Gut organisiert, bei der Ankunft. Die Bilder entsprechen den Gegebenheiten. Mit Tiefgarage, ganz wichtig wenn man ein Fahrzeug hat, weil das Parken in Barcelona sehr schwierig ist.

Marco increíble!! Nos hizo la decoración de navidad y nos puso un árbol hermoso sabiendo que íbamos a festejar todos en familia. Las camas más cómodas que las de mi casa. Divino el departamento y super vivibile! La familia encantada (hasta la suegra que es ya difícil)! Volveremos seguramente! Un golaso sobretodo el parking en el mismo edificio! Un lujo!

My siblings and our spouses stayed in this comfortable and well-appointed apartment for a week. Our host Marco was fantastic; I appreciated his constant communication and his setting up an airport transfer for our party. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The apartment itself is in a convenient location being only a block away from a tram stop. We also found multiple eateries, a coffee shop, a bodega, and a grocery store within a short walking distance. Across the street is an expansive park. The building has three elevators which provide a quick ride to this 12th floor penthouse. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment as well -- kitchen, great room (living & dining), bedroom with 2 twins, and 1/2 bath on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, hall bath with shower and laundry closet, and spacious main bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo on the lower level. The apartment features balconies on both levels which are accessible via the main living area and all the bedrooms through sliding glass doors. Another welcome aspect was the air conditioning and a separate unit for each floor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enthusiastically recommend Victoria Diagonal Mar Barcelona.

It was a perfect place for us. Central to everything. The apartment was quiet and spotless. We enjoyed walking 15 mins to the beach and wandering to incredible bakeries. Our host was beyond helpful in arranging our transportation to and from the airport. Additionally, he arranged transportation for us to wine taste on of the days we were in town. This is a perfect 10. You will not regret it.

We had a lovely week here visiting family in Poblenou. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Perfect location for what we needed!

Have only good things to say about the flat and the hosts. It’s spacious for a group of 8, very clean, and easy to get around. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. It’s nice to have a little quieter scene outside of the city center, but there’s still plenty of people around at all hours of the day - we always felt safe. Would recommend and would return!

Our stay at Imanol was excellent! Marco met us sat the flat so we could drop off our luggage since we arrived earlier than check-in time. He explained everything about the place and sent clear directions prior to arrival on how to get there from the airport. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to come home to a place with AC after a hot day in BCN. Marco was nice and quick to respond. The area is also nice. The week we stayed there, there was a week long festival happening at the park across the street so it was a fun way to end the night. The flat is very close to the tram and bus lines. It was super easy to get around. We definitely recommend this to everyone.

A very nice appartment directly next to the tram station with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! And therefore ideally for a city trip to Barcelona with family or friends. We enjoyed our time in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The kitchen had all the equipment so we could make paella and more! The views are stunning and you can even see the sea on a clear day. Hot water in the showers was plentiful with 5 of us showering each morning. The beach was less than 15 min walk. Marco was friendly, helpful with recommendations and very responsive during our entire stay. He was able to accommodate our early arrival and stored our luggage. We will definitely stay again on future trips!

Our host Marco was amazing…he was a big help even before we arrived…he made the process effortless…from pick up at airport,meeting us at apartment,giving recommendations…etc.And the property was exactly as described…perfect for our party of 6…definitely worthy of 5 stars…if i’m ever in Barcelona again i would definitely book with Victoria Properties again!!!

Lokalita spíše uvnitř města, ale s lehkou dostupností kamkoliv. Na Pláž cca 15 minut pěšky. Všude okolo plno obchodů i restaurací.
