The staff was always there to help, very accommodating. The room was very clean and had a spacious private bathroom. The kitchen could use some updating but it was quite well equipped. Breakfast was nice, the same every day, but very complete. We stayed 5 nights. Of course the location was nice. Walkable to everything.

Convenient location

Terrible experience for this hotel. Most of those reviews and ratings on the hotel are unmatched: 1. No air conditioning, and no air fan provided. You have to keep the window open when staying in the room to make air flow. 2. Poor breakfast. 3. Noisy guests or people hanging out in the hallway most of the night. I woke up at 4 AM and talked a couple of times with people outside my room to keep their voices down, but they didn't care. 4. Laundry is a big scam. I asked them where the washing machine was, and the staff member showed me a stone-age hand tool, reminding me of my old grandmother when she washed our clothes by hand. I already took pictures. 5. The hotel on Google Maps doesn't match the hotel's address; it took one hour to figure out the right location. 6. Shared bathrooms and showers on each floor. Two times I tried to take a shower, I found young people, male and female, locking it from inside. I knocked on the door many times until they opened it.
