Hyatt Place Boulder Pearl Street - Newly Renovated

Amazing stay! We had the corner room with our baby! We loved it and so did he :) staff was very helpful and it was the cleanest hotel on our cross country trip!

The breakfast area is kept clean. The desk and bar staff are friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper wasn’t very good. She did not replace a box of tissue even tho I had the empty box visible. She did not replenish creamer/sugar, etc. she did not clean a coffee stain by the coffee maker for 3 days. I left it intentionally for that long and finally cleaned it myself. She did not replace makeup remover packs. The pillows were not good. We asked for better ones, which they brought. Those pillows were better but not good.

Clean, friendly, good location, parking was convenient but not free.

The breakfast is a great spread with lots of options. The staff was very accommodating with early check-in and late check out. This hotel is consistently good.
