객실이 깨끗했고 사우나장도 마음에 들었습니다.

Very nice hotel room - liked that they had a seating area with a coffee table. Facilities looked modern and clean. We only stayed one night because it was close to the airport, but would definitely consider a longer stay next time. Free parking but the parking lot had limited space.

Great stay. Breakfast very good and the restaurant was good and reasonably price for supper meal. The hotel is located in a good area. There is a sauna in the hotel, which you have to pay 10,000 won per person per use. This felt a little strange to me that you had to pay as a hotel guest; I feel like it should be included in your room, rate. Overall great stay and very professional service.

環境乾淨舒適，地點便利，服務人員親切、早餐豐富美味，設施齊全，性價比高，要是再來濟州島一定還會再選擇這間飯店，非常推薦！

Hotel was conveniently located whereby walking to shops and restaurants was doable. We had a car so the free parking was great!

We were disappointed to learn that there is a fee for everything, it’s 10,000 KRW to use the gym, it’s 10000 KRW for late check out and don’t forget your toothbrush because you have to buy one from the onsite convenience store

交通の便が良いホテルを探して予約しました。 いろんな場所にすぐに行けて、とても便利でした。 滞在時間が短かったため、ホテルのすべての良さを体験することはできませんでしたが、ホテルと直結しているコンビニがあり、とても便利でした。

Comfortable stay. With a convenient store at level 1. Sauna available for a fee at level 2. Free parking, however limited lots.

ホテル施設でW10,000で 本格ジムと清潔な大浴場と高温のサウナがとてもよかったです 部屋も清潔で空調も大満足でした

Pros: convenient to jeju bus terminal and the airport Cons: the hotel carpet is dirty. Not many good restaurants around

Room had not been properly cleaned before we checked-in. Hairs on the floor and room not properly dusted for possibly weeks based on how thick dust layers were behind the bed and desk. Expected better for star rating of hotel. Staff friendly, food ok.

전체적으로 만족하는데 청결부분에서좀... 샤워기헤드에 검은때가 끼어있어서 좀 아쉽네요

The room was dirty but everything else was great. Staff were very kind and helpful.

This hotel shows its age in the bathroom and carpet in the room. But it was nice to open the window for fresh air !

L'hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. L'hôtel paraît propre au premier abord mais ce fut la déception en regardant de plus près la chambre. Nous avons du changer de chambre mais celle qu'on a eu à la place n'était pas mieux : cheveux dans la salle de bain, des traces de défection dans la cuvette des wc, des débris par terre, de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et plein de tâches partout : sommier, moquette, canapé, .... la chambre était vraiment pas propre du tout. On dirait que le ménage a été complètement bâclé.

제주 시내에 있고 공항에서 가깝습니다. 객실이 큰 편이고 깨끗합니다. 조식 뷔페도 깔끔한 편이고, 룸 서비스도 가성비가 무척 좋습니다. 휴양용 호텔과는 차이가 있구요. 출장용으로 쓰기엔 좋습니다

위치와 가성비는 괜찮았습니다. 침대 매트리스는 좀 오래되어 보였고, 한실 바닥에 까는 매트리스는 너무 얇아 교체가 필요해 보입니다.

Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.

객실은 무척 청결했어요. 그런데 외출하고 와보니 난방이 안되는거예요. 밤 11시가 넘었지만 그냥 자기엔 너무 추울것같아서 프론트에 연락했더니 즉시 오셔서 고장인것 같다며 같은 층의 더 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 해 주셔서 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다. 스텝분들 모두 넘넘 친절하시고 숙소도 좋아서 다음 번에도 또 예약하려구요.

깨끗하고 좋은데 침대가 너무 불편...

Super nuit à Jeju, personnel parlant parfaitement anglais et très professionnel, literie top et de l'espace dans la chambre pour ouvrir ses valises, table pratique pour les repas sur le pouce... Et très bien situé proche d'arrêts de bus. En bref, super séjour!

Nice big hotel room (twin bed), with a small sofa. Everything was fine with staff, but the AC was only working on/off. We had to reset it every hour by removing our key card from the main switch. There was never a repair ren one night we had the room.

가성비 좋은 제주시내 호텔입니다. 체크아웃 시 짐을 놓고 왔는데 보관하고 연락주셔서 잘 돌려받을 수 있었습니다. 룸서비스도 맛있게 이용했습니다

The staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was good at the hotel.

This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so communication was easy. The breakfast was really tasty and convenient. There were a variety of options to suit a variety of taste preferences. There were a couple of weddings in the hotel during our stay which was fun to witness - changing of the couple's posters in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds could have been more comfortable for us - however, they were fine for the length of time and the purpose we were there. I would like to have had heavier blankets available. The shades were useful for blocking light which let us sleep just a little later. The staff were kind overall. We asked to use a table in the cafe at the end of the day to play a card game and were told we could not, and the staff did not suggest an alternative even when asked. Staff could have been more helpful in that regard. We ended up playing on the floor in one of the rooms for our group. The hotel was close to several restaurants and to bus stops.

The hotel was fine, suiting the need for a family of 4 to crash. The additional bedding for blue kids were two sleeping pads that weren’t comfortable. Front desk staff wasn’t unfriendly nor friendly. Adequate, clean, near restaurants & convenience stores & not far from airport.

施設や室内は綺麗で使いやすかったです。 ここを選んだ理由はサウナがあるという点です。しかし、サウナは泊まった1日目は休み。仕方なくシャワーで済ませました。 3日目も使おうと思ったら、21時までしかオープンしておらず、帰ってきたのが22時以降だったため、なんのために選んだのか意味がわからないです。 あと、夜のスタッフが日本語を話せる人がおらず、意思疎通がまってくできずトラブルになりました。 そして一番ひどかったのは、クリーニングを2日目の夜に頼んだのに届いたのがチェックアウト寸前。 夜のスタッフが注文し忘れていたのは明白です。 あと、夜のスタッフはクリーニングができてないのは直接店に文句を言えという始末。 こんなスタッフは大迷惑です。 もう二度と泊まりません。

5人で1泊だけの滞在でしたがとてもよかったです チェックイン時にチェックアウトの時間の説明もありました 翌日に西帰浦へ移動するため徒歩7分ほどのバスターミナルの時刻表も調べてくださり丁寧な説明をして頂けました ホテルや部屋も綺麗で清潔感もありスタッフの方もいつもニコニコしていてとても感じが良かったです 1Fにはコンビニもあり空港からも10分〜15分くらいでホテルの名前を言っただけでわかって頂けました 済州島に行ったときにはまた滞在したい居心地の良いホテルです 1泊だけでしたがありがとうございました

업무 출장때문에 서울에서 갔었는데 많은 짐이 있었는데도 잘 보관해주시고 제주공항이랑도 가까워서 좋았습니다 다음에 출장오면 또 들를게요!

Fabulous location one block off the main road in the center of town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a 5-minute walk to the central bus station. Less than 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient stay to access the city and cherry blossom festival which was within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially our cleaning lady on the 10th floor. Handy to have parking on site in the city. G25 incorporated into the hotel was very useful.

교통의 요지로서 관광지 이동이 편리하고 호텔 인근주변에 맛있는 음식점이 많이 있어서 아주 편리 하였음

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are also cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s close to the intercity bus terminal so that you can easily get a bus to another part of the island for sightseeing.

Nice clean hotel. A quick and inexpensive taxi to/from the airport. Not much around the hotel, though.

部屋やバスルームも広々していてすっきりしたインテリアも快適でした。バスタブ付きの部屋を探していたので良かったです。 スタッフもみなさん穏やかで感じがよいです。朝食もおいしい。 まわりに食堂やコンビニがたくさんあるので困りません。ワンブロック先にスーパーがありローカルな買い物が楽しめます。

Cons: The room was dirty and dusty. The curtains, furniture, and floor was stained with some Brown stuff. The staff did not speak sufficient English. Some of the staff seemed indifferent and others seemed friendly. The fitness center was closed one of the days. The breakfast did not meet our expectations Pros: A convenience store was located in the hotel

위치 최고에 가격도 최고! 모든 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 2박 숙박하는 동안 정말 행복했습니다 :) 룸서비스 가격도 정말 합리적이라서 부담없이 이용했어요! 재방문 의사 100% 입니다ㅎㅎ

제주 한라산 등산 시 성판악까지 가는 버스 정류장 5분컷가능. 호텔 옆에 설렁탕집 24시간 해서 새벽아침식사 가능. 층간소음 및 객실간 소음 없었음. 1만원 호텔사우나(규모는 작음) 가능. 레스토랑에서 노가리+맥주 저렴하고 노가리가 반건조 통통한 다시 생각나는 맛임(룸서비스가능).
