and easy accommodations. The inn itself is average. Minimal accommodations and standard upkeep of the rooms. The rooms come with a fridge and microwave. The area is quiet at night. Parking is first come, first serve. Staff is somewhat friendly depending on who you talk to.

Property is close to public transportation. Right across street from shopping center. Very conveniently located to everything needed for vacation.

So CLEAN! This place was great for an overnight near the Wiltern Theater. Stayed in one of the suites with 3 beds which was perfect. Beds were comfy, and the place was spotless! Furniture has been updated since the photos were taken. There was plenty of parking when we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night. And the hotel was quiet too - didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or in the hallways. Great place to stay!

Hotel is old , it is in a convient location right across the street for k town plaza . The bed was too firm for me. Overall just a place to rest after I flew for a concert.

Cute little property in Korea town. Starting to fatigue and at beginning of peak season. Coffee machine not working. Batteries in TV remote very weak. Dust bunnies under the beds. No guidelines or information for what is nearby. But was clean and worth a stay. Parking is not secured, but hidden away enough I wasn’t afraid of vandals. Overall a good deal.

Sink in bathroom barley had any running water room 220. AC didnt work kept turning off so the room was hot, AC unit kept leaking water, our control didn't work no matter the angle, coffee cups smelled bad like rotten, shower curtain wasnt long enough made a mess of water on the floor, they have no breakfast, no coffee maker. There was people screaming outside our window. Wouldn't recommend.

I wish I could give 0 star. This hotel is the worst hotel that i have ever been in. Staff doesn't speak English. Tv is not working in the room. Bed sheet has stains, There was coffee machine in the lobby which is paid. I went to the lobby and took 3 foam cups and manager came in suddenly and grab those from my hands and said we cannot take cups to our room. I mean seriously I paid so much and they cannot even give 3 foam cups to us. It doesn't even cost 50 cents for these cups in the dollar tree. There is no water bottles in the room to drink water. You have to pay for water. No breakfast included. No Tv . In the hotel you just come and sleep , this hotel is not for Entertainment. I have booked from Expedia for over 10 years but this is the worst hotel they ever have mentioned on their website. The pictures they show in the add is fake, rooms doesn't match any pictures. This place is a total scam. I give this hotel 0 star

Place was very clean and nice. No early check in was available. You had to walk to front desk every time if you needed to get something like washcloths or an iron. Wish their coffee machine was complimentary. Loved the complimentary parking though. Felt safe.

Bed was confortable, clean bedding. I didn’t have a top sheet tho, just bottom and nice white soft confortable. Towels were nice and clean. I found a few ants in bathroom but nothing major. The property look good, it was quiet while I was there. I enjoyed my stay and I would come back if I pay same price. The check in was good, guy was civil. Only thing I would change are the tired sofas in the lobby and maybe give free coffee in the morning and take care of the ant problem
