A séjourné 14 nuits

Motel sans prétention offrant tout ce dont on a besoin. Il est à distance de marche de tout ce que la plage de Pompano a à offrir. Sam, le propriétaire, est fabuleux. Il a vraiment le souci du bien être de ses invités. Nous sommes arrivés tard et Sam a tout arrangé pour faciliter le tout. Tout au long de notre séjour, il s’est assuré que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin et que nous étions satisfait. L'unité était propre. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Il y règne une atmosphère de camaraderie entre les différents clients qui se rencontrent dans l’espace commun. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Clean rooms, quiet, updated, pool, outside sitting area. Our host sam was very knowledgeable of the area and showed us how everything worked in the room and was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again. The next time im in town.

The location is great. The room was immaculate, full kitchen and the staff was exceptional!! We will definitely book again next year.

Manager was a nice guy but refused to provide remedy for the following concerns shared: 1)Pool was filthy. Pool maintenance guy told us not to use it the day we were there. He stated it had high algae content. Manager claimed we could still use it while scraping stuff off the bottom. Very disappointing as having a pool was a key reason we rented this place. 2)We had to take a cold shower because manager did not tell us we had to turn on sink faucet to get water hot. All other faucets are slow getting hot. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. Important to note that the walk to the beach is further than advertised. On the map it looks like you can get to the beach easily. You cannot walk across the main street to to the beach as access is private there. This is an older place but the rooms are clean. In fairness, the manager was a nice guy. He gave us a couple chairs to use at the beach. I was quite surprised he was not willing to make some kind of concession for these serious concerns. In light of these concerns, we overpaid.
