This place was right off the highway. It was clean and inviting with it's saltwater outdoor pool, rooms with a personal deck, large shower heads and large Continental breakfast that is included. We had everything we needed. They provided towels for the pool and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We will definitely stay here again.

Very reasonable compared to other Inn’s in the area. I especially liked the saltwater pool. Very easy check-in and friendly staff. So convenient to Kittery Trading post too. We will definitely be back.

Older style motel, so we expected that. room was adequate, bed was comfortable shower, good overall decent hotel for the money. Somewhat dated, but that kind of adds to the charm of the motel experience. Room interior had been remodeled , only complaint was nowhere to sit things in the bathroom , only a very small shelf and single sink. Parking was limited to one spot per room, when our travel companions left, they came back to no spot in front of their room, had to park up the row a ways. They could use a little work on their outside walkway areas, but other than that, things seemed to be good for the price..

We really enjoyed our stay here. We took advantage of the breakfast and coffee each morning, we had a pool day, and we even ate takeout on the balcony one night for dinner. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great visit!

The service from all staff was cordial and attentive. Rooms were clean and the heated pool was opened for long hours. This location makes it easy to hop on different highways with easy access.

The place is next to a road that has traffic all night long and the walls are thin so you can hear trucks going by constantly. There were food crumbs on the kitchen floor and also around the baseboard heaters next to the bed. The fan in the bathroom was extremely dusty and had strings of old cobweb dust hanging from it. The showerhead was extremely grimy. All of the lamps were very dusty. I would not recommend staying here. Unless they lower the price as it’s really more of a budget friendly place than what they charge.

It smelled like mildew when we walked into the room. As I inspected the shower I saw the ceiling was falling apart in the shower and visible mold was present. I informed the front desk immediately who seemed aware of the issue but said they’d been too busy with bookings to address it. The room should’ve been shut down to fix such a serious issue and we should’ve never been placed there. The blinds didn’t offer any blackout and the beds were uncomfortable. The room available in the afternoon the next day had blackout curtains that allowed for sleeping past sunrise. The pool was nice but right off the busy road. The breakfast variety they offered was nice.

Overall, our stay was great. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed to cook some breakfast in the mornings, which saved us a lot of money. The staff was really friendly, too. My one complaint would be that the carpet in the room was very dingy and really needed a deep clean and steam or replacement. My baby’s feet were absolutely filthy walking around in the carpet and it smelled a bit of mildew. I would stay here again, though and plan on it for future trips to the area. Wanted to stay longer, but they were all booked out!

The wifi connection in the room was very erratic. We were not told at check in that the router needed to be initiated. The continental breakfast offerings were exceptional, with more choices than usually expected. The motel is older, with some updating needed.

We liked the suite a lot. We came to town for an event but liked it so much we talked about coming for a weekend getaway. The only thing for us was the bed was much too soft. We sleep in a queen at home but this was so soft it was hard to change position in bed. We thought when we come back we may try the sleep sofa. Everything else was very well throughout with much care. That is are only critique. Thank you

Everything was first-class but the one exception was the speed of the internet. Loading pages often took a long time and streaming video maxed out at 480p or less, with frequent pauses. Forcing 720p resulted in more and longer pauses. I would recommend this property without reserve in all other respects. Everything is tasteful, plush and thoughtfully decorated. A pleasure to stay there. I plan to return.

Fairly average motel, with reasonable sized rooms. Rooms seemed reasonably clean, although bathroom felt quite dated. Air conditioning unit was located directly above the headboard of the bed, making it very noisy whilst trying to sleep.

Definitely staying here again! We got a room with a small kitchen, and the inn is located basically in between all the places we needed to go. The staff is super nice and while the breakfast offered is small, it’s free and good, the downside is not a lot of seating, but there are seats outside so it was good for us. The most important part was the bed, it was very comfortable as were the pillows. The only negative about the room was the shower size, it was very small, but everything else was great!

When I arrived it was late because the flight and baggage collection was delayed. I arrived and there was no key. My credit card had been denied. I explain that my card had been stolen and had to be replaced. The hostess addressed me with what can only be described as a dressing down. Now I'm 62 years old and I was not having any of her attitude but I held my tongue and tried again to explain. She seemed like she was reprimanding a child and complained that she had been trying to call me for the past two days. I apologized again for the inconvenience and offered her the replacement card. she was less than welcoming and had it not been so late I would have left and looked for an alternate option.

It was an acceptable stay. Not sure why people rave about the breakfast. Staff very unfriendly, basically hide in office whenever we were in the reception area which is where they offer breakfast. Thought it was very odd to be so anti engaging with guests.

This was a handy place to stay and good value. The staff on reception were also lovely and welcoming and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had good variety. The bedroom and bathroom were nice too. The only issue was I found the bedroom pretty cold.

Adorable and quiet with very responsive and kind staff. It’s convenient to everything we wanted to do - 5 min from Portsmouth and about 20 from Ogunquit. We had an issue in our room and they handled it immediately and thoroughly. I was really pleased with their responsiveness and helpfulness. All of the staff was very helpful and the place felt like a little oasis.

Easy access to Portsmouth, Dover, Kittery, and beyond. The road noise was not as loud as i thought, and my room was closest to the highway. Room was clean and efficient, and the continental breakfast was one of the better I've seen. Definitely recommed!

The property was lovely and the grounds were very well kept and the pool was a great addition to the property. The location is next to a very busy road which makes it loud, especially when enjoying the pool. The rooms were clean and well appointed but had no extra pillows and the bathroom was tiny. Overall we had a comfortable stay but are not likely to go back to this location again.

The service from all staff was cordial and attentive. Rooms were clean and the heated pool was opened for long hours. This location makes it easy to hop on different highways with easy access.

The hotel is older but in good condition. They have the best continental breakfast we have ever seen. So very accommodating. We will stay here again when we head over to Kittery, Maine.

Sweet little retro motel/hotel. 1950s style with refurbished rooms. Very comfortable and pleasant with a really yummy continental breakfast included - homemade blueberry breakfast cake and omelets. Lovely staff - very accommodating.

The hotel was really nice. It was nice to stay in a smaller accommodation rather than the big brand hotel. The room was clean and the fact there was a pool was a bonus!

The breakfast every morning was amazing and perfect to start the day. Our room was incredibly humid, even with the air and a fan on. We were in the “basement” of the building which could have contributed. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped and the shower was so small that anytime we moved our elbows would hit the sides (we are a tall family). Overall, it was a fine location. Easy to drive to places but no where you could walk to at all. My kids were excited about the pool but so many needles had fallen off the trees that it didn’t last for long because they said it was uncomfortable.
