The room was excellent. Dining area was equipped for breakfast but not available. Front door was broken. Staff were friendly if you got to see them at all, no one ever at front desk. Felt unsafe with broken front door and no staff around.

Overall great place to stay; small rooms but i dont mind it. Only real criticism I have is that theres no breakfast (despite advertising for it) and the gym... there isnt any. Theres 2 cardio machine's and thats it. Other than that, place is great

Parking lot not plowed, and insufficient salt distributed on the lot and outdoor walkways. This is a hazard. The hotel advertised complementary breakfast, but it was very minimal and not well presented. The coffee was awful.

The rooms are a good size and the beds are cozy. The kitchenette is a nice feature with large fridge and even a stovetop. The staff were friendly. Overall a reasonably nice place to stay. On the downside, it appears the hotel is not being maintained well and the quality may go downhill. The automatic doors were not working, the hair dryer in the room also didn’t appear to work. The room had two beds, at different heights. The mattress sat on two levels of wooden frames, but one of the beds was only on one level making for a rather low bed. I’m guessing one of the wood frames broke, so they just removed it. The room was clean, but care was not given in restocking the amenities. We had two bottles of body lotion and a half bottle of conditioner, but no shampoo. The toilet paper was almost empty with no spare roll. There was a coffee maker in the room with one pack to make a single cup. We stayed 3 nights and there was never room service to replenish things. You just had to ask at the front desk though and they would provide you with what was needed. There is a large breakfast area in the lobby, but they don’t provide breakfast. We were told at check-in that they had coffee in the mornings, but we found the coffee was never made. We ended up just getting coffee at the Tim Hortons down the road.

Easy parking, convenient check in and welcoming front desk gentleman. Love the kitchenette. Full fridge, freezer, dishwasher and equipped with your basic needs for making meals. Was really happy there was a bath tub! Good black out blinds. Amazing pillows! Room was clean, stocked and quiet. Location is perfect, just off the highway with gas stations and a Tim Hortons near by.

I notices as soon as I stepped into the elevator that the cleanliness of this hotel was not top priority. It was filthy and smelled of oilfield workers. The room was no better. There were boot prints on the floor, the counters and table did not look like they were wiped down. All the cupboard doors in the kitchenette were grimy and not clean. The door handle on the fridge was dirty. The freezer had something spilled in it. The door to the room looked like there was work done to it and all the dust from drilling was covering the door all around the handle and locks. I brought Lysol wipes and wiped surfaces down and they were filthy dirty when I was done. There was breakfast included but it was done by 8:30 so I didn’t get any of that.

My stay was better than I expected. My room had a kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a decent size fridge. Room was spacious and clean in a quiet area. It was noisy in the morning as I was right next to breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious.

the day we arrive at the hotel, young fella was very nice. the room we enter looks nice but later in evening, we were short on towels. the room was not sanitize as we can see fingerprints everywhere. i found whole box of pizza inside the microwave and it was mold. as we left in the morning to do our business, before we left, we left the sign on door to have our room clean. the bed was not made and all towels on floor.. also inside door of our room, we notice there was dog pee.stain we are not happy at all never again ill go back to that hotel

Our room was so dirty! The sinks had dirt and hair in it, the mirror in the hall was covered in spit marks, there was dried blood on the blanket, the toilet had orange ring and was just dirty! I’ve stayed in bad places but this is top 5 grossest places I’ve stayed. Thank god it was just to sleep as we were there for a wedding.

Stay 1 night on the way to my work. Not much complain about hotel other than WIFI is horrable. Some one make a lot of nosie (yelleing and running on the hole way) at midnight and wake me up cannot get back to slip because there are still nosie from them until 1-2 am. No one stops what their doing and make me more tired on my driving in the morning. I should not stop on the way.

Stay 1 night on the way to my work. Not much complain about hotel other than WIFI is horrable. Very quiet. Nice layout. Bed was super comfortable. The taps could use some clr as they sprayed all over. Booked 2 rooms and one was 3rd floor while other was first floor. One room has a huge jacuzzi tub but it was closed for some reason. All in all nice place.

Our room was suppose to have two queen size beds, and it ended up being a double and a twin that had no box spring. The room wasn’t very clean and there was people blasting music and partying in other rooms until 4am.

check in was terrible. Had to call both phone numbers and still waited over 15 minutes. The buffet was empty when i arrived at 7am. Took 10-15 minutes to restock after i complained.

Stayed 2 nights and never had any housekeeping whatsoever. Went down to front desk for towels and coffee and they told me that they only clean every third day. Would have been nice to know in advance

No front desk, they just write contact number to call if you need anything or for you to check in and no answer for few times if you call that number , I have to wait for more than 30 mins also the card for opening the door did not work I have to go back in front deck and call the number and wait for other 15-25 mins. It’s sucks!!!

I was going to arrive late, so I called the properly in the afternoon, before booking with Expedia, to ensure a late arrival of 12:30 am was ok. They said no problem and not to worry about it. I arrive at 1am, called the phone number on the desk. I received a surly respond and told to go elsewhere. I had a reservation. I stay in 100 motels per year. This place is unprofessional

The staff was pleasant and happy to help wihth anything you need. I had 2 young children with me and staff was very good to them. The breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of options.

Some issues with the four rooms booked. Oily smell, one room not ready, limited supplies, small sheets, no staff after supper and no answer on phone to call but clean and comfortable with friendly staff. So average for a small town accommodation.

Easy parking, convenient check in and welcoming front desk gentleman. Love the kitchenette. Full fridge, freezer, dishwasher and equipped with your basic needs for making meals. Was really happy there was a bath tub! Good black out blinds. Amazing pillows! Room was clean, stocked and quiet. Location is perfect, just off the highway with gas stations and a Tim Hortons near by.

check in was terrible. Had to call both phone numbers and still waited over 15 minutes. The buffet was empty when i arrived at 7am. Took 10-15 minutes to restock after i complained.

My stay was better than I expected. My room had a kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a decent size fridge. Room was spacious and clean in a quiet area. It was noisy in the morning as I was right next to breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious.

Beds were comfortable. Pillows are the 1/2 pillows. Room was not completely cleaned. No face cloths. Called in the morning for some. Couldn’t understand the person on the phone. Never did get a facecloth. Continental breakfast was pretty sad. Not even tea. Bread, croissants, 2 types of cereal, yogurt & milk (not kept cold) apples, oranges, orange juice & coffee.

Overall great place to stay; small rooms but i dont mind it. Only real criticism I have is that theres no breakfast (despite advertising for it) and the gym... there isnt any. Theres 2 cardio machine's and thats it. Other than that, place is great

Beds were clean and comfortable, kitchenette was very useful. No breakfast was included, and the coffee they said would be available in the lobby was stone cold. Overall adequate stay for a great price!

Parking lot not plowed, and insufficient salt distributed on the lot and outdoor walkways. This is a hazard. The hotel advertised complementary breakfast, but it was very minimal and not well presented. The coffee was awful.

Was a nice room the kitchenette was a great feature if you needed a place to cook for yourselves. In the welcome book they stated the was a continental breakfast however there is no breakfast.

The rooms are a good size and the beds are cozy. The kitchenette is a nice feature with large fridge and even a stovetop. The staff were friendly. Overall a reasonably nice place to stay. On the downside, it appears the hotel is not being maintained well and the quality may go downhill. The automatic doors were not working, the hair dryer in the room also didn’t appear to work. The room had two beds, at different heights. The mattress sat on two levels of wooden frames, but one of the beds was only on one level making for a rather low bed. I’m guessing one of the wood frames broke, so they just removed it. The room was clean, but care was not given in restocking the amenities. We had two bottles of body lotion and a half bottle of conditioner, but no shampoo. The toilet paper was almost empty with no spare roll. There was a coffee maker in the room with one pack to make a single cup. We stayed 3 nights and there was never room service to replenish things. You just had to ask at the front desk though and they would provide you with what was needed. There is a large breakfast area in the lobby, but they don’t provide breakfast. We were told at check-in that they had coffee in the mornings, but we found the coffee was never made. We ended up just getting coffee at the Tim Hortons down the road.

VERY POORLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED BY STAFF... missing bath towels / wash cloths, tissue, cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen towels, kitchen cleaning supplies, night stand, etc... - no TV listing guide in unit... once requested, we received a copy... useless - TV not set up properly... had to reprogram and update the TV software in order to use - Areas of unit dirty... table top, refrigerator, etc - dangerous mess of wires behind microwave... had to choose which appliances to use and plug them in accordingly - ice bucket filthy / no liner - clock radio hidden in the one only night stand / not plugged in - poor breakfast time - 5:30 to 8:30 on a Sunday! - dirty towel behind bathroom door - phone hanging loosely on the wall by the bed above the missing nightstand - desk clerk N/A when booking in, another guest said he was NEVER at the desk - phoned to get service from desk clerk... apparently he was cleaning a room somewhere - phoned a few times to get help resolving issues / missing items... made to feel like we were inconveniencing the desk clerk - morning desk clerk was more "interested" and did note and pass along our concerns, but was very clear she was only there for Breakfast and could not assist further. - Note: reasonably prompt response from manager and we were assured the issues would be resolved and invited us back. Very disappointing experience... we've been in worse hotels, but this was clearly the worst staff effort / standards that we've ever encountered.

Room was dirty. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned except for towels which were clean. A different room was provided after discussion with front desk staff. Second room was much cleaner. Air conditioner/heating unit did not work. Breakfast was okay. Would not stay at this business again.
