No available kitchen items despite signs saying they were…had to go buy dishes, utensils and cookware. Front desk person was rude and useless in providing any assistance or answering questions. Furniture (recliner) did not work as designed. Night time front desk staff and maintenance personnel were friendly and as accommodating as they could be…

The attendant took 20 minutes to answer the door. Several guests left. The elevator was broken. The room had the odor of the previous occupants.

No ice. Shabby condition. Slightly smelly.

Smells like smoke. Not clean with a general state of disrepair. Vending machines are unreliable. "Free breakfast" is a basket of smooshed granola bars. There isn't even a breakfast room.

No soap in room, no water cups in the room. I had to go to the front desk to request both, I got the soap but told that they don't supply cups or glasses. Water faucet for the face bowl leaked around the base of the fixture. The hot water tap for the face bowl did'nt work. The water drainage in the bathtub was very slow. I had to run addtional water to drain the soap scum from the tub. Room windows were cracked open and was difficult to close. No desk service from 10:00 pm until 10:00 am the next day. I expressed my concerns to the desk staff and was told that they don't know about issued until a guest informs them. I asked is'nt housekeeping supposed to make sure that a room is up to standards before renting? I checked out without staying the 2 addtional days that i was supposed to stay. Looking to get refund for prepaid stay. Will not recommend that this establishment continue to be listed on Expedia.

Everything was good except for they put us on the third floor and the elevator did not go down from the third floor. The button on the third floor is broken. I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out.

The staff (or lack of) were not too helpful. They had paper towels in the kitchenette, no tissue paper, no iron or hair dryer in the room. The had no staff at the front desk most of the time and it was difficult getting back into the hotel at night. The hotel reeked of marijuana although it's supposed to be smoke free.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They stopped providing utensils. So make sure you bring your own. The also close the doors after a certain time so if you book a room make sure you use the phone by the door to get in touch with someone to let you in. Other than that it was a comfy stay.

Good location. The property has a kitchen to cook in , which is good when you don't want fast food and want a cooked meal. It's spacious and comfortable.

The room reeked of marijuana The whole place reeked of marijuana. I was there for work, and it stuck to my clothing, and I was almost subjected to a drug test. The room was not as clean as it should be, and for an extended stay. The amenities were not there. When asked about them, I was told there was a surcharge even for an extra towel. I do have to say that the two women that I dealt with at the front desk were extremely friendly and personable, and I would like to see them working in better conditions

Property needs updating. Old dirty carpets and stale cigarette smoke throughout the corridors and room.

Horrible. the beds had bedbugs, room not vaccumed, microwave & refrigerator were disgustingly dirty, old toys under the bed, smelled like marijuana, no garbage bags, every little thing costs (extra towels, dinnerware, cookware) OVERALL, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

The entire place smelled like weed. The lobby, the elevator and the room. It was very gross!

Hotel room conditions was very nasty. The counters were nasty. The toilet was to clean out. The bathtub was nasty. The floor was sticky and hadn’t been mopped. The beds were nasty. The sheets were nasty. There was hair all over the beds. Bedside tables were very nasty and you could tell that they have poor management and need to get all their housekeepers and make sure that they are actually cleaning the room thoroughly. That is very unsanitary. I was very disappointed. I had my two kids with me my sister, which Who has health problems and the beds were very hard they need to update the mattresses, the mattress had a burn hole in one of the mattresses I will never ever suggest that anyone stays at this hotel…

The room was nicely cleaned

There were multiple rooms that had roaches, dead and alive. I understand that people stay there for extended amounts of time but there should be an exterminator to spray twice/three times a weeks. Its terrible. I thank God that the lady at the front desk was so understanding and very helpful. She is actually the best thing/person that works at that hotel.

The bed linens and towels appeared clean. The staff were nice and checked me in early. The barbecue restaurant next door was great.

Clean and Quiet establishment

It was the most nasty place the floor and carpet was extra dirty and nasty. The bed sheet was not changed dirty. The refrigerator was dirty nasty water in the tub. Hallway carpet was nasty and elevator was unsafe. I left the the hotel really was disappointed. It had a bad smell i was there for 30min left.

The room had a few issues that need to be fixed one is better lighting in the room. A lot of the lights were very dim so may need to be changed. One of the light near the desk chair did not work at all. And the button was broke off of it. The door doesn’t fully close when leaving it will slide to close but something is making not close all the way to where I had to make sure each time I left my room my door fully closed. Other than loved my stay I’ll be back again for sure. Thank you for having me!

The property itself was nice and comfortable for a few nights' stay—clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. The only downside was the noise from the unit above us. From around 2am to 5am, it sounded like someone was body-slamming furniture or running back and forth, which made it difficult to get restful sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this might be something to consider.

The hallway smelled like beef jerky. Two lamps weren't working at all in my room, one by the kitchen counter and the other one by the desk to the right side of the bed. Also, the outlet underneath the kitchen counter lamp wasnt working. TV needs to be updated.

Kitchenette works well. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. 2 sets of lights in the room didn't turn on at all. One flickered ominously. I have had good luck with this chain of hotels. Affordable and serves the purpose.

The room was to be expected. The only recommendation is to update the TV. It’s rather old and im sure a new one would be more eco friendly as well as satisfy the guests more.

Hotel advertises breakfast and had coffee, hot cocoa and granola bars. The kitchen area of the room was greasy, dirty and smelly.

The windows would close in our room so we spent the whole night listening to traffic. Also there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the vents

Several minor issues with room. Light fixture by bed broken, room entry door hard to open or close,wall by bathroom has sticky stain, no tub mat for shower, no tissues, several spots in flooring need minor repair. Otherwise it was reasonably quiet, fairly clean, not over priced, bed was comfortable, staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Floor in our room was dirty & sticky. The headboard & bedskirts were dirty and stained. Tv was broken. No batteries in remote.

There was no one on duty to let us in/ check us in! We had to leave and find a different hotel. I'm getting my money back.

My mom and I came to stay at this hotel 2 nights in a row to give them a second chance ! We checked in and checked out both times. The first room we had the refrigerator looked like someone spit there dip all over it. There was toothpaste on the mirror and in the sink. An old dirty rag hanging over the shower rail and hair in the tub. The bed and room area were relatively clean. We thought maybe we booked so late it was the last room and perhaps they hurried to get it ready. We tried them again the next night because it was close to the hospital and easy to find. Hopefully the next time would be better. Started out with the front desk person being MIA Couldn't find them. Tried calling while we stood there. Other patrons came down needing front desk and ALSO couldn't find them. When the woman arrived she was very RUDE. No welcome. No nothing. She says WHAT DO YOU NEED Then the man behind us was asked the same thing. He says to book a room. She says "We don't do bookings after 9 you're too late" in a very unpleasant manner. We stayed the second night and there was old fries rice and chicken in the microwave growing mold. The bathroom sink was dirty. There was again toothpaste on the mirror and then the floors in the whole room were dirty. Old food on the floor, hair, chunks of mud. So shout out to Debra for leaving a tip envelope so we could give her some cleaning pointers! Nothing about either stay was pleasant ! 147$ wasted!! Quiet possibly the nastiest place to stay

I came at midnight and there was no one at the front counter or any staff around. The lobby was emptied and no staff walking around to assist anyone. I called the customer service line 3 times and the guys on the phone couldn’t no get hold of any staff and give us our key room. The whole thing was weird and I’m in process of getting my money back. If you can avoid this place the best thing to do is go to the holiday in. I had to leave and go get another hotel room down the street.

Waited 35 minutes in the parking lot before someone resolved my reservation

This is my "go to" place. The staff is awesome. A special Thank you" to the best to do it, Connie! She is the perfect example of superb customer service!

It’s always safe and decent

I did last minute booking,the area was pretty good. It had lot of options within 10 min drive for food,shopping. Room was average but for this price range at such good location I feel I cant expect more. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is excellent and clean set for the floor. It was dirty and the free breakfast was just muffins and bananas and granola bars in a basket not like a normal free breakfast with your eggs bacon sausage.

The best part is being able to cook , they have a stove …the rooms are nice .staff are nice and reasonable.

If you’re hoping for a restful night, this is not the place. The hotel beds are incredibly uncomfortable, with springs digging into your back. The bathrooms were filthy – the toilet was dirty, the seat stained, the towel rod broken, and the tub covered in brown stains. Even the towels were stained, which was quite unpleasant. The hallways are dimly lit and reek of stale cigarette smoke. The rooms desperately need a fresh coat of paint, and the curtains smell of old cigarettes and mildew. When the AC was on, it only amplified the odor. On the bright side, we didn’t encounter any bugs—thankfully! Breakfast was provided, but if pre-packaged instant oatmeal, hot water, and mini muffins are your idea of a meal, you might be satisfied. The only redeeming aspects were the friendly front desk lady who greeted us with a smile and the decent cup of coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, that won’t be enough to bring us back.

The hotel was reasonably clean including the room. However, the bathroom tub drain stopped was broken so water backed up in the tub when showering. In addition, the bathroom sink faucet linked when the water was on. The staff was very responsive in having maintenance repair the problems. Suggest house keeping or maintenance perform routine checks to minimize such issues prior to guests’ arrivals. It was disappointing that coffee was not available.

None smoking property where a lot of smoking had been goin on, especially in my room. There isn’t even a coffee maker in the room. And that seems just wrong for any hotel especially an Extended Stay property.
