Haeundae Marianne Hotel

스위트 룸이라고 하기에 너무 허접한 방입니다. 얼마나 오래된 쇼파인지는 모르겠지만, 흉물같은 쇼파에 앉기가 두려울 정도로 상태가 엉망입니다. 쇼파는 차라리 없는게 좋을 듯. 스위트룸 화장실도 너무 작고 기대 이하입니다. 그리고 더 심한 건 엘리베이터 입니다. 9층에서 중단되어, 17층까지 걸어 갔네요. 애들이 타서 더 기겁을 했고, 위험까지 한 이곳이 호텔이라니 믿기지 않네요.

시설이 오래되어서 낙후가 많이 되었습니다. 직원분들은 친절합니다.

便利な場所にあります、3階のフロントやロビーが閉鎖されていて１階に簡単なフロントがありました、そばにビーチやカジノがありました、飲食店やコンビニはたくさんあります

The room is more spacious than the average room in other hotels. There is some sea view. The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk to our favourite places and eMart supermarket. Housekeeping must be improved though. On one day, the hair on the bathroom drain was not cleared, they never wash the cups and they never refill the coffee sachets and teabags. The freezer compartment did not work and kept collecting water in the fridge.

시티뷰였지만 멀리 바다 보였음. 직원들 친절하셨고, 옆에 편의점 있어서 편리함. 주차타워 주차가능. 방음은 잘 안되지만 잠만 자는 분들에게는 추천.

해운대바다ㆍ시장 ㆍ상점매우근접 가격도 합리적이었으나 객실내부와욕실...,청소잘안되어있음 샤워기고장나서 근처다이소에서 구입해서 교체사용함^^ 그외은 모두만족합니다

It has a nice view and a clean bed and bathroom within a reasonable distance from the sea. The staff is kind and always treats customers with a smile. Parking is comfortable and I enjoyed a pleasant trip.

방의 온도 조절이 안되서 불편했음

ロケーションはとても良い。地下鉄も利用できるし、バス停はホテルの前にあって、釜山駅、南浦洞にも行ける。施設がリモデリング中だったので施設自体は評価が難しいですがとても使いやすいホテルでした

따뜻한 온돌 바닥이 인상적이였으며, 뷰가 좋았어요. 화장실이 아주 추웠지만 뜨거운물이 콸콸콸. 나왔습니다. 호텔 밑에 편의점도 있어서 편하게 이용 했습니다.

Dirty bed sheets and pillows. There were hair and eye lashes. They exchanged the sheets after I requested for it. Disappointing.

청소가 되어있지 않아서 지저분하고 추가한 옷걸이에 먼지가 가득 싸여있는데 그대로 가져온걸 보고 놀랐어요.

The first time we entered the hotel we saw some stuff had not cleaned up. The staff however were nice as they let us change our room. The view was very nice and we enjoyed the view.

해운대바다ㆍ시장 ㆍ상점매우근접 가격도 합리적이었으나 객실내부와욕실...,청소잘안되어있음 샤워기고장나서 근처다이소에서 구입해서 교체사용함^^ 그외은 모두만족합니다

The area that the hotel is in was perfect. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and locations to dine all within walking distance. Also, the bus stop is right outside of the hotel, which was convenient. The beach was only a 3-minute walk. However, the accommodations weren't nice. Our room was really filthy and smelled poorly. There were holes in the wall, that were poorly patched up and filled in. The walls were filthy; dirt, yellowed with age, dead bugs smeared on them, and there were pencil marks on the wall by the bed closest to the window. The bathroom also smelled like urine when we arrived and frequently throughout our stay; even after the nice cleaning staff cleaned it. In addition to this, the main lobby on the 3rd floor wasn't functioning while we were there. We waited for over 20 minutes to check out at the front/main lobby, just to realize we had to check out on the ground floor; where the parking was. There were no signs or indicators for anyone to know this. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting to check out not knowing where the employees were. Plus, the waiting area on the first floor was too small for more than two parties to move around in with their luggage comfortably. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and has tons of potential. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time?? Overall it was way overpriced for how dirty our room was and poor communication with staffing.

It couldve been cleaner, it has potential. Concierge was never on the reception desk i guess i was lucky i saw one during check in otherwise check in floor was always empty and lights were off even during the day. Basic toiletries were not provided like toothbrush..

예전에 가족들과 여러번 이용했던 가성비 좋은 호텔이였는데, 샤워실 상태와 화장실 상태가 최악. 악취가 심해 가성비 좋아도 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않다. 위치의 우수성, 직원들의 친절함 빼고는 최악

部屋はスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さで快適でした。ルームクリーニングをしませんでしたが、毎日清潔なタオルと水2本をドアに置いてもらえました。バスルームが少し匂い、虫が死んでいたので、その点のクリーニングが気になりましたが、ヨーロッパの4つ星ホテルと同じクオリティと言えます。ビジネスホテルとしては快適でした！

해운대가 가까워서 좋고 킹베드 두개있는방이라 넓음

객실도 깨끗하고 뷰도 좋고 굿!!!

部屋が広く、ベッドが大きくてよかった。

4人部屋と2人部屋を利用させていただきました。 静かで清潔感もあり、とても過ごしやすかったです。 2人部屋の浴室換気扇の音が就寝時に少しだけ気になりました。 4人部屋は浴室も広くとても良いお部屋でした。

とてもいい旅行になりました。ホテルから海雲台ビーチが見えて眺めが最高でした！また、ビーチもすぐでリッチも最高であいた！日本語で対応していただき、ありがとうございました^_^

Bue servicio en general algunas de las personas que atienden hablan poco inglés, pero finalmente nos entendimos

Hotel stuffs looked old and need renovations. Not able to check in early and they require everyone’s passport. Kinda hard

예전에 가족들과 여러번 이용했던 가성비 좋은 호텔이였는데, 샤워실 상태와 화장실 상태가 최악. 악취가 심해 가성비 좋아도 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않다. 위치의 우수성, 직원들의 친절함 빼고는 최악

9時から12時で清掃を頼みましたが…清掃してもらえませんでした。２日目のタオルは自分で取りに行きました。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で簡単な日本語を話せました。立地はとても良い場所でした。

離地鐵步行約10分鐘，離市場約步行3分鐘，海灘步行5分鐘，地理位置算很好，飯店有一點點舊，但是還算乾淨，衛浴配置比較沒這麼好，廁所不通風，盥洗跟馬桶分開兩間。

해운대 해변까지 5분 이내로 매우 가깝고 해운대역에서도 가까와요. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요!!

근처 상점 음식점 등 편의시설과 가깝고 해운대바다와도 매우가깝습니다.

싸게 부산갈때마다가는곳이에요 해운대랑가깝고 밑에 편의점도있고 좋아요

房間很大、乾淨；交通非常方便，離熱鬧的街很近；飯店有點老舊，但cp值可以

Excellent location near the beach, shops, restaurants. I was very fortunate to have an excellent view from my room, which made my stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Friendly staff welcomed me at all times. Thank you for making my stay amazing.

해운대해수욕장이 가까워서 좋았음.

Close to haeundae beach, bus stop just in front of the hotel and just 10 mins. walk to Blueline Park
