I stayed at the Golden Temple Residences for five days to visit Angkor Wat and the surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a perfect place for sightseeing on foot, yet it is quiet and tranquil as soon as you enter the front door. The service was outstanding and the spa was top notch. Worth every penny.

Best part hotel was its location-walkable to Pub street in a few minutes and near many local restaurants/food stalls and night market & Front Desk Staff was friendly and attentive. Foods and services are much cheaper compare to Western/European countries. Negatives - breakfast was not included and limited Western/Asian breakfast menu and food was not flavorful. The pool is located next to the walkway into the hotel (very public location and can hear all street noise, and we couldn’t use it bc there was a strong sewage stench. Lastly, no parking, only drop-off available.
Best part hotel was its location-walkable to Pub street in a few minutes and near many local restaurants/food stalls and night market & Front Desk Staff was friendly and attentive. We were very impressed with the level of service and quality of the hotel. Staff were super friendly and greeted us by name every day. They offer airport transfer and Ms. Karona at reception greeted us warmly, explained all the amenities and personally arranged our tour of Angkor Wat for the following morning. We were supplied with breakfast to take to the temples and had the best tour guide. Mr. Sinet made our tour personal, informative and relaxed. He took excellent pictures of us to remember our trip and knew all the best spots to avoid crowds. Mr. Bros, our driver, was also excellent and very friendly. Our room came with complimentary massages at the hotel spa. I had the traditional Khmer body massage which was excellent. Breakfast was small, buffet style with options of western and Asian dishes, egg station, noodles, fresh fruit and pastries. We were also offered for the kitchen to cook us something to order but we declined. The fresh water pool is gorgeous, plenty of loungers. Lots of sun and shade. The hotel was generally quiet. There was some noise from construction next door, but this rarely was noticeable. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring the town - 5 minutes away from the old market, night market and pub street. Also ample shopping and street food/bars/restaurants in the area and a 7/11 around the corner for basics. Will be back again!

The room is spacious and clean. Wifi is fast. The hotel staffs are friendly and hospitable. Location is centrally located and is just 5 minutes walk to pub street. The hotel provides a round trip transfer to airport which is very convenient.

The rooms (we have two rooms for the family) are very clean and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers! The staff there can not be better: they’re very polite and helpful! The location is perfect: very close to the markets and nice spa places, yet, the environment is very private and pl. rooms are very quiet! Breakfast is great! One can have dinner with performance in the hotel!

Excellent property. Convenient to Pub Street. Staff went above & beyond to ensure my stay was good. Just a side note, staff enter the room in the evening to tidy up, leave you a story, & a snack. Ensure your stuff is locked up at all times while out of the room.

デラックス スイート バルコニー シティビューに泊まりました。 良かった点 ・バルコニーでタバコが吸える ・テレビがYouTubeなどのアプリに対応していた ・パブストリートまで徒歩圏内 ・近くに24時間営業のスーパーがある ・従業員がとても親切 悪かった点 ・バルコニーにある小さい机が雨で腐ってた（3本足の1本が完全に腐って取れかけてた） ・バルコニーの椅子に座ると染み込んだ雨でお尻が濡れる（座面がスポンジ？ビニール必須） ・バルコニーの屋根が中途半端なので、雨が降るとバルコニー全体を使えない ・テレビとソファの位置がイマイチで、ずっとベットの上で生活してた ・プールで日焼けをしたかったが、建物の構造的に直射日光が当たり辛く、がっつり日焼け出来なかった ・照明が暗い、照明が少ない（東南アジアは大体こんなもん） ・湯船がない（シャワーのみ） 総評 ホテル滞在がメインの人は、細かいところでストレスを感じると思いますが、従業員がとても親切で買い物や飲食には最高の立地だと思います。近くにあるレストラン（Khmer Taste）のカンボジアカレーが美味しかった、お勧めです。 観光地はほぼまわってるので、今回はホテル滞在メインで伺いましたが、やはりバルコニーの椅子と机が残念。雨季に来たので仕方ない面もあると思いますが、もうちょっと点検と整備をしっかりして欲しいです。なんならバルコニーでゆっくり過ごすために行ったようなもんなので。あとは照明が少なくて部屋全体が明るくならない事ですかね。目が良くないのでストレス溜まりました。

I don’t even know where to begin - the staff left us dumbfounded with their service - it was just that good!! Stayed here with family in their large family suite - large spacious room with 4 beds, large balcony, spacious living space, and a big bathroom. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Location is perfect - right next to Pub Street, but just far enough to avoid all the noise at night. Restaurant serves a good buffet breakfast. Didn’t get a chance to have any other meal here. They do arrange local tours in Siem Reap, but we had already made prior arrangements. We did avail of their airport transfers service (added cost) - a hotel staff accompanies the driver to stay with you during the cab ride - nice touch! You’re greeted by a welcome drink and a crew of smiling hotel staff. The best part - their service!! The staff is always standing by to accommodate any request guests may have. Very highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Their service will spoil you for all other hotels - enjoy it while you’re here, just don’t get used to it coz you won’t find it anywhere else!
I don’t even know where to begin - the staff left us dumbfounded with their service - it was just that good!! Stayed here with family in their large family suite - large spacious room with 4 beds, large balcony, spacious living space, and a big bathroom. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Location is perfect - right next to Pub Street, but just far enough to avoid all the noise at night. Restaurant serves a good buffet breakfast. Didn’t get a chance to have any other meal here. They do arrange local tours in Siem Reap, but we had already made prior arrangements. We did avail of their airport transfers service (added cost) - a hotel staff accompanies the driver to stay with you during the cab ride - nice touch! You’re greeted by a welcome drink and a crew of smiling hotel staff. The best part - their service!! The staff is always standing by to accommodate any request guests may have. This hotel was close to everything (Angkor Wat, old market, night market, Pub Street, etc). Although the hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and convenient, the absolutely best part of this stay was the genuinely overwhelming customer service. There was no effort spared on the part of the staff to let us know how welcomed we were and how much our business was appreciated. From the cold towels upon our arrival to the delicious food prepared in the restaurant (the best Loc Lac anywhere), the staff at this hotel were the kindest, most sincere, and most humble I have encountered in more than 30 years of international travel. If you go to SE Asia, do not miss Cambodia. And if you go to Cambodia, you simply must visit Siem Reap...and if you go to Siem Reap, do yourself a favor and stay at the Golden Temple Residence.

Outstanding elegantly designed boutique hotel. Service is beyond even world class 5-star hotels. You essentially have personal concierges. They were so helpful in booking a tennis court, reasonable transport, and making deals for massage. They even drove out to the airport after we left because my girlfriend had left a sweater in the lobby. You will have personal WhatsApp communication with these very well spoken English helpers. Golden Temple Residence is beautifully decorated, clean with a lovely pool & pool side cafe. The highlight of the hotel is the staff though. They exceeded our expectations above & beyond any other hotel we’ve been too & we travel a lot! They are thoughtful & go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed & comfortable. They had decorated our room with fresh flowers, fruit & wine. They even surprised my wife with a little Bday cheer & cake, noting her bday on her passport a couple of days prior to our arrival. We wish we’d known how hospitable & wonderful Daneth and the whole hotel staff were, we would have certainly extended our stay. Highly recommended. Angkor Wat is an absolute must, & when you go, Golden Temple Residence is the place to stay:)

What an Amazing place to stay! The staff was always willing to help with such beautiful smiles. Great location to so many restaurants, local attractions and a lot of massage places. We did the Apsara dinner at the hotel and that exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety.

Such an amazing stay here. From the very beginning prior to arriving the service was impeccable. Great communication and someone was there to pick us up. The check in was seamless and they even gave us some additional perks. All the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The food was to die for. Best part hotel was its location-walkable to Pub street in a few minutes and near many local restaurants/food stalls and night market & Front Desk Staff was friendly and attentive. Foods and services are much cheaper compare to Western/European countries. Negatives - breakfast was not included and limited Western/Asian breakfast menu and food was not flavorful. The pool is located next to the walkway into the hotel (very public location and can hear all street noise, and we couldn’t use it bc there was a strong sewage stench. Lastly, no parking, only drop-off available.
Best part hotel was its location-walkable to Pub street in a few minutes and near many local restaurants/food stalls and night market & Front Desk Staff was friendly and attentive. Foods and services are much cheaper compare to Western/European countries. Negatives - breakfast was not included and limited Western/Asian breakfast menu and food was not flavorful. The pool is located next to the walkway into the hotel (very public location and can hear all street noise, and we couldn’t use it bc there was a strong sewage stench. Lastly, no parking, only drop-off available.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They have a genuine desire to please the guest. The dining was fantastic - wide variety to choose from. Also the traditional dance dinner show was educational, entertaining, and added a historic touch to the experience of staying in Cambodia. Hotel tour guides were great too! I had a memorable time.

The snack they gave us, fried plantains and peanuts, were so good. But we were rushed and take away of the food wasn’t offered. The packaged version of the peanuts in the room wasn’t as good. We generally liked the place. We were only given one key card which also turned off the electricity in the room every time we took it with us when we left. Temperature in the room when we got back wasn’t as comfortable. All common areas had no AC. Very uncomfortable when the temperature was 90-95F. We ate at the hotel a few times. Food was just OK. Not great. We sought out restaurants with AC, such as the Hyatt. There must have been a mosquito in the room. We were bitten on our legs so many times. The pool was nice, although the stepped entry was a little difficult.

They gave us excellent recommendations and helped us to organise all of our travel to the temples and to Tonlé Sap. The room was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We are vegetarian and they catered well for us. We also enjoyed the traditional dance performance that they put on for guests. Better service than in even the most expensive hotels we have stayed in.

Nice central hotel! Our room was big and spaciou. Staff amazing. Downsides were bed was a little hard and rooms could here quite some noise (we were in 1st floor). Overall though very good hotel and excellent value for money.

From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a nice poolside view that made the stay even better. The location was convenient, close to the night market and 15 minutes drive to the Angkor Wat , and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the amenities were well kept. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I’d happily stay here again.

Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire! Thanks so much to everyone - we hope to visit again 😊
