This is my 4th year to stay at this hotel and the service was absolutely wonderful. The only issue was the AC in the original room wasn't working correctly. The staff immediately moved me to another room and all was well. I have always had a great experience with this hotel and highly recommend it. I look forward to staying here again in 2027.

We booked through a third party. The woman at the front desk said she did not believe us when we told her that other Hampton Inns had entered our Hilton Honors number into their records and had given us free wifi and free water because we were Hilton Honors members. . We did not ask for points. We know that this courteous action is outside of the Hilton Honors terms, but it does happen at the discretion of the local hotel. We have stayed in four Hampton Inns during the past month, and this is the first one who did not thank us for choosing to stay in a Hilton hotel. The other 3 gave us water and free wifi without our asking for it, and they thanked us for our staying with them. We went to bed fretting about be accused of lying just to get a bottle of water.
