The Grand Gables

The rooms were spotless. Ambience perfect. Service is top-notch. I would appreciate it if they included breakfast in their rates.

Sheets and towels stained.. wifi wasn't working for the first 6 days.. staff was really nice and did their best when they were there.

The accommodation upgraded me and gave me a place that was very spacious. The bedroom was great but the living sofa was very dirty with stain and could be better with nice covering. The kitchen had amenities but the only thing lacking was maybe a frying pan and another pot. The TV remote want working properly and couldn’t change channels. My main issue was the temperature of the shower. It was not hot. The receptionist and the security staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to supermarket and Westlands. I appreciate the quite environment a lot.

The place is old and disorganized

When there was a malfunction I. Our apartment, they were quick to change us to an acceptable place.
