We had to change rooms 3 times when we first got there. We checked in at 3:30 and our room nor any of the kings were clean and ready. They switched us to another room, but the tv was not working. They then again switched us to another room where the tv was working but we only had the weather channel on it. They did say they were having trouble with their tv's. We paid good monies to stay here but was very disappointed with the tv situation. There was nothing offered to us to for not having any tv. It would have been nice if they had at least given a small discount or even offered something to make up for it. We did notice that their cleaning staff was standing around talking and laughing instead of trying to get the rooms cleaned and readied for the guests. It's like they were trying to rack up overtime.

The heat/air was really loud. There was no hot water when I went to shower in the morning. The front desk person said she would have to restart the water heater and it would take 15 minutes. No apology - nothing. Not one staff member smiled.

Night check in staff was a little odd but did assist great with additional bedding for fold out couch. Morning staff was very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable.
