This is our go to hotel every time we visit Cape Town. While it is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and walkable restaurants and bars as well as safety it’s the staff that make this property so amazing. From the moment you arrive to the last goodbye from the security guard at the gate everyone is helpful and always smiling. This hotel truly epitomizes what good customer service is. Can’t wait for our next stay.
