It can be saved from this hotel, the beach, its not private but is great! Food, breakfast, extremely deficient, they do not want to help to be better! To much for be a better place according to all the others hotels I have visited!

Helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Nice rooms which are very clean and cleaned every day. Frequent problems with hot water, but this is common in Colombia. Inconvenient if you need to use an ATM - have to take a taxi into downtown Tumaco.

Caos al hacer el checkin pero despues el servicio atención y amabilidad fue excelente. Mucho ruido de la piscina. El area que lleva a la playa necesita mucha atencion. Sucio y descuidado.
