Best Western Plus Boardman Inn & Suites

Es la cuarta ocasión que me quedo en este hotel y como siempre ha sido espectacular, la mujer de la recepción un 10 y todo en general también, volveré.

This hotel didn't really have a "personality" - even though it is a Best Western. Everything, including the breakfast, was very generic. The desk clerk didn't smile or offer any friendly tips. The bed was not very comfortable, and anyone like me who has neck or shoulder problems should be aware that the pillows are enormous. It was impossible to get comfortable. I ended up discarding the pillows and using some folded-up clothes instead of a pillow in order to get any sleep. Also, bad news, there was no hair dryer in the room - I didn't discover that until I had showered and washed my hair.

Great overnight stay on my way to Ohio

The staff were very pleasant!! The breakfast was delicious. The only upsetting part was the pool and hot tub, the maintenance of it. You couldn’t tell what was on the floor and walls of the pool/hot tub. Looked like mold. Other than that overall great stay!
