Hands down the best hotel around. Beautiful place and people. Stunning view. Charging station for electric car close by. Amazing. And I’m travelling all the time and very picky.

The hotel was spacious, well situated, and up-to date. However, one of the features was to use the bikes and they were not appropriate for my height (had to tools to adjust the seat), some had a flat tire and bouncy seat, as well as a faulty chain. The pool was good but the jacuzzi seemed outdated as some jets didn't work. If you don't plan on using those features, it was good.

Great stay overall it is a gem! With the view on lake Champlain! Saturday night Bars in front are with DJ and music and it is very touristic area with motorcycles and cars which is normal but after 9:00; it gets quiet, the pool is well (spa was not functional):-( but we did enjoyed everything and the best is the cleanliness and customer service is on TOP!Thank you, we will come back;-)

The Hôtel exceeded my expectations. It’s located in a small town right off the lake. You can actually see the lake from the bedroom windows. Everything is in walking distance, or you can use one of the bikes the hotel has on property. If you plan on staying in the hotel has a spa and small gym. The hotel staff are amazing. They actually reached out before my stay to see if I needed help making any reservations for dinner or suggestions on what to do! The town makes you fell like you are in a hallmark movie, and the people in the town made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.

Lovely room with hottub overlooking the lake - magical at night. Room was well appointed with nespresso for excellent morning coffee. Good sized swimming pool perfect for sunny days. And very kind and helpful staff.

Belle expérience ! La chambre était impécable . La vue est magnifique . C'était super propre a l intérieur . Le point négatif que je dirais, c est le spa et la piscine qui était un peu sale , disons que ca prendrais un bon nettoyage . Le spa , les jets ne fonctionnais pas tous . Pour notre part , malgré ca , c etait wow !

Quelle magnifique endroit créé avec soin! La chambre était superbe et propre. Très ravi du service même des petites attentions avant notre arrivé qui nous ont charmé ! Le spa privé était aussi très popre . Un très beau moment, nous allons assurément revenir !

We had a wonderful two night stay here in August of 2023. Our room was very clean and felt fresh. The property itself is also very clean. The pool is awesome and the temperature was perfect. Location is fantastic. Stores, bars, restaurants, gas station, supermarket, and ice cream are all just a short walk from the hotel. Night time here is very quiet, which made for some great sleep too. We’ll be back hopefully one day for another visit.

We loved this beautiful property. The rooms are very spacious, especially the bathroom. We were in Quebec for a week and this was by far the nicest property we stayed at. The Nespresso machine was awesome. The frig is fully stocked with snacks and drinks for a reasonable fee. It was the perfect stop for us while traveling back to the US.

A lovely hotel - recently renovated. We had a king room, it had a separate seating area with a couch as well as a terrace with some chairs and a lake view. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had everything you might need. We were in room 101, which is right next to the front entrance and check in desk - which was a bit loud. I would ask for a different room next time. We did enjoy the small pool, it has a nice deck with lounges and umbrellas. There's also a barrel sauna and hot tub, but was too hot to use. The front desk had a text service and were incredibly helpful and responsive. All in, a great stay!

i asked for a room with a balcony but got a room with a terrace on a parking lot. The suite was not a real suite. The sitting area was just a little corridor with a couch. I pay way to much for what i got.

The little cabin were awesome Very nice and clean. No cab’e so if you want to watch TV you need to log into your own accounts ( Netflix Disney etc..)

Everything was top-notch! I had to replan this whole getaway because our first booking was cancelled & it couldn’t have been better! Their customer service is exceptional. They even added a cute little note for our anniversary and petal roses all around the room. Thank you so much! We’ll come back for sure!!! I definitely recommend :))

On communique avec nous par rexto avant le séjour pour proposer des attentions spécialer et répondre à nos questions sur le matériel disponible et les activités/resto de la région. Réponses rapides! J'ai jamais vu un service aussi personnalisé et dévoué! Vraiment bravo, vous vous démarquez!! Le resto Sandbar juste en face est délicieux et la vue sur le lac est majestueuse. Quel merveilleuse decouverte que cet hotel a été! Dès la reservation, le service a la clientele que nous avons recu fut impeccable. Question sur la musique désirée dans la chambre, chambre decorée avec de belles attentions pour notre anniversaire de marriage et un etablissement super jolie et au gout du jour. Nous serons sans aucune doute de retour et recommandons chaudement cet hotel que se soit entre couple ou entre amies.

Room are fairly clean and bathroom was good. The problem is no staff in the night but can be reachable through phone call, that was the only little weird for me. Other, than that u get feeling of living in home rather than in motel nicely made beds and amenities. But, will advice disposable cups becz some customer dont want to accidentally break ceramic or glass cups.

Staff was fantastic, especially Clara. I mentioned our trip was in honor of a friend celebrating a birthday and they had balloons and a welcome birthday message in the room. Amazing! Accommodations were wonderful, very clean. Would highly recommend.

Such personalized service! Before I checked in, they texted to see what temp we would like the room at, what kind of music we liked and if we were celebrating anything special. (We were going for my husband's birthday.) Upon arriving, they had balloons on the bed and a gift for my husband. The room was perfect, with special touches throughout. A continental breakfast was included. We were able to enjoy a hot tub (to ourselves) each night. Staff were wonderful! Just a perfect stay!

Such personalized service! Before I checked in, they texted to see what temp we would like the room at, what kind of music we liked and if we were celebrating anything special. (We were going for my husband's birthday.) Upon arriving, they had balloons on the bed and a gift for my husband. The room was perfect, with special touches throughout. A continental breakfast was included. We were able to enjoy a hot tub (to ourselves) each night. Staff were wonderful! Just a perfect stay!

We went there as a family and loved everything about the place. Especially the staff and the neighborhood. The hotel itself is simple but has everything you need. Also very clean. If you are looking for a quiet place though, this is not it. There is a loud bar nearby and a restaurant for motorcycle enthusiasts so expect loud motor noise. Everything else is great!

We had a wonderful two night stay here in August of 2023. Our room was very clean and felt fresh. The property itself is also very clean. The pool is awesome and the temperature was perfect. Location is fantastic. Stores, bars, restaurants, gas station, supermarket, and ice cream are all just a short walk from the hotel. Night time here is very quiet, which made for some great sleep too. We’ll be back hopefully one day for another visit.

Stayed overnight on a Canada-US trip, close to the border. Comfortable and reasonably clean. Restaurant in front serves lunch and dinner. Some noise from the road and the restaurant, but not horrible. Easy parking. With elevator. Most regular hotel amenities available, but no lotion. Can order boxed breakfast, but won't be available until 830am. Spoke to the staff in French but I think they should be able to communicate in English fine. Booked an overnight again for the return trip.

The room itself was fabulous: clean, beautiful, modern. We really enjoyed the solarium. The real issue was the breakfast. It was described as locally-source products. A detailed description, both seen at the front desk and in the room included piece of Gouda, granolas and apple oatmeal cookie. None of these were included in the box. Everything came from a grocery store. No gouda, apple cookie or granola. We asked the day before to get these for our breakfast, the front desk agent told us it would be ready by 8h30am. When I came by at 9am, I was told by the same person our breakfast box were not ready, they needed to put them together. We've been told our breakfast would be $15 for 2 people, but I'm pretty sure we were charged $15 each. The breakfast was really not worth it.

We had a short but sweet stay at this hotel in early October. We stayed in the king room with lake view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and there was lots of space for two people to relax comfortably. We were lucky to have warmish weather allowing us to leave the patio door open which added some extra charm. We ate breakfast at the restaurant across the street and breakfast at a small shop close by and there were other options as well.As and extra bonus, the border crossing a few streets over was convenient. This place was lovely for an autumn stay.

Chambre 101 bruyante, juste a côté de la porte d'entrée, la porte fait vibrer les murs et les cadres a chaque fois que quelqu'un entre. L'employé de buanderie passe a minuit et de ne fait pas attention au bruit et dérange tout le monde.

Amazing location on the edge of Lake Champlain in super cute quaint village! We had a two bedroom suite next to the water. My only complaint was that it was on top of a bar and it wasn't as quiet as I would have hoped but not terrible either. Woke to numerous parasurfers on the lake which was fun.

Très belle chambre, propre, confortable et superbe vue sur la Baie de Venise! Les installation piscine, spa, sauna ont été vraiment apprécié par notre groupe de 4 couples! Et la salle de conférence qui nous a permis de s’y retrouver en fin de soirée pour continuer notre jasette tous ensemble après une journée en spyder. Très bien situé autant pour la plage, les restos, etc.
