Staff were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Good car parking to rear of hotel. Nice quiet area. Close to the center of Aberdeen. Comfy beds- other than one being a blow up bed on the floor in the family room. Only downside was there was damp to the walls and the bathroom floor was not clean.

Very reasonably priced stay. Basic room that is a little dated but was absolutely fine for a night. Didn't have time to sample any of the cooking and/or on-site pub but they looked good.

On the whole this hotel was ok, we weren’t impressed upon our arrival, no reception area and had to look in the bar for staff to book us in. Got to the room and no towels and the tray with the tea/coffee had not been cleaned as there was coffee granules on it. Room was ok mattress was too soft and lumpy for my liking the room was needing a refresh of paint. The stairs up to the rooms was poorly lit and looked like some maintenance would have helped. We didn’t have much contact with the staff so can’t comment further. I would say though, Monday is bin empty day was awoken at 6.30 to the sound of the glass bin being emptied and wasn’t impressed when we went to our car at 1030 to find broken glass in the car park and had to try move this to the side of the drive so we could safely drive out, when we got back though this had been cleaned.

It was just a short stay, but a very comfortable stay nonetheless. I arrived quite late in the evening, was welcomed and promptly shown to my room. I enjoyed a very nice meal in the hotel bar/lounge before a very comfortable sleep. The hotel has a very quaint feel to it which was a nice retreat for a business trip.

Managed to get a good quality evening meal but was unable to get breakfast as I hadn't booked in advance something that I was unaware I had to do, other than that no issues.

Good value. Comfortable. Helpful staff made us very welcome. Good food and reasonably priced. 30 mins walk to beach and also an excellent bus service from and to the hotel. Would stay again.

Bed and shower were okay, as was the bar for food.. overall though this property needs some investment to update and even to get it to a standard that it needs to be.. bathroom was old and not very clean.. nowhere to put your toilet bag.. it was pretty bad overall.. the best part was the price and location.. didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as i had an 8.30 meeting and they didn't start serving until 8 am so likely try somewhere else next time

Booked an overnight for visiting family in Aberdeen. Staff couldn't have been any nicer and food in the restaurant was lovely however our room was terrible. We were in a family room on the second floor. The single bed was covered in dog hair. Why charge an additional £10 per night dog fee if you're not actually going to do a deep clean between guests? The beds creaked every time we moved. Room also had a really funky smell, probably from the dog who had stayed before us. Bathroom suite was extremely dated and the hot tap reminded us of the Peltzer orange machine from Gremlins. Stairs leading up go the rooms needed a good hoover and there were numerous cob webs across the ceilings, some inhabited. We'd originally booked for 2 nights but were relieved that we changed it to just one. Such a shame as it's in a perfect location and has the potential to be fantastic.

I really liked the location of the inn at the park. It was quiet and easy to walk to town. It was also nearby my girlfriend’s house. The facilities were good. The bed was very comfortable but I felt the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. The windowsill was very dirty. There was a dirty brown mark on the side of the divan bed I dreaded to think what it was. The sink and the toilet looked very dated and reminded me of the 80s/90s. The room was very hot and I was unable to open the window fully as the blinds didn’t go all the way up and got in the way. But for value for money. It was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The Inn at the Park is in a nice location, it's clean and the staff we met were friendly. There is also a dog that is in the bar who is lovely. Unfortunately the décor is dated and not in the best condition. One of the milks in the room was off and turned to lumps when I put it in my tea, the room is a family room but the second single was inflatable which we hadn't realised. It was also impossible to check out, there was no-one around to give the key back, we had to be on the road to drive back and there was no-one to be seen at 7:45am, I even tried calling a few times. In the end we had to leave the key behind the bar.

Avoid ! My room was room 11 and was freezing. Radiator barely had any heat,I asked for a portable heater and the first one didn’t work,I was given a second one but it still didn’t heat the room properly. The staff member was very friendly and helpful but you shouldn’t be cold in your room ! Breakfast room was even colder and no heating on at all. Very dated hotel and very disappointing

The information on the website was misleading, instead of a single bed there was a air mattress. If I knew this in advance I wouldn’t have booked here.

Nice wee place, unfortunately we had someone in the place knocking from 2.30-4 maybe 5 trying to either get in the building or into a room. We had our kids with us so was a bit annoying. Other than that nice place hand for a quick place to stop if your planning exploring the.area

Handy location for what we needed- friendly staff. Bathroom in need of some work - door would not close. Checkout arrangements not explained to us when we arrived but we worked out that we had to lock up and put the keys through the letterbox. Breakfast was fine.

Room was ok mattress was too soft and lumpy for my liking the room was needing a refresh of paint. The stairs up to the rooms was poorly lit and looked like some maintenance would have helped. We didn’t have much contact with the staff so can’t comment further. I would say though, Monday is bin empty day was awoken at 6.30 to the sound of the glass bin being emptied and wasn’t impressed when we went to our car at 1030 to find broken glass in the car park and had to try move this to the side of the drive so we could safely drive out, when we got back though this had been cleaned.

As soon as we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. Lovely, friendly, warm service. Excellent breakfast too and very accommodating of our dietary needs. Would thoroughly recommend!

The Inn at the Park is in a nice location, it's clean and the staff we met were friendly. There is also a dog that is in the bar who is lovely. Unfortunately the décor is dated and not in the best condition. One of the milks in the room was off and turned to lumps when I put it in my tea, the room is a family room but the second single was inflatable which we hadn't realised. It was also impossible to check out, there was no-one around to give the key back, we had to be on the road to drive back and there was no-one to be seen at 7:45am, I even tried calling a few times. In the end we had to leave the key behind the bar.

Staff were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Good car parking to rear of hotel. Nice quiet area. Close to the center of Aberdeen. Comfy beds- other than one being a blow up bed on the floor in the family room. Only downside was there was damp to the walls and the bathroom floor was not clean.

Bed and shower were okay, as was the bar for food.. overall though this property needs some investment to update and even to get it to a standard that it needs to be.. bathroom was old and not very clean.. nowhere to put your toilet bag.. it was pretty bad overall.. the best part was the price and location.. didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as i had an 8.30 meeting and they didn't start serving until 8 am so likely try somewhere else next time

Handy location for what we needed- friendly staff. Bathroom in need of some work - door would not close. Checkout arrangements not explained to us when we arrived but we worked out that we had to lock up and put the keys through the letterbox. Breakfast was fine.

Booked an overnight for visiting family in Aberdeen. Staff couldn't have been any nicer and food in the restaurant was lovely however our room was terrible. We were in a family room on the second floor. The single bed was covered in dog hair. Why charge an additional £10 per night dog fee if you're not actually going to do a deep clean between guests? The beds creaked every time we moved. Room also had a really funky smell, probably from the dog who had stayed before us. Bathroom suite was extremely dated and the hot tap reminded us of the Peltzer orange machine from Gremlins. Stairs leading up go the rooms needed a good hoover and there were numerous cob webs across the ceilings, some inhabited. We'd originally booked for 2 nights but were relieved that we changed it to just one. Such a shame as it's in a perfect location and has the potential to be fantastic.

I really liked the location of the inn at the park. It was quiet and easy to walk to town. It was also nearby my girlfriend’s house. The facilities were good. The bed was very comfortable but I felt the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. The windowsill was very dirty. There was a dirty brown mark on the side of the divan bed I dreaded to think what it was. The sink and the toilet looked very dated and reminded me of the 80s/90s. The room was very hot and I was unable to open the window fully as the blinds didn’t go all the way up and got in the way. But for value for money. Nice wee place, unfortunately we had someone in the place knocking from 2.30-4 maybe 5 trying to either get in the building or into a room. We had our kids with us so was a bit annoying. Other than that nice place hand for a quick place to stop if your planning exploring the.area

Avoid ! My room was room 11 and was freezing. Radiator barely had any heat,I asked for a portable heater and the first one didn’t work,I was given a second one but it still didn’t heat the room properly. The staff member was very friendly and helpful but you shouldn’t be cold in your room ! Breakfast room was even colder and no heating on at all. Very dated hotel and very disappointing

We had an absolute amazing time here, we walked around Duthie Park, (right beside the Inn) drove to Dunno-tar Castle then had takeaway Chinese delivered to our room also went to Toby Carvery. Next day had fish and chips at the Ship Inn, a must! (At the harbour) Lots to see and do, we had a walk down the beach also. Great stuff that our dog Belle was with us, we just stayed 2 nights but wish I’d booked for longer, fantastic that check out time is 12, lovely, friendly staff, nice warm shower too, I personally couldn’t fault a thing. Also our car was right at the door, I’ll definitely be back again.

We booked at the inn after going to our original hotel which was horrendous. When we arrived, we were told there were no family room available due to a leak (there were 3 of us - we had booked 1 family room online) but we could get the executive double room with a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed wasn’t one but a tiny couch, not convertible. Our 10yo found a wooden plank on wheels under our bed so we had him sleep on that with bedsheets... coffee capsules were Dolce Gusto but we had a Tassimo machine, ceiling in bathroom was being redone due to said leak i assume, mattress was terrible (hello springs) but the food was nice in the evening. We had cullen skink, fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding.

When we arrived at gone 8pm on a Friday, the music in our room was very loud constant tump from the function room downstairs. Was told it would finish at 11pm, did go quiet from 10pm. Room as not very clean on the floor. Tied room fittings. Window/fire escape would not close properly. Toilet wasn't working, did tell house keeping, but nothing sorted during our 2 night stay. Had to use the toilet downstairs out side the bar, even the light in there didn't work.

I stayed for 4 days in room 101 which was a single room. The room was in a very poor state requiring a lot of updating. However, the bed was comfortable, with clean bedding and towels. The cleaner, Alison, did a great job with what she had. She was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The shower curtain support came away from the ceiling and it was obvious it had done it a few times previously as there was nothing left of the ceiling for it to be fixed to. There were guests in the room next door who were in and out their door a dozen times each time slamming the door so it was most annoying. I can't recommend this place and wouldn't stay here again.
