Não cumpre o que promete, o hotel é razoável, apesar de bonito não possui serviços básicos parecendo mais um hostel. O staff é muito ruim, parecem estar fazendo favor em atender.

Had such an incredible time at hotel guiones. Staff were extremely friendly and inviting and were able to help us arrange anything we needed. They made us feel truly at home. The first day they were able to accommodate an early check in which was much appreciated. Each day we had a delicious made to order breakfast that was included. Room was great - cold a/c, hot shower and a comfy bed, as well as a lockbox for valuables. We had our own deck with a hammock. The property has a beautiful pool, mango trees, coconut trees, etc.. Complimentary bikes made it easy to get around town quickly in the heat. There was a parking lot out front where we were able to park motorbikes we rented as well. The walk to the beach was easy - we surfed nearly every morning. Overall really wonderful stay - the place definitely deserves its high rating. Exceeded expectations.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Guiones in Nosara, Costa Rica. The customer service was truly excellent—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and quiet. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. We would definitely come back and can’t wait for our next trip!

The hotel staff / management are incredibly helpful and genuine. The breakfast is amazing. Jorge really goes out of his way to help. They told us bout baby turtles and we went. Such a beautiful experience.

It was very serene and beautiful. The patio outside our room with a hammock and suspended chair was very relaxing, as was the pool.
