Lovely hotel. Gluten free options available. Getting a taxi to the airport was very easy, getting a taxi at any other time you need to book ahead or prepare to wait. There’s a shuttle at 10am and 5pm that the hotel run to Paguera, it’s a shame it’s only twice a day. So would recommend a hire car if spending longer than a few days here.

Super confort et très jolie vue de la chambre. Très bon confort et prestations de l’hôtel notamment la piscine couverte. Excellent accueil car notre chambre était prête avant l’heure.

Das Hilton Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, Service Komfort und Qualität sehr gut. Sehr schöner Ausblick aufs Meer, Shuttle zum Meer / Stadt fährt täglich um 10uhr ab und holt einen um 17uhf wieder ab. Schönen Meerblick . Sehr ruhig und entspannter Urlaub. Frau

Tolles Hotel, leckeres Frühstück und ein ein schöner Blick vom kleineren erwachsenen Pool über die Bucht. Die Suiten im „The Club“ sind groß und modern, mit Meerblick. Leider benötigt man einen Mietwagen, da das Hotel sonst etwas weit vom Ort weg ist. Das Bier am Pool ist mit 8€ für 0,4 L aus dem Plastikbecher auch für 5 Sterne absolut übertrieben. 🙁

Wohltuende Ruhe in einer tollen Anlage. Die Blicke aus dem Balkon auf die Bucht sind super. Hotel sehr gepflegt, sehr viele kostenlose Parkplätze für eigene PKW und tolles Personal. Wir wurden rundum verwöhnt.

I stayed for 8 nights with my daughters. Our room was spacious with a balcony and beautiful view! Upon our arrival Jaime greeted us, his level of customer service was top notch! Breakfast was included with our stay, I highly recommend that option as the buffet is incredible. Their dinner buffet is also outstanding! The one thing we would have liked was for the pool to remain open to at least 8pm- as it gets dark really late in Mallorca returning from the calas around 7-7:30 my girls would have liked a quick dip in the pool but it closes at 7:30. Other than that the hotel is excellent I highly recommend it!

Lovely hotel. Spa was great. Staff really helpful and kind. Pool was heated, which was a lovely surprise. Lunch at pool could include more veggie options. Very peaceful stay.

Great hotel for those who want to lounge by pool with kids. Safe as lifeguard on site. Good drinks selection. Not so great if wanting to walk to beach as hot and one hour walk easy there and back. Also the shuttle is far too small to take us to beach. Has to wait 30 mins each way.

We had a family room on and it was a good size space with a separate living room. The bed was comfortable but some of the fixtures and fittings needed some attention. We stayed on a DBB basis and the choice and quality of the food was good. The hotel was clean but felt a little dated in areas. It is up on the top of the hill so not particularly accessible to other areas of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the air conditioning whilst we were there. I give it a solid 7/10.

Leider wurde trotz dreifacher Aufforderung an der Rezeption das Zimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Die Pasta der Vorgänger lag dennoch im Zimmer. Die Floskeln mit „Ein Haus dieser Klasse“ lasse ich hier lieber sein. Dennoch finde ich es nicht angemessen. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern welche auch am Boden mal krabbeln und sitzen ist es sehr ekelig. Zusätzlich ist das F&B Angebot nicht wirklich ansprechend. Frühstück ok. Vor allem weil die Mitarbeiter den Unterschied machen Roomservice ist eine Frechheit mit 75 € delivery charge. Abendessen gibt es eine Tapas Bar mit 8 Gerichten davon sind dann auch noch zwei aus. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

This property was very nice and clean. I like how secluded it was in its own quiet tucked away hillside road. The view from the property was remarkable. The staff were very nice and professional. The rooms were clean and had tons of space to move around. The onsite amenities were wonderful, and I plan on going back soon so I can enjoy them all.

This was our second holiday in this hotel. we found it was a bit tired compared to last year. Mostly the bathroom. The staff were excellent except for the lady who cleans the rooms who was very rude. The room was not clean by any means. Very dusty, dirty floors etc. The breakfast and dinner were excellent as were the rest of the staff.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble mais des points à améliorer qui sont inadmissibles dans un hôtel luxueux. Les points forts : piscines, parking, calme et localisation Les points noirs : des cafards plein la chambre tous les jours, dans le lit et les rideaux car il n' y a pas de seuil de porte . Le ménage n' était également pas fait 2 jours sur 3 alors que nous partions toute la journée. Climatisation non allumée à l' arrivée. Personnel agréable mais pas très concerné par les problèmes rencontrés. Les restaurants ferment trop tôt, le choix est un peu limité ceci étant tout était bon. Mention spécial au monsieur des bagages à l' entrée absolument adorable Un bon potentiel mais les cafards en chambre et le ménage non fait ça n' est pas possible.

Pool was well maintained, food was awesome, room was great. Only suggestions would be ... you should clean curtains in room and clean balcony floors. Front desk staff should be relieved every couple hours for personal hygiene reasons. They should freshen up as they speak to clients all day. Otherwise i loved my stay!

El hotel está bien aunque ya se ve algo antiguo, La habitaciones está bien aunque nosotros éramos familia de 4 el sofá cama si no dejaba dormir muy bien . Tuvimos un detalle al salir el último día , las distancias al los cuartos son largas y tienes que pasar por un pasillo de arcos blancos los cuales reducen el paso por los lados me parecen hasta peligrosos mi esposo se pegó en la cabeza muy fuerte pensé que hasta se había desmayado del golpe pues se cayó y yo también con el , deberían de poner algún material que diferencie todo alrededor del arco , no creo que mi esposo haya sido el único en pegarse pues además en altura están bajos..

We stayed in a suite which was very spacious with private garden area, 2 large tvs which didn’t have many channels and only news channels that spoke English. Bed was comfortable, pool areas very nice and staff very helpful. Breakfast was not the best, I would recommend waiting until they put fresh cooked out otherwise eggs etc are cold. Evening food was nice with a great view.

I stayed for 8 nights with my daughters. Our room was spacious with a balcony and beautiful view! Upon our arrival Jaime greeted us, his level of customer service was top notch! Breakfast was included with our stay, I highly recommend that option as the buffet is incredible. Their dinner buffet is also outstanding! The one thing we would have liked was for the pool to remain open to at least 8pm- as it gets dark really late in Mallorca returning from the calas around 7-7:30 my girls would have liked a quick dip in the pool but it closes at 7:30. Other than that the hotel is excellent I highly recommend it!

El personal es muy amable y hace lo mejor que puede, tuvimos una tormenta terrible el 26/8 que dejó el hotel sin electricidad durante 12 horas, sin iluminación de emergencia, tuvimos que encontrar nuestra habitación en la oscuridad porque nuestros móviles se quedaron sin batería. , tuvieron que comprar bebidas, no se ofreció comida a los invitados que no cenaron, no hubo entregas de comida para llevar debido a la tormenta, ¡no hubo organización para este tipo de problemas! ¡El desayuno servido era normal! En general, este no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, la comida alrededor de la piscina era la mejor y debería ofrecerse más tarde de las 6 p.m.

Das Hotel entspricht keinsterweise einem Hilton Standard. Pooltische oft verschmutzt, werden nur Decken darübergelegt. Haben beobachtet, dass der Koch einen Hotelgast beiseite geschubst hat, um aufzufüllen. Der Barmann legte uns nahe alles auf einmal zu bestellen, damit er weniger laufen muss. Hotelzimmer klein und verwinkelt. Kein Mensch braucht 2 riesen Flatscreens. Wege vom Zimmer zur Lobby weit und teilweise ohne Aufzug. Da dürfen die Koffer selbst geschleppt werden. La verdad un poco molesto que despues de una estancia de 1 semana no me quisieran ayudar con un late check out, nisiquiera la posibilidad de quedarme 30 minutos mas. Pero lo mas molesto es que la excusa que me dieron fue que estaban totalmente llenos y viendo en linea aun tenian bastante disponibilidad. Creo que esa mentira arruino todo lo bueno.

There where problems with the power supply during 14 hrs and the management did no suggestion for any compensation due to not being able to give the service we paid for. We had to go out for dinner because of this even though we had paid for the dinner in the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Gluten free options available. Getting a taxi to the airport was very easy, getting a taxi at any other time you need to book ahead or prepare to wait. There’s a shuttle at 10am and 5pm that the hotel run to Paguera, it’s a shame it’s only twice a day. So would recommend a hire car if spending longer than a few days here.

This was our first holiday in this hotel. It is a 5 star wonderful property, a bit alone in the woods, and no easy access to beach or village. But the place in itself is very good, with a wonderful garden and 2 nice pools. The staff were excellent and the room was clean. We had half board. The breakfast was nice and well prepared. The buffe dinners were under the standard we expected at this level and also under the standard from the 4 star hotel we came from in Palma the week before. The last 2 days we had to accept a la carte because of few guests. The restaurant dinner we would rate 4 stars.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic rooms. Even though not part of the hotel we recommend the nearby "Cotton Club" for dinner (also with kids). The breakfast and the food at the pool bar was very good. The other lunch/dinner restaurants were average. The only thing that stands out as negative was the location (not view wise - it was fantastic) since you need a car. The shuttle you can use once an hour but if you need a taxi, it is out of control. You cannot rely on the taxi service, and you can be standing waiting for 45 minutes since other party's going to the airport will be more attractive for the taxi drivers. A recommendation for the Hotel is to make sure that all taxis are booked in your name - it should not be up to the taxi drivers to pick and choose who they will drive. Finally, the personnel where fantastic and helpful and gave you kids a lot of attention.

Leider wurde trotz dreifacher Aufforderung an der Rezeption das Zimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Die Pasta der Vorgänger lag dennoch im Zimmer. Die Floskeln mit „Ein Haus dieser Klasse“ lasse ich hier lieber sein. Dennoch finde ich es nicht angemessen. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern welche auch am Boden mal krabbeln und sitzen ist es sehr ekelig. Zusätzlich ist das F&B Angebot nicht wirklich ansprechend. Frühstück ok. Vor allem weil die Mitarbeiter den Unterschied machen Roomservice ist eine Frechheit mit 75 € delivery charge. Abendessen gibt es eine Tapas Bar mit 8 Gerichten davon sind dann auch noch zwei aus. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

A bit away from the airport but in a really great area. Very quiet, clean and the staff were excellent. There is a good beach about 2 kilometers or so away in the next town. I believe they have a shuttle that goes there but we had a rental car and it was really easy to get to. Breakfast was great and the evening buffet was as well but a bit on the expensive side but worth it if you are hungry. I would recommend this place.

Views and grounds are beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay there. Negatives would be with the included breakfast and dinner. Not sure I would do that again since they serve pretty much the same things over and over. Food is good, not great.
