This is a hotel with great traditions at a unique location, offering amazing spa facilities. Staff at the medical centre was very helpful and I would recommend the services of Vili and Bogi who were both fantastic. The receptionists try to be helpful but somewhat lack enthusiasm and positivity. Breakfast is ok but lacks the exclusivity offered in the past. The management has ambitious plans for refurbishment but it is not clear if the hotel will operate next year alongside the extensive building work planned. Overall, this is a positive step for this unique spa hotel, which offers some of the best spa facilities worldwide.

Exceptional spa and a lovely service. Everything is designed to make one's stay comfortable and beneficial for their health and well-being. The carpets needs refreshing, which is my only recommendation.

Terrible property for 5 stars, smells like mold, there was no ac . They said is working and it was so hot in the room, the staff is extremely unfriendly- charge for coffee in the room also. No free parking and those bugs are everywhere upfront of hotel and inside, also balcony great view , but very old and huge spiders at night
