I like the motel setting where u can oark and walk right into your room. Room was dated but extremely clean. Everything worked. The bathroom was ckean and shower felt great. The veds were fantastic! Slept better than at home

Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The location is right off the highway which is convenient with plenty of gas stations and a diner just down the road. No shortage of parking.

Clean, basic classic motel room with a couple updated fixtures and furniture pieces. LVP flooring throughout which I like (seems more hygienic). The shampoo packets are difficult to tear open. You'll need to cut them first.

Easy to get here, easy to park, not expensive. The overall motel doesn't look great, but inside, the rooms are clean and quiet. We stay here whenever we're in the area.

I was able to park right outside my door, and it felt like a safe area. The staff/family who ran the motel were all very sweet. The room was clean, and had a mini fridge, microwave, space heater, and air conditioner. The room was just the right size for my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

I always stay here when I’m in town for work. Conveniently located and clean. They put new flooring in my room and the family has always been good to me. There’s a couple nursing homes and hospital loss by so us nurses stay there. Has a fridge and microwave. Close to Dunkin, gas stations, work, food. It’s an older hotel but clean. Never an issue here

My motel door either blew open or the housekeeping person attempted to get in and seen me sleeping and left the door open. Or someone tried to break in. Thankfully I had the chain hooked. And the handle of door was still locked. I do not recommend anyone stay there for there safety. There was mold on bathroom ceiling. And they had a space heater under were clothes hang. Major fire hazard. The carpets smelled like dirty ass. I had a migraine when in that room that went away 30 minutes every time I left..

The motel is old and a classic motel (drive up to the door, bathroom at back of room). Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, easy to access. Heat was a floor heater unit, bathroom was small and rather cramped. Decent value for a one or two night stay.

Overall the room was OK, clean and beds comfortable. The desk was so close to one of the beds it was impossible to sit with your legs under the desk. The property is showing its age, however in the rooms it was ok

Check in was quick, easy with pleasant, friendly check in staff. Good value for the money. All the basics and located near the county seat so an interesting town (Cortland) with msny dining options.

The place is held together with caulking, has not had an upgrade in many years. There’s nothing great about the place, I’ve stayed in many first rate places for less. The bed was terrible, mattress was very old and uncomfortable. I could go on but if the room was priced accordingly I wouldn’t complain! $170 for a nights sleep in an uncomfortable bed and a shower that is so old and doesn’t have much water, just doesn’t seem right!

As many reviews have stated this location is okay. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the owners were pleasant. But it definitely needs work. The room had a musty smell, that o believe is due to the lack of fan in bathroom. There was a coffee maker, but the room was not cleaned while we were out the first day. So nothing was replenished. The flooring, a laminate looked fairly new. Much smaller than the picture looked on line. It is a motel with all the hallmarks of motel. We picked it as we were attending a soccer tournamrnt and the nicer hotels were overpriced. Probably would not stay there again, but it was sufficient, clean and quiet.

Pleasantly surprised and pleased by this motel. Most motels make you regret not planning earlier or not paying the extra cash to stay in a hotel. Clean. Staff is nice. And its visible thatbthey care about being clean and a good presentation. Would consider staying here again. I live 3 hours away.

This is an older motel that has been well maintained with many upgrades. We had everything we needed. Main office and house staff were friendly and helpful. Access to I-81 was nearby. We stayed seven nights and were comfortable. Our business dictated our time at the property from 9 pm to 7 am. We’re pleased. Thanks.

This is an older motel that has been well maintained with many upgrades. We had everything we needed. Main office and house staff were friendly and helpful. Access to I-81 was nearby. We stayed seven nights and were comfortable. Our business dictated our time at the property from 9 pm to 7 am. We’re pleased. Thanks.

Motel looked a little sketchy, run down and surrounding area questionable but rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Amenities were cheap (soap, shampoo/conditioner combo in tiny packages) and towels small but our stay was fine for the one night and close to Cortland campus. Family run, nice and accommodating.

Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The location is right off the highway which is convenient with plenty of gas stations and a diner just down the road. No shortage of parking.

Simple, dated rooms but more than adequate. Everything we need for simple, short stay. Everything was clean, well cared for and smelled fine. Check in was quick, easy with pleasant, friendly check in staff. Good value for the money. All the basics and located near the county seat so an interesting town (Cortland) with msny dining options.

Rooms are older but nice. Mine was huge with a large bathroom. Nice hot water and very warm in room. I slept so good and it was quiet. Close to 81 and all major roads (11/13), shopping, and there’s a restaurant and bar next door. Very nice family too. Lots of room to park and not many people were there so it was super quiet for me.

This is a great little cheap motel. This is NOT a fancy establishment. It’s an old motel with pleasantly updated rooms and all the basic amenities for a short stay. The exterior and check in desk area might seem a little sketchy, but the room was plenty safe and clean for the night. The rooms are standard size for a mid century motel. My room had new vinyl flooring to replace the old carpets and fresh paint over the old wood paneling. The bathroom was dated but clean and serviceable. Basic toiletries were provided. Linens were very fresh & clean. Beds were on the very firm side and pillows were fine. The room was clean but the ceiling corners could have use a once over before check in as there were a couple spiderwebs with spiders up in the corners and I’m terrified of spiders….but overall it was pretty obvious that the room had been cleaned and the ceiling corners were just missed. Our stay was in early October and the room was very warm. We didn’t need to use the AC and just opened the window to cool it down. Overall the location is convenient and though very basic, this motel is a great cheap option for a quick stay- our stay was under about on par with Econo Lodge or Kings Inn for cost and this place was cleaner and the staff friendlier than any Econo Lodge or Kings Inn I have ever had to stay at!
