Cortland Motel

Cortland Motel was conveniently located to meet my needs; provided ample parking; Front Desk staff were welcoming; and the accommodations were CLEAN and SECURE.

Had plenty of parking, the room was clean and at a decent cost.

The rooms are very basic and serve the purpose if you just want to place to sleep and shower. PROS: - cost is good for what you get, just the basics - clean - quiet - front desk people very friendly - windows opened for fresh air breeze - small microwave and refrigerator - parking right outside room - gas station just up the room - close to college and other stores - right off highway CONS: - VERY outdated and needs upkeep repairs (i.e grout in shower, portable heater, ceiling tiles dirty) - pillows very flat and only two per bed - towels very thin - hardwood/tile floor through out so dust gets on socks pretty quickly, will need slippers - minimal lighting (one small overhead light and two small bedside lamps Nothing special but good price for what you get

Yes, plenty of convenient aecure parking. Staff was cordial, annenities were clean. Of xourse the facility is older abd showing wear, but the savings balance that.

The room and bathroom were small but clean and the microwave and fridge were unexpected.
