Clean room. No staff. Restaurants near by. Building shares 3 addresses. Gate code works for all 3 so it’s confusing at first if you enter the wrong building. No AC. Loud / busy street so open windows is not great

The place was extremely hot, stove didn't work properly, had to call every day to someone come and fix it but they didn't come during the weekend at all. The elevator also wasn't working many times. Shower wasnt good either, I left the place days before my checkout because I couldn't stay there. The only good about this place it was the location.

Overall just a massive breakdown in communication. Once booked on Hotels.com no communication received from the hotel. Apparently they have a required registration process that does not occur automatically and it required us making multiple calls to the Hotels.com help like to get the required Booking reference number. One of the two units could not support EU standard electrical converters and needed an electrician to fix. Neither of the two units booked at functioning fans.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sie wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet und hat grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Mir fehlte ein Hinweis, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist - so fanden wir völlig aufgeheizte Appartments vor und auch in der Nacht war es unerträglich warm. Lediglich ein kleiner Ventilator sorgt für etwas Zug. Daneben war es in der Nacht durch die Lage zur Strasse hin sehr laut, teilweise waren noch Holzfenster vorhanden, die nicht richtig schlossen und so waren die Geräusche von draussen noch lauter.

Probably was good. Recommend bigger fans. This property has no air conditioning. In the summer it was super hot inside. Fan was super small and low. I had to open the windows all night.

If you're looking for an affordable-ish place to stay in expensive Zurich, like our family, you may be inclined to stay at Vision Apartments. Here are some things to be aware of through our experience. First of all, there is no AC. This is actually more common in Europe than I realized, but something travelers should be aware of. We stayed in June and it was very hot and uncomfortable. Secondly, your apartment will likely not look anything like the pictures. We were in a basement apartment with painted concrete floors and bare bones accommodations. These apartments show all the signs of corporate absentee ownership trying to maximize profit by minimizing their own expenses. There is no one on site to talk to, just QR codes to report things, and a hard-to-find number to call. To get our entry code we needed to fill out an online form that day, which didn't work, so we had to call customer service and send our passport over email which we try to avoid at all costs. When we arrived, about 45 minutes after check in, the cleaner was still there, likely due to understaffing. We reported this, and the company had a ready response -- 30% off your NEXT stay within the next year. We won't be returning. The second day we found a cockroach on the floor and reported this. The company did eventually give us a partial refund for this. Our freezer was not working, so ice cream we bought turned to soup. It was bad enough that it all became one big joke with our three girls.

Very accessible, has a parking but a bit expensive. Few minutes walk to the train station, not that far to the airport. The place was spacious, however, the windows were opened upon checking in, which the smell of cigarettes entered the apartment. We got the basement. Very easy to check in, towels were provided. Has a kitchen which allowed us to cook. The outside was a bit dirty, bird poops everywhere. Overall, not bad for the price.

Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I was given was extremely hot and located directly at street level, which made it incredibly noisy and uncomfortable, especially at night. The heat was unbearable, and the fan provided was dirty, full of dust, and barely worked — it didn’t blow any air at all. The coffee maker in the room was broken and completely unusable. I sent an email requesting a room change due to these issues, but I never received any response and no action was taken. I ended up leaving the hotel two days earlier than planned and had to book another place to stay. I requested some form of compensation for the poor experience, but the hotel refused. Overall, the service was very poor, and I would not recommend staying here. It was truly a disappointing and uncomfortable

The room was smelling like smoke throughout and the sheets were not really clean and overall it was not in the best condition. The heating could not be turned down and it due to the heat the leftover smoke smell was even more intense. The area was good and it was near Hallenstadion which was good.

The shower and toilet (bathroom) were separate from the room. Both the room and bathroom had loud locks so you would disturb the other guests when going to the bathroom. The shower had no soap dish/shelf. The soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out. The room was extremely hot and smelt of smoke. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both tiny. The location is good but the accommodation is not comfortable. I would suggest paying more if you can or staying near the airport and commuting. It’s close to the city and the tram cost is the same. The pictures and description of this property are very misleading.

Lo único bueno es lo cerca al transporte, y al aeropuerto. Lo malo: muy ruidoso, no tiene ventilación adecuada se pone muy sofocado el ambiente, no tiene aire acondicionado ni siquiera los ventiladores funcionan bien (no sirven en absoluto deberían cambiarlos) Tuvimos bastante calor las 2 noches casi sin poder dormir por ese motivo y sumando el ruido constante de la calle. La limpieza le doy un 7 , el baño muy pequeño (excepto la regadera que es amplia al menos). Las mesas que tienen en las habitaciones ocupan demasiado espacio. deberían poner algo más funcional en su lugar.

El alojamiento estaba muy moderno y cuidado. Con utensilios de todas clases. El mayor problema es que el apartamento se encontraba en la entreplanta, la pequeña ventana que había se encontraba al ras del suelo y la calle era bastante concurrida, con muchos coches. En el apartamento no entraba casi luz, te veían desde la calle y agobiaba esto. Estoy segura que si nos hubieran dado una planta superior o incluso el bajo, nos hubiéramos sentido más agusto.

It is a good apartment with what we need for a family of four people. It was clean and comfortable beds. Not close to city center, but close to a train station to connect. Easy check in and available parking (we didn't use it). We recommend it as an option in Zurih

Room was tiny with no air co only fan. Was placed on first floor so couldn’t leave window open at night due to noise. Because of this the room was super hot and could not sleep.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht mehr top (Aussenfassade, Eingang zur Haustüre), aber immer noch bestens geeignet für eine kurzen Aufenthalt. Im Zimmer findet man alles Notwendige (Küche, Wasserkoche etc.). Internet ist auf dem neusten Stand, das Badezimmer wunderbar konzipiert mit einer sehr guten Dusche. Einzig eine Stange für das Duschbadetuch fehlt.

Overall just a massive breakdown in communication. Once booked on Hotels.com no communication received from the hotel. Apparently they have a required registration process that does not occur automatically and it required us making multiple calls to the Hotels.com help like to get the required Booking reference number. One of the two units could not support EU standard electrical converters and needed an electrician to fix. Neither of the two units booked at functioning fans.

I booked this property and realised that in the fine print at the bottom of the email they require to to check 24 hours prior via contacting them through email as they have no reception. I booked less than 24 hours and when I was 2 hours away from the property and I contacted them in order to gain check in information just to be informed that due to a “technical error” there were no rooms available. Had I not have emailed them first trying to gain information I would have arrived to discover no one there and that I had no accomodation. I then had to contact them again after still not having received my refund a week later. Wotif were the ones to sort out the refund. I would not book these apartments again based on this experience.

If you're looking for an affordable-ish place to stay in expensive Zurich, like our family, you may be inclined to stay at Vision Apartments. Here are some things to be aware of through our experience. First of all, there is no AC. This is actually more common in Europe than I realized, but something travelers should be aware of. We stayed in June and it was very hot and uncomfortable. Secondly, your apartment will likely not look anything like the pictures. We were in a basement apartment with painted concrete floors and bare bones accommodations. These apartments show all the signs of corporate absentee ownership trying to maximize profit by minimizing their own expenses. There is no one on site to talk to, just QR codes to report things, and a hard-to-find number to call. To get our entry code we needed to fill out an online form that day, which didn't work, so we had to call customer service and send our passport over email which we try to avoid at all costs. When we arrived, about 45 minutes after check in, the cleaner was still there, likely due to understaffing. We reported this, and the company had a ready response -- 30% off your NEXT stay within the next year. We won't be returning. The second day we found a cockroach on the floor and reported this. The company did eventually give us a partial refund for this. Our freezer was not working, so ice cream we bought turned to soup. After receiving email confirmation that we would a requested rollaway bed and fans delivered before we arrived, we checked in just after 15:00 to find they weren't there. We called immediately and were told the fans had all been distributed and they had no more (not a huge deal although I had asked ahead of time) and that they would get the bed delivered. We didn't hear anything back and went out sightseeing and when we returned at 20:30 or 21:00, we still didn't have the bed. I called but the customer service staff (who were lovely) had no access to the building or way to contact the management after hours. Since there were not other apartments available, we could not go anywhere. So we were left with a double bed for 3 people - and not even sheets or a pillow... and only 2 sets of towels despite them knowing there were 3 of us. Thankfully, there were two pleather small couches that we could push together or I would have literally been lying on a cold linoleum floor. I asked for management to reach out the next day and didn't hear from anyone... and I still haven't despite emailing the person who originally confirmed it. I will be disputing the charge. Lo malo: muy ruidoso, no tiene ventilación adecuada se pone muy sofocado el ambiente, no tiene aire acondicionado ni siquiera los ventiladores funcionan bien (no sirven en absoluto deberían cambiarlos) Tuvimos bastante calor las 2 noches casi sin poder dormir por ese motivo y sumando el ruido constante de la calle. La limpieza le doy un 7 , el baño muy pequeño (excepto la regadera que es amplia al menos). Las mesas que tienen en las habitaciones ocupan demasiado espacio. deberían poner algo más funcional en su lugar.

It is a good apartment with what we need for a family of four people. It was clean and comfortable beds. Not close to city center, but close to a train station to connect. Easy check in and available parking (we didn't use it). We recommend it as an option in Zurih

This is a very different approach. This is an apartment complex. They provide a code on the day of arrival after you confirm your arrival details. The code gets you in the main door and your apartment. No keys are required. The parking situation is a bit confusing but we figured it out. The location is very close to the train which is very convenient. The outside of the complex is a bit dirty. There is a lot of bird droppings in the parking entry way and they could do more to prevent this a keep it cleaner. Also, the garbage bins outside were overflowing and smelled very bad.

We were not told before that it was a basement. Very depressing. Terrible hot and humid, no cooling, only a fan, and it was 35 degrees. Nearly impossible to sleep in that heat. Functionally ok but narrow. Good location close to train station. Nice that parking was possible in the same building.

Das Appartement wies einige Gebrauchsspuren auf, war aber sauber. Die Utensilien in der Küche waren recht sporadisch. Für die Spülmaschine gab es leider keine Tabs. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Die Wohnung war etwas hellhörig. Blick auf den Hinterhof
