One of the highlights was the evening recommendation from the team to enjoy an Apsara dance show with a traditional Khmer set menu nearby — it was a beautiful cultural experience. I also had a great time exploring Pub Street, where the street food and vibrant nightlife made the evening truly exciting. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool, bar, and restaurant — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Thank you to everyone at Ladear Angkor Hotel for your warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again on my next trip to Siem Reap!

We stayed at this hotel with a group of 10 and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect—close to the city center but still peaceful and relaxing. The resort facilities are excellent: the pool area, dining room, and buffet were all fantastic. The service was impeccable, with staff always attentive and kind. On the day of our checkout, the hotel kindly allowed us to stay until 3:30 PM, which was very helpful as we had a late flight to catch. Thank you for a great stay!

Breakfast was appalling. The choices on the menu simply never appeared. Breakfast was served 7 - 10am , though arriving at 7.15am because of excurtions, most was not even set up meaning we had to leave without. The hotel has two pools though we did not use the back pool which was not at all inviting, though we did try the main pool which had a film across the surface which was not encouraging. The reception staff were always curtious and due to our lengthy stay we were offered two complimentary foot massages at the hotel spar which was very good. Thank you

The swimming pools were clean and refreshing, and the whole hotel was surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Camere in condizioni nella media con biancheria da letto e asciugamani già sporchi e macchiati di sangue di qualcun altro, wc sporco, polvere ovunque, terzo letto nella stanza senza lenzuola, condizionatore non funzionante e che puzzava di muffa. Il materasso durissimo e scomodo. Ho prenotato il prelievo in aeroporto tramite l’hotel ma non è mai arrivato e ho dovuto arrangiarmi con un taxi in autonomia. La mattina successiva al mio arrivo avevo un’escursione all’alba e il portiere mi aveva offerto la colazione al sacco che non mi è mai stata preparata. Ho dovuto prenotare un altro albergo e scappare a gambe levate il giorno seguente l’arrivo. In attesa di rimborso che spero arrivi al più presto. Esperienza da cancellare.

Pour terminer un périple de 5 semaines(Vietnam-Cambodge) c'est l endroit idéal.Accueil,propreté et proche de la rivière Siem Reap et du marché traditionnel( 7-10 minutes à pied). Cet hôtel convient aussi bien aux familles avec enfants en bas âge qu aux solos et possède deux belles piscines.

hôtel malhonnête, j'ai réservé un séjour chez Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel, à mon arrivée, sans me prévenir on me dirige vers un autre hôtel de la marque, le Ladear privilège hôtel. connaissant l hôtel je refuse mais on me dit que la chambre que j'ai réservé et payé n'est pas disponible car déjà loué par une autre famille. bien sûr, la chambre proposée est de qualité médiocre, au rdc, vue sur la rue. de manière générale l hôtel est en perdition, personnel pas au niveau, odeur de pourri dans la salle de bain, écoulement d'eau dans les toilettes, tv qui ne fonctionne pas et le comble, les chambres ne sont pas faites pendant votre absence, il fallait soit disant le notifier à l accueil chaque jour, une honte. le prix post covid a augmenté mais la qualité s'est effondrée. Fuyez, il y a bien mieux à siem Reap, je suis un ancien client mais je n'y remettrais plus les pieds.
hôtel malhonnête, j'ai réservé un séjour chez Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel, à mon arrivée, sans me prévenir on me dirige vers un autre hôtel de la marque, le Ladear privilège hôtel. connaissant l hôtel je refuse mais on me dit que la chambre que j'ai réservé et payé n'est pas disponible car déjà loué par une autre famille. bien sûr, la chambre proposée est de qualité médiocre, au rdc, vue sur la rue. de manière générale l hôtel est en perdition, personnel pas au niveau, odeur de pourri dans la salle de bain, écoulement d'eau dans les toilettes, tv qui ne fonctionne pas et le comble, les chambres ne sont pas faites pendant votre absence, il fallait soit disant le notifier à l accueil chaque jour, une honte. le prix post covid a augmenté mais la qualité s'est effondrée. Fuyez, il y a bien mieux à siem Reap, je suis un ancien client mais je n'y remettrais plus les pieds.

I had previously stayed at the Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel five years ago and loved it, so had no hesitation in booking the hotel again when visiting Cambodia. It was so disappointing to find that standards had slipped completely. Our room had a small patio overlooking a lap pool with two sun beds. Unfortunately the sun beds were extremely dirty with deposits of bird droppings, which I tried to clean so we could use them. The curtains in the room, apart from being very dusty were covered in revolting stains and the bath robes were absolutely filthy, grubby and covered in make up. We requested a laundry bag which never turned up and had an issue trying to pay for a drink at the bar, being told that they could not accept the American dollars we gave them, so had to go to reception, who accepted the money straight away. We had paid up front for three nights, but decided after one night to leave and book somewhere else . I am so sorry to have to give this negative review as I was looking forward to revisiting the hotel , I just hope that something can be done to improve the standards, particularly the cleanliness.

I had an unforgettable experience staying at Ladear Angkor Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff — they were always smiling and ready to assist us with anything we needed throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the evening recommendation from the team to enjoy an Apsara dance show with a traditional Khmer set menu nearby — it was a beautiful cultural experience. I also had a great time exploring Pub Street, where the street food and vibrant nightlife made the evening truly exciting. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Spacious and comfortable room with access to the pool. Very good location - walkable to Pub Street and yet far away from the noise. Shower is not enclosed so the entire bathroom gets wet after a shower. Breakfast has very little variety and is exactly the same every day.

Rigtig hyggelig hotel med en masse natur. Hotellet har to pools og dertil badehåndklæder til fri afbenyttelse. Rigtig dårlig WiFi. Serviceminded personale, vi måtte have vores el cykler til at stå inde på hotellets faciliteter i løbet af natten, vi skulle trække den gennem lobby for det. Store værelser.

I highly recommend this Hotel and booking the 3-day temple tour directly through the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Our tour guide, Sinet, was amazing — very knowledgeable, friendly, and also a great photographer! Our driver was also wonderful, always providing us with cold water and refreshing towels, which made a big difference during the hot days. It was a truly memorable experience from start to finish.

We stayed at this hotel with a group of 10 and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect—close to the city center but still peaceful and relaxing. The resort facilities are excellent: the pool area, dining room, and buffet were all fantastic. The service was impeccable, with staff always attentive and kind. On the day of our checkout, the hotel kindly allowed us to stay until 3:30 PM, which was very helpful as we had a late flight to catch. Thank you for a great stay!

Camere in condizioni nella media con biancheria da letto e asciugamani già sporchi e macchiati di sangue di qualcun altro, wc sporco, polvere ovunque, terzo letto nella stanza senza lenzuola, condizionatore non funzionante e che puzzava di muffa. Il materasso durissimo e scomodo. Ho prenotato il prelievo in aeroporto tramite l’hotel ma non è mai arrivato e ho dovuto arrangiarmi con un taxi in autonomia. La mattina successiva al mio arrivo avevo un’escursione all’alba e il portiere mi aveva offerto la colazione al sacco che non mi è mai stata preparata. Ho dovuto prenotare un altro albergo e scappare a gambe levate il giorno seguente l’arrivo. In attesa di rimborso che spero arrivi al più presto. Esperienza da cancellare.

The staff are what make this hotel exceptional. Also great food, especially the red curry! Immaculately kept pools. Stayed 11 nights...would have happily stayed longer. Highly recommend it. Close enough to the main parts to be walkable. Far enough to be quiet. Felt safe at all times. Staff again were so kind and helpful at all times.

Very nice place and excellent value. Hotel is a quiet oasis with beautiful landscaping. Everything I had from the menu was delicious and well priced. The staff was extremely helpful and unfailingly nice. I look forward to my next visit.

Breakfast was appalling. The choices on the menu simply never appeared. Breakfast was served 7 - 10am , though arriving at 7.15am because of excurtions, most was not even set up meaning we had to leave without. The hotel has two pools though we did not use the back pool which was not at all inviting, though we did try the main pool which had a film across the surface which was not encouraging. The reception staff were always curtious and due to our lengthy stay we were offered two complimentary foot massages at the hotel spar which was very good. Thank you

This hotel is clean, quiet and not badly located. It does not have an elevator. There are some issues but the glue that holds the whole place together is Ms. Mony of Guest Services. I think she could take a step up to a higher profile hotel and do very well. If she does not know the answer she knows a guy that does. In one case she steered me away from a thousand dollar con job and in another saw to it that we were on a totally wonderful tour of Angkor Wat. I would suspect the hotel restaurant does not fall under her prevue. The food is fine but you had better be prepared for a long long wait and that's just for spring rolls and soup. We were always the only ones in the place.

We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were elegant and spacious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. My stay at Ladear Angkor hotel was nothing short of amazing — it truly deserves more than 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cool towel, and my luggage was personally brought to my room. I have stayed at this hotel previously and have seen the deteriation that is taking place there they gave me a room where black mould was growing along the grouting in the shower there was exposed electrical wiring to the shower unit and at 1 - 00am an electric pump fired up outside the room pumping water loudest noise ever I changed rooms the next day where the shower was in the same state with black mould I went out and bought bleach to treat the mould which did kill the mould tv in rooms did not work staff could not get them to work had to try three safes before I got one that worked and if you wanted your room done you had to go to reception and request housekeeping to clean your room I suggest that you take a look at this hotel I will not be staying there again. I will most probably try a condo next time

First off by Western standards this is a very inexpensive hotel. Well positioned for shops and restaurants and close to Angkor Wat.Large room, great pool area and very friendly and helpful staff. Hygiene and general cleanliness seemed good. We have no other experience in Cambodia so the following comments are based on what we're used to elsewhere. 3 nights or less they don't change bedding or towels which we were ok with. However they didn’t make beds, empty bins or refill toilet roll in this time either. The shower had hot water but our whole stay we didn’t get hot water from our sink. The towels and bedding were clean but were grey with age and use. However as I said at the beginning this is not an expensive hotel so overall it is good value.
