The property was great. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery and most gadgets you would need and expect. It was lovely having different areas and seating outside. We did have a problem with the electric gates but when we called about them it was very quickly rectified. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it is the second time we have used Balearic Properties and would highly recommend them. Nothing from our experiences

This was our second stay at Gotmar 35. It’s got everything you need, great accommodation with plenty of facilities. Outside areas and pool are amazing. The area is nice and quiet and it’s pleasant walk into the port.
