Staff was amazing. Food was very good as well. Pool was somewhat small with only four chairs available. Also, not a big deal but there were no towel holders in the bathroom, no iron and only one toilet paper!

Boutique Hotel in a nice area of town close enough to old city(about 20 minutes ride) a step out of the hotel and theirs lots of restaurants,massage places to choose from.the room are small, not enough hangers, lighting was a big issue the room is DARK!!! didn’t like the smell of the soap and shampoo very masculine. The shower is modern and beautiful however you have to close the curtain every time you have to go to the bathroom for privacy. The pool area is in the next building you have to pass through a restaurant to take the elevator up. Only four sun beds, the pool is cold and it look like an aquarium.not really a pool you want to swim in. The rest is sofas to seat on not an inviting design to lounge or relax. However happy hour has great drinks.staff are friendly.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic service. Rooms were clean. Restaurant delicious. Look forward to going back. Exercise room a bit tight but that's all right as that's not the main reason to be in Chiang Mai.

Very well nice hotel. The staff is attentive and clearly have been very well trained. The pool is a bit small and awkward to get to, but certainly not a dealbreaker. The shower in the room was excellent.

My friends and I stay here in February 18-21, The room is beautiful, the staffs was amazing and helpful, polite. The location is very convenient. I only give 4 stars because of the functions in the room is very unpractical the bathtub have half windows so I can hear all the outside noise while taking a bath which is not relaxing, no side table next to the bed but there in spots from both side of the bed to put things like your phone etc, having a hard time with the light on and off, The restaurant is in front of the hotel so it’s not very private , The pool is a little small and not enough lounge chairs but overall we had a great time in Chiang Mai, The room is clean and comfortable bed. The location is fantastic

Wonderful hotel!! We had a beautiful spacious room with mountain views, huge tub and very comfortable. The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a great rooftop bar and pool. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Good location but the hotel is NOT five star. Room was tired - there was obvious wear (damaged floors, curtains were stained, some things didn't work right) and roaches in my room. The public areas are small and even more cramped with outside restaurant guests - I couldn't find a seat around the pool/bar for instance. The staff was courteous but the level of service was nice but again, NOT five star - for instance, there was not a regular doorman nor was there a dedicated concierge desk.

Das Frühstück ist leider eines 5 Sterne Hotels unwürdig. Täglich hartes Brot, sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Früchten (nur Melone Wassermelone und Dragon fruit) und auch irgendwie nicht die richtige Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Eier kalt serviert, da früh morgens zubereitet und dann kalt auf den Teller. Die Aufteilung der eigentlich grossen Zimmer ist so dass man das Gefühl hat eingeengt zu sein. Überall unnütze Raumteiler.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The area is very noisy with music till late from bar across the road and planes. Room was a good size and comfortable bed. Could do with updating some of the furnishing and would suggest sound proof glass where bathtub with iption to open/close window.

Akyra Manor Chiang Mai is an amazing hotel with spacious luxury rooms and facilities on a quiet side street but within walking distance to all the action. All the staff members are very polite, friendly, and welcoming, and speak English well. A special thank you to the young front desk gentleman who tirelessly helped me to confirm a flight booking. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Akyra Manor Chiang Mai is an amazing hotel with spacious luxury rooms and facilities on a quiet side street but within walking distance to all the action. The only thing that didn’t deliver as advertised was the view. The pictures advertised indicated that the tub looked out to mountains. In reality for my room 601 it looked at to I believe an apartment complex and was not a great view. I also appeared others could look across the way and see me which wasn’t the experience I was anticipating. Everything else was great!

Now this is class. The suite we booked was just the right size. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view on the 7th floor was just great from our enormous soaking tub. Everything felt outstanding and the are is super lively.

I really wanted to like this property because I thought the concept was cool. The only good things were the location, the staff (great service!) and the breakfast (which was pretty average). Unfortunately, it missed so many other marks that it didn't balance out. First, the design of the room makes no sense- the bath tub in the middle divides the room into a weird shape & limits the space in the room. Also, having the bathtub outside meant we were constantly letting mosquitos into the room when the door opens because there is no real barrier. Plus the bath tub over looked another building so if the shade wasn't down, people could see right in but if the shade was down then it was stuffy. The shades that block off the room are controlled by a switch on the wall, so the night we had a big storm that knocked out power, we couldn't lower the shades & were stuck with light shining through from outside & from the emergency lights in the hotel. Next, the room smelled horrible- especially in the hallway right as we entered the room. The room was clean-ish but there were fingerprints all over the dark surfaces and on the mirrors. The black interior makes the rooms and hallways gloomy- not sexy as implied. We stayed in the building that was connected to the restaurant and the restaurant door stays open at all times so anyone can just walk in even when there is no staff there. This was especially concerning at night because there is a dark hallway near the elevators.

Convenient location to check out Nimman area like No.1 Nimman or night market nearby. It’s also not far from the night food market at Chiang Mai University. The only thing matters me from the facility is that it is so close to the next resident building so the window blinds off day and night. Not friendly natural light for the girls who want to make up. Hence, we ran out of the toilet paper on the 1st day and no spare one in the bathroom cabinet. It took them a while to send the spare one to the room. Beds and mattress comfy to delivery a good sleep. So good option for 1 night stay.
Convenient location to check out Nimman area like No.1 Nimman or night market nearby. It’s also not far from the night food market at Chiang Mai University. So glad we chose to stay here. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was attentive, and the restaurant was fabulous. It is in a great location in Nimman area. There was lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It was a short taxi ride to Old City. We would definitely choose to stay again.
So glad we chose to stay here. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was attentive, and the restaurant was fabulous. It is in a great location in Nimman area. There was lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It was a short taxi ride to Old City. We would definitely choose to stay again.

Akyra Manor Chiang Mai is an amazing hotel with spacious luxury rooms and facilities on a quiet side street but within walking distance to all the action. All the staff members are very polite, friendly, and welcoming, and speak English well. A special thank you to the young front desk gentleman who tirelessly helped me to confirm a flight booking. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Convenient location to check out Nimman area like No.1 Nimman or night market nearby. It’s also not far from the night food market at Chiang Mai University. The only thing matters me from the facility is that it is so close to the next resident building so the window blinds off day and night. Not friendly natural light for the girls who want to make up. Hence, we ran out of the toilet paper on the 1st day and no spare one in the bathroom cabinet. It took them a while to send the spare one to the room. Beds and mattress comfy to delivery a good sleep. So good option for 1 night stay.

The hotel has a great location in the Nimman area - conveniently within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the One Nimman mall. All of the staff were amazing; extremely kind and attentive. The room itself was relatively standard, no complaints.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The area is very noisy with music till late from bar across the road and planes. Room was a good size and comfortable bed. Could do with updating some of the furnishing and would suggest sound proof glass where bathtub with iption to open/close window.

Gorgeous hotel! Very modern and chic. One of the hipest hotels I’ve stayed in. Excellent location with dining and bars and shopping at your doorstep. Charming and attentive staff!

Staff was amazing. Food was very good as well. Pool was somewhat small with only four chairs available. Also, not a big deal but there were no towel holders in the bathroom, no iron and only one toilet paper!

The staff was amazing and always accommodating and smiling. The room was one of the best rooms we ever stayed in. Great holiday - the restaurant where we had breakfast was stylish and served a great menu. Highly recommended!!

Das Frühstück ist leider eines 5 Sterne Hotels unwürdig. Täglich hartes Brot, sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Früchten (nur Melone Wassermelone und Dragon fruit) und auch irgendwie nicht die richtige Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Eier kalt serviert, da früh morgens zubereitet und dann kalt auf den Teller. Die Aufteilung der eigentlich grossen Zimmer ist so dass man das Gefühl hat eingeengt zu sein. Überall unnütze Raumteiler.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic service. Rooms were clean. Restaurant delicious. Look forward to going back. Exercise room a bit tight but that's all right as that's not the main reason to be in Chiang Mai.

Great boutique hotel, close to airport and well located in Nimman neighbourhood, we received a complementary bottle of sparkling wine from the manager, nice touch. The hotel's Italian restaurant was also top notch, good service overall except for checkout they seemed to find mini bar charges that I do not remember having.Overall great hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed staying 6-nights at this hotel in the Manor Suite. We found it had a Boujee Boutique vibe and was perfect for that "getaway" vibe. Breakfast was included, and we could eat from the buffet and/or order two dishes from the menu. Everything was delicious. We ate in the main restaurant one night for dinner and enjoyed that also. But we frequented the rooftop bar/pool area at night quite often. 😅 The bartender was very nice and social. The drinks were fancy and tasted nice. The "bar food" was posh and delicious! The area the hotel is located is very safe to walk around. It's actually the more upscale area of Chiang Mai central. Loads of locals and expats live in the area, so there's plenty of reasonably priced places to eat, drink, and use good cafe wifi. Needing to work while traveling, we found the size of our suite adequate enough with the powerful wifi included to not need to go out too often... Only for sightseeing, night markets, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. It's in a great location, great staff, everything you need for a city stay. Oh, and the hotel shuttle pickup from the airport was awesome and I would definitely recommend it.

The location was great, the room was amazing, and I have stayed in many nice rooms, this was by far one of the best, the staff couldn’t be more accommodating, zero complaint I was there for six days and couldn’t be more perfect
