Very comfortable environment

Amazing stay , very clean and great customer service

There was no pen in the room. Had to get one at a nearby store. Toilet seat not attached well.

The whole place was dirty from the lobby through the elevators. The hallway carpeting was disgustingly dirty. The carpets were dirty and unraveling at the transition. The floors were dirty, there was buildup on the baseboards. The shower caulking was coming off with mold in it. There was mold in the tile grout and on the shower curtain as well. At least the bed was comfortable very disappointing experience. Very noisy! Would like to request a refund.

We usually pick this specific hotel when we stay in Fort Worth. The staff is always professional. The room was clean but the hallways definitely needed some attention. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works good.
