Personne ne parle anglais dans cet hôtel donc il est difficile d’échanger Par contre la localisation est top dans l’enceinte du château et le spa est vraiment très bien et nous avons pu en profiter comme une privatisation

Another interesting case of bad management in hospitality. This hotel has so much potential. It is super well located, the place is a beauty and everybody would love to stay in a castle. Also it's clean, although the lighting is so dark that you can't see it.. but somehow they destroy it all with their rudeness. After several reviews pointing to that, there seems to be no improvement. The attendants of the hotel perfected the art of being dry and rude to the limit. They make you totally uninvited and uncomfortable. Also In the restaurant I stood up for minutes in one entrance then I walked to the other entrance and nothing. Nobody came to me or told me to sit. They just gave me the back and when they looked, they moved to the other direction. One of them saw me and went to the computer and stayed there.. I simply didn't exist as a potential customer, so I walked away to a place where they value customers. Take my advice and never come to this hotel/restaurant. You deserve better

very comfortable bed, clean and quiet.

Geräumige Zimmer, gut geheizt, toller Balkon. Bad okay. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, leider geräuschvoll. Service könnte besser sein.

The location was excellent to roam the castle complex in afternoon when quiet. Staff made effort to accommodate my needs at dinner. The rooms were spacious and equipped.
