The real 5 star hotel, luxury, in a dreamy location with best service. Clean and comfortable rooms, best women only spa , swimming , Suana and Turkish baths, brand new. We loved the food, verity, clean and fresh, plenty of it. Staffs are amazing, from the reception to the coffee bar and the . All respectful and welcoming, we celebrated our birthday, hotel provided the cake( a bit pricy) very very helpful. The hotel accommodate us with best memories ever. The view and the walk in the nature was amazing

I surprised my daughter with a surprise trip to the mountains. The hotel offered beautiful views, was conveniently located near walking trails, and featured warm pools. I have been to so many hotels in Turkey that claim they have "heated" pools, but are actually freezing. We had a marvelous time hiking and then swimming. We will come back for sure!

It is a family friendly, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The quality of the thermal water is amazing, makes your skin soft and glow. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful at any time. Speacial shout out to hotel manager Gamze, she is very dedicated to her job, i stayed in the hotel all by myself but but i received lots of support and kindness from her.

I expected relaxation, but this hotel is the opposite. Plastic plants everywhere try to cover the lifeless atmosphere, while worms hang from the ceiling in the corridors. The buffet food tasted like leftovers from yesterday clearly a way to cut costs There are no real activities around so you’re stuck. The thermal water itself is good, but the moment you step outside the pool, the staff’s attitude brings stress right back….no sense of hospitality, no way to actually relax. Management seems focused on lowering costs, not on guest experience. For foreign travelers, this place feels unwelcoming and careless. Definitely not worth it.

I left this hotel two days early because of unprofessional staff and a toxic environment. Within the first minutes of a massage session, employee Gökhan acted disrespectfully. I reported it calmly, but nothing was done. He still sits at the spa reception, continuing the same behavior. The local managers have no authority. Even the woman manager had to call higher bosses instead of acting directly. It’s also obvious the staff are underpaid and unmotivated, which shows in their behavior. Management doesn’t care about professionalism or respect, only about keeping the business running at the lowest cost. Only Yusuf at the front desk was professional and spoke English, you’re lucky if his shift covers you. The building feels old, the spa is full of fake plastic plants, and the atmosphere is the opposite of relaxation. Foreigners should think twice before coming here. This is not the standard of a true 5star hotel. The water may be thermal, but the staff create the opposite of relaxation.
