Embassy Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Alabama Downtown

The breakfast was delicious! The cooks and servers in the dining area were nice and helpful!

Upon arriving there was no one at the desk to help or greet me for probably 10 mins. That was strange for before 8pm. We swam until 9 and asked several times before finally getting pool towels. The hot tub is covered and not operable. We registered all members staying (4 & a baby) but only got the 3 towels and 3 washcloths when arriving. We didn’t know that parking was extra cost and then learned it’s $17/day! Ouch! For such a nice hotel, it seems that the customer service could use some improvement.

I was unhappy to have to pay 30 dollars for parking for 2 vehicles, if I would have known beforehand I would have picked another place

The breakfast was GREAT and the complimentary drinks and refreshments during happy hour were great as well. The only thing I wish they provide in the near future is a change machine for the laundry room. The pool was an added bonus.
